I have been going to the store my whole life 31 years I literally live a hop skip and a jump away since this new manager has taken over it has been straight trash yeah they got some stuff picked up but they never have no milk over there and it’s really getting on my nerves it’s not that hard to keep your stuff stocked The only ones are good are Ethan and the black female is awesome but as far as this new manager he is wet behind the ears and doesn’t have a clue and to be honest it’s affecting the whole neighborhood something needs to be done and someone who actually has a good relationship with the customers I’m very livid

I go to this store alot every one verry nice most every one No room to get around but customer service made up for it. But on this day. I was a little tired of getting charged more then idem say on the shelves I ask the young guy why they just can't put things where they go there was a lot of the same thing in I guess wrong place He went off on me. Saying there short staffed and if I'm going to be rude I can leave Now do I want it or not. He's not bagging me to buy it I looked at him set all my stuff down. Said sweety. Don't want this or anything here I ll never shop here again.he say I'm disrespecting him by my remark Lol asked his name he tells me then throws me out of the store saying tall is boss he don't care of course in front of every one at the counter JUST WRONG . And I will never shop there as long as he's thier So if the kid is reading this . Maybe stay off the phone. And do the stocking then u would have time to stock right

Its been some improvements. I visit maybe once a week and each time I entered the door someone welcomed me to the store. The store is well stocked and organized. Everyone help which is great. I always have a hard time when your looking for an item. Thanks for the great service#ButtaflibestAward

I went into this store looking for a cleaning product. They actually had a speaker set up in the middle of the store blaring gangster rap music with the f word over and over and over again. I told one of the workers it was not very professional. Also the store looked like a hoarders dream come true! SI ended up walking out not buying anything. Tryed calling the corporate office and was on hold for 45 minutes. They never did answer the phone. Safe to say I won't be back!!!

During my recent visit the entire store was in disarray. Walking in the aisles was almost dangerous and getting items from the shelves almost impossible. Boxes upon boxes and store equipment everywhere definitely make this store unsafe. If you are a person who uses a walking aide/wheelchair then do not enter this store, it is not handicapped accessible once inside.

Love the deals, a little over packed with items but can still get around store just fine. Customer service isn't at its best with some of the employees. But overall not a bad place to shop!

The place should be condemned. A few months ago it looked like maybe they were going to get it back together, but that failed. Roof falling, music BLARING from center aisle, mdse all over the store, on floor...really a hazardous to walk through as a customer.

The last 2 times have gone to this store i have trouble getting down the aislesThen i asked for a price check and he charged me and i didnt want item. I am sure it was isolated incident. He was talking on phone at same time. Not reccomending at this time.

This place is a joke. Filthy can’t walk anywhere and the people working the counter are double charging. My sister went and bought Cleaning products and bought a vac and was charged twice. When she went back in to say something the guy told her “it’s about the vac I charged you twice for wasn’t it.” I will never go here again. It’s not even worth the one star I had to give

Very slow service, unorganized arrangement of merchandise, not safe because of freight boxed up or boxes open with stuff seeping out, short of help and rang up.incorrectly twice. Prices were acceptable and Llike the products they sell though.Conveniently open for Easter.

Couldn't hardly walk through.. Dirty.. Filthy.. Stuff all over the floor. Only one person working. Had to ring a bell several times for her to come let me pay. When she finally showed up I commented how horrible the place looked and she stated.. Well I am only one person.

Very cluttered store. Too many aisles in too small of a building. Family Dollar is a very good store with bargain prices but this one needs a revamp. Feels more like a Dollar General.

Poor customer service. Employees get mad and curse out customers for not smiling. The store is always cluttered with stuff in the floor. Very bad experience at this store. Never going back!!!!

It was a cluttered mess! Isles were hard to push a cart down, because items were in boxes instead of on the shellfs!

Was there at 9 am to get medicine, lights were on door was locked. They were supposed to be open. Lights went out at 9:05 never saw an employee, door never was unlocked. Are they out of business? Who turned off the lights?

I flip houses for a living, cleaning lady was coming to clean house. I stopped in to get cleaning supplies, store was clean. Bathrooms were clean as well. Employees were nice

Not very clean, organized. After months of no merchandise Fri couldn't even get in parking lot... 3 semi's in parking area

Price on shelf didn't match what I was charged. Aisles were blocked with carts what looked like returns and pallets of new stock. Very messy and dirty store.

Make sure they fit . because you try to exchange anything you got to have a receipt they act like you stole it.
