Christopher was so great to work with! I had an old system that wasn’t Invisible Fence and he was able to find the old lines and after testing them determined they could be used for my new system. He modified the line at the front of my yard so it wasn’t directly next to the road which was able to save his time and expenses in materials. So happy with how quickly it was installed. And then he paid careful attention to help train my mini schnauzer puppy. 10/10 would recommend

He fixed our three breaks (made and repaired horribly by MediaCom) and replace my 12 year old board with a more up to date board. I didn’t know I needed it. Travis installed my fence on August 1 and did first training with my 2 golden retriever puppies and he was awesome!Austin came out on August 4 and did second training and he was awesome!Austin came out again on August 10 and did third training and once again, he was awesome. Travis is a wonderful techinican. The weed wacker was breaking the line by a large flower bed. He dug deeper to bury the line instead of simply replacing the broken section. He sincerely cares about providing great customer service.

We added a puppy to the mix and as a result we had to re-start the training process. Kari was very helpful and it only took one call to know that they would have everything we needed when they arrived for the first of three visits. Everything was scheduled quickly and they were able to make the first appointment happen in short order also.Tony arrived on time for each of our appointments and our time spent with together and working with our pet was well used. He is great with our animals as he also helped us train our other dogs almost 10 years ago. He had everything with him to make the first visit successful and our puppy has officially graduated to "full containment" and he loves the freedom.Invisible Fence is a great product but without this level of service it would not have been so easy. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them.

I talked to Keri at the office to get info on doing the fence for our little dog. She gave great info so we decided to move forward. Our installer was Christopher. He was great too! He worked really hard to install our fence and it was really hot outside. It took several hours because of the large area. He showed us how to use it and how to start training the dog.
