Just went thru the drive thru and got back home 15 mins away with my turkey Tom. Opened the wrapper and it looked thinner than a slim sandwich. Got 2.5 veeery thin slices of turkey stretched over 2/3 of the bread with the remaining bread no meat at all. 3 small slices of tomato and a little bit of lettuce. A small squirt of mayo all for nearly $9. There were many employees in there so not due to lack of staff. My first time at this location so I haven't decided if I'll just never go back to that location or if I'll never go back to Jimmy John's in general. I've also never left a bad review for anywhere until now. This was the Jimmy John's on Fleur Drive in Des Moines IA

Go to a different store please. The last 2 times we have ordered we have gotten more bread than meat. And I mean it’s like we are literally paying for straight bread. There’s nothing more disappointing then going all day without eating and deciding to get out and buy something only to return home and to feel utterly ripped off.Tonight we ordered and I didn’t even get the right order. When I say that we got more bread than anything I mean it was basically just bread and mayo.Hold your employees to higher standards because it’s ridiculous to come and spend money at your place of business if they can’t even make their sandwiches right. Horrible location for Jimmy John’s. Please visit the ones not on Fleur Dr. Absolutely horrible staff and whoever makes their sandwiches like this should be fired immediately.

Got a sandwich at this location for the first time in a while and both the bread and bacon were rock hard. Lately it’s been 50/50 if the food is even edible - mind you two sandwiches were $20.Went back again on 8/5 and the food was the same quality. Jimmy Johns isn’t good anymore unfortunately.

Absolutely terrible Jimmy John's. Twice in a row now we've ordered a couple sandwiches and the orders have been all wrong. I'm clear with my order and try to be polite, so what gives? Asked for a sandwich that specifically doesn't come with mayo, got extra mayo. Asked for a #12, they gave a #11. Don't go here if you're looking for competent service; I'll be trying out the SE 14th one next time.

In the past year there have been consistent repeated errors on our orders. They are no longer freaky fast. But they are freaky slow. They take 30 minutes to deliver in extremely close proximity. One time we placed an order online and it said it would be here tomorrow. They were open....it was before 6pm. I had to call ...even then it took atleast an hour AFTER I called! Another time the girl delivering the food was strung out on drugs.They always leave stuff out of the order. I am starting to think it is deliberate. They say they'll bring it back to us. One time in the past year that did actually happen. All the rest....never see them again. You pay for items you never receive. You call the store and they won't make it right.We always give a 20% tip. I will not purchase from them again...in store...delivery...anything.Don't leave a message telling me to go to another page and fill out feedback. This is your feedback. I don'tknow what kind of business you are running. But it doesn't appear to be a good one. I wouldn't shop at this store.

Everytime I have gone there so far, the employee working is so rude and hardly talkative. The manager never helps figure out mistakes, they purposely try to mess up everyone's orders. Anyone I know has hardly had a good experience. I dont think I've gone one time where the food is correct. To top it all of the drive thru window blows in pot smell everytime!!! That is ILLEGAL! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

Worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever had. Gave me the complete wrong order. Went back to the store and they were out of bread and had fresh stuff coming out said it wouldn’t be long waited 20 min to finally get my second order now. Get home to see they still made our sandwiches incorrectly. I’ve been going here for year and the last 6 months every other time the orders wrong. This last time was the worst and wasted a ton of my time

I've had more than one instance where I've ordered delivery from this store and there were missing items from my order. The wait is always very long, resulting in me having to cancel my order on one occasion. When I canceled my order, I talked with a man working who said that he would cancel it and I would receive a refund for my order. That was almost two months ago and I haven't received a refund and my attempts to reach out about this have been ignored, thus far.

I just don’t understand how this location has a 4⭐️ rating…I have been the sole customer, in person, and have waited for over a half hour for them to screw up my order! I have waited an hour and a half (I live less than five minutes away) for them to deliver - that’s right, you guessed it - a messed up order! I have even gone to pick up an online order from this location - and got two out of three accurate sandwiches, with the inaccuracy of the third sandwich off the charts!!! Were it not for the proximity to home, I would probably stop going to this particular Jimmy Johns altogether…

Partial order delivered late and sub par customer resolution. We should have looked in the bag before we gave a very good tip. They should give that tip back based on this experience or they should have gave us a credit for a sandwich on top of delivering what was ordered which was now extremely late. Last time I order JJ from this location, just not worth the experience.

Terrible experience again. I called them twice to make sure they got my order and they will be there by the time he said. He said yes and will be there. I'm still wait as they are half an hour late. I ended up calling again and he said oh ya our delivery driver isn't showing up but you can come here. I told him you guys did this last year and said the same thing. Ya there's nothing I can do he said.

I order from this location during the week while working and I really can’t complain with service times. Usual delivery time is between 15-20 minutes from the time I send my order in via the app though I order during lunch rush. They have yet to disappointment me on my order. On occasion they don’t cut my sandwich in half but with them not just throwing my sandwich together, it’s manageable and not messy regardless.
