Stopped by to grab some Chinese for lunch with my parents yesterday. Their food was fresh and tasty. I also got a coupon for a free loaf of Italian Bread in my fortune cookie! When we went back to the bakery, a woman there helped us find the best loaves-- totally went out of her way to help, even though we didn't ask-- incredible customer service- will be back!

Love this place. Salad bar is amazing. Good drinks. It is busy but that speaks to Quality. Expect a wait unless you call a head. Wife and I had steaks. She had blackened ribeye and I had the new York strip. Both vert good.Higher end on prices but worth it for a occasional night out or special event. We would be ok with just salad bar and drinks! Clive gem!

A very good place for allkinds of grocery! They also have some very good food options. They serve Stir Fry, Asian, Pizza, Burger and some more food options! The grocery and produce options are huge. The prices are very reasonable.

I went to Victoria Cleaners here and paid almost $50 for them to flatten and ruin the quality on my two new coats. They didn’t follow the basic washing/drying instructions and now I lost the nice quality of my new clothes and wasted money for others to ruin them. Horrible quality dry cleaners!

I am giving your store 5 stars because of one employee: Terrell who works in Dairy. He was the 5th person that I asked to help me find John Soules brand of chicken. One person told me "meat". Another, "frozen". Two more said they were sorry but had no idea.I found Terrell stocking in dairy, asked him, and he was determined to find the prodcut. He did not leave me alone to wander around, as I had already been for at least 5 minutes.It was like the HyVee service from years ago.----------> "A Helpful Smile in Every Aisle"<-----------Hang onto this young man. He understands customer service, is energetic, and diligent. And, he smiled!PS: The canned response from HyVee is annoying. I'm already a PERKS member...would have preferred no response rather than a grab for more business.

Jillian is the most rude individual I’ve ever encountered at at HyVee. Apparently frustrated that their USPS machine was down she appeared increasingly frustrated by the fact I also had dry cleaning and couldn’t brush me off. First review ever, and these guys earned it.The young man working the customer service counter tonight (wish I got his name) was super helpful, and went above and beyond to help me solve a one off issue.Then, in the final steps of getting me rang up and on my way, the manager voided my transaction and told me “that’s not how they do things,” and refused to let me buy my measly $15 worth of groceries. Felt really weird to me that the part time employee cares more about positive guest experience than a salaried manager. Never woulda happened at a Fareway or an Aldi. Lesson learned.

Prices are astronomical, I realize food prices are up thanks to reckless spending, printing and lending but compared to alternative options in town they are still laughably high.The self checkout registers error out 9/10.

I go here to take my cans and bottles back because their machines take cans and bottles both at 1 machine and they take a good majority of the cans I collect. The workers closing up at 7pm have been great as well letting me finish putting cans and bottles through till I'm done even tho it's holding them up from closing down completely for an extra 5 or 10 minutes. Only complaint that I would have is I wish that they would stay open later than 7:00 p.m. for the cans and bottle section.

I work for a company who has me purchase Gift cards for incentives never once have I had to show I'd but today I did not grab my big michael kor purse and unfortunately did not have id. I was treated like I stole my p card. Guess they just lost 1500 dollars in a gift card sell. I had to go somewhere else my work needed them for Monday since it's the start of customer service week!!! Way to lose a sell. It was not to protect me since if my corporate card was stole I would report it. Corporations have protection on these things so you turned down a 1500 sell that another Hyvee got instead!

Always a great shopping experience. However HyVee gets 4 Stars on this rating. All recycling bins for cans and glass were full and non operational. That's just unacceptable.

Very helpful. I was going to a football party and needed some game food. I got a dozen egg rolls. They only had half a dozen, so they needed to make some more. It only took 5 minutes! Also got a dozen Crab Rangoon. Everyone loved them. The left overs were great warmed up the next day.

I ordered a delivery order from this store. Everything arrived and was perfectly fine, but the next day I opened up some ribs to get them ready for the smoker and there was an utterly putrid stench, they were rotten.We threw them away along with the other two packages I had bought and called them to let them know what was going on. To their credit they sent someone out within 30 minutes to delivery three new packages of ribs.They arrived and I opened the first package, and again utterly putrid and rotten. It was so bad my fiance threw up almost instantly and we had to open all of the windows in the house. I called to tell them what had happened and they were able to refund my money for the ribs, but I honestly can't recommend that anyone buy anything in this store.I understand these things happen and occasionally a bad package of meat might make it to the shelf, but this is ridiculous and disgusting. Just go to Fareway or even a different Hyvee I guess.

Clean store, helpful staff when you can find one, more expensive than a few grocery stores, however easy to get rain-checks if out of a product most of the time. Good produce. Okay bakery too.

Stop in here once a year for lunch when I'm in Iowa. Good place for lunch, had a salad, cheeseburger and tots. Enjoy the Market Grille

This is not my favorite HyVee it's just closest to my home.. most of the staff is very young and sometimes they're just giving any playing around and they are as devoted as they are the bigger HyVee like the ones out in West Des MoinesThis one is closer to home so I go there for what I need no hurry but I certainly wish they were a little more professional as far as the youngsters that are apparently running the store
