I had an open balance with them, they reached out the other day, stated I am having a financial hardship at the moment, thought maybe they would respond with other options, maybe make payment arrangements or other alternatives. Nope, instead a week later I get notified from a third party debt collection agency. For one you never followed up with me, just ignored it and sold it to a 3rd party without giving me any form of notification. I get I had a balance owed, I would have been more than willing to make arrangements.

I am a homeowner that needed a specific part (capacitor) for my Air Conditioner. I went here as I couldn’t find any other place that would sell it to me (most others are wholesale or sell to only Licensed Contractors - even for the simplest parts). The employee was knowledgeable and showed me some options. Great experience. Will return if/when necessary.

I have only been to grainger once, and will never go again. They advertised a good deal on a pole saw. After waiting 6 weeks for it to arrive, they gave me a big hassle over not wanting to give me the charger that was included. I asked Bradley to call his boss, who he said was on vacation and not to be disturbed. He proceeded to waste my time calling other people. I finally got it, but it is not worth driving across town for what looks like a "good deal."

The nicest employees! I went there to return some shoes I ordered online and the guy came out to my car to let me know when they were opening and even stayed outside, because he was going to help me bring in my return, before he knew it was just a pair of shoes. Super friendly staff!
