Absolutely terrible company, would avoid at all cost. First they lost our ticket and had no idea what was going on with the two mowers, then they told us they found them and it was $100 and then got there to pick them up and said it’s $171!! No call or anything about the increased charge. Wish I could give them 0 stars cause the entire experience was awful.

I come in every month or two for goat feed and other miscellaneous items (castration bands, bottle nipples, tank heaters, stump killer). It's always friendly service, and I can usually find what I want, or they offer to order it for me. They have a bigger selection than I would have thought before I stopped in there. Plus I like shopping at a local store rather than a big box.

It was NOT busy. They definitely need to bring in more customers. The young man that waited on me was friendly and helpful. The store was reasonably clean but I didn't use the bathroom so I wouldn't be able to to make a comment on that. Their prices were high I thought. But the location of the store was closed for me so I guess it makes up for the price??? 🌻

I haven't actually used this company but the gentleman I talked to on the phone was very honest and told me that he could charge me $200 for a simple flushing of my lawnmower and snowblower or he could walk me through it and I could do it at home for free. I really appreciate the honesty!

Disappointed with lack of inventory of riding lawn mowers. . . They had 3. Always try this place out but only once have they ever had what I was needing or wanting. Not a bad place just apparently not for me or my needs. You should at least try it out.

Easy to get to but a little pricey on animal feed but understandable because of not buy in bulk like a cooperative. Repair area is priced higher than shop labor at a car dealer! Over 100 per hour was my quote for replacing a cable on a push mower.

some of the best people I have ever dealt with, ordered small sweeper from jet you sent wrong product jet would not send right product until I returned wrong item. called your company young man answered said so sorry sent me my sweeper said not to worry about returns. I will send your product back at my cost, many thanksALSO NO MORE JET FARM AND CITY ONLY!!!!

I rented a storage unit from them. I was assigned a unit and paid my $348.50 for rent and deposits. Went back after hours only to find that MY UNIT had been taken and had a padlock on it. (She had said there were only 2 left when I rented it.) I had a trailer full of furniture (I'm trying to get moved) and was not goint to take it back home! The 2 units left- one was musty and very, very humid, the other was perfect! (It was right next to the one i rented.) So i unloaded all of the furniture by myself, including 2 double beds, a very large couch, 2 big storage cabinets, etc. I go to leave and lock up. The unit WON'T SHUT. >:-( I spent an hour, by myself, in a dark lot, trying to get the doors to shut. One obviously will not align correctly. I locked it up as best i could. I called Farm and City this AM and the person at the store states, "I don't know anything about it. I can't do anything. I probably can't even get in there." He gave me a phone number to contact Kendra, the lady in charge of renting the units. It goes to a message system which REQUIRES A PASSCODE to leave a message. Of course i have no passcode, so can not leave a message! It is now Saturday morning, (the weekend), so i have to wait until Monday morning at 8 AM, to get resolution to my problem!) I find this (LACK OF) customer service UNACCEPTABLE. If Farm and City houses this operation, they should ASSIST IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROCESS, and care how their customers are treated!!

Surprising variety of products, and free popcorn! plumbing, hardware, feed for farm animals, hay, chaffhay. Always enough friendly staff to help; no waiting. I got a $400 Echo chainsaw there that was everything they promised. Easy start, cuts 4 times as fast as the Stihl 025 I had before.

this was the worst customer service I have ever had I had ordered online through another site but was filled by Farm and City the item I ordered was a carpet cleaning solution the picture showed a 1 gallon jug and it said you will receive 5 gallons (draw your own conclusion on what you are getting) I assumed by the picture that it would be one gallon containers just as shown in the picture. However when I received the product it came packaged as one 5 gallon bucket very clumsy to pour into a carpet cleaning machine but this is not the worst if you would see how filty this bucket was there was a black charcoal smeared all over it and then the handle was also broke. Now I need this product thats why I ordered it duh So when I call to customer service they tell me well we can take the bucket back and refund you so I say but I need the product well we are sorry maam but we do not have any more to replace it with so I say you can have the bucket back I will just put the product in an easier to use container and send this container back so you can see it even though I had sent them several pictures> WELL wait for it this is the customer service responds well no we can not do that we need it all back or we can only credit you 8% are you serious even though you made the mess and you can not send me out a good one 8% what a jokeAudrey Zomer
