Wonderful experience! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by smiling faces.The store is very bright and clean. I found out it had opened in March. All the employees were so friendly and kind.

It said it was open, but when we got there, we found it was closed. In order to get to this store, I rode a bicycle for 30 minutes, in 40-degree weather, with the lights on inside and the door. There was another car parked there and I'm sure there were employees inside, but the door was locked and I waited there for 10 minutes.

Beautiful clean store. Friendly employees. Quiet, stress-free shopping. Prices too high however, also not a fan of the store cart policy. I can handle my own groceries.

I want to give WAY MORE stars to the meat department and the gentleman working behind the counter. They deserve MOST all of the recognition due to the fact that not one, but all of them acknowledged me every time I came down an aisle. All of them at one point checked to see if I was ready to pick some items. And one gentleman who I can't remember his name so kindly and patiently helped me choose sides by letting me sample a few that I have never heard of. Then he got my sides of choice together and we picked out some deli meat and made it an enjoyable adventure. Great personality....love people with good personalities and who are friendly. BUT I want to give WAY LESS stars for the very young little girl who followed me throughout the store but never asked me if I needed anything. She literally was right behind me in every aisle and when I stopped and looked at her she would pretend to be working. Then after I self checked out the lady watching the registers asked if I needed help out to my car. I jokingly said no thank you...as it's exercise for me. Ha ha. Then I proceeded to walk out of the store and the lady told me I couldn't, that someone was gonna take my bags out for me. I again said no thank you and that I had a dog in my car. She took my cart and a young kid pushed it outside the door. I told him to stop, I took my bags out of the cart, and I left. I do not deserve to feel stalked when shopping nor told I can't take my bags to my car myself. ONE MORE KUDOS TO THE MEAT DEPARTMENT THOUGH.

Friendly people with a great meat selection. Unfortunately they only get four stars. They are closed on Sundays and charge more for the same products you can get at a big box store. Those two issues that I have would have to be at the corporate level so the store itself is perfect.

FAREWAY is by far my favorite store to buy groceries! The perfect size store. Great produce section, the best meat department, Courteous and quick check-out process. And, your groceries are taken out to your car for you. Everything is convenient here! And, last but not least, no more Hy-Vee!!

This is a great new Fareway location! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the store was well stocked. Close to JCM and a great addition to the community. Recommend for sure!
