Great place, they have all of the essential products and some special items too such as bakery and butcher shop products. My favorite items are the “comal ready” tortillas (amazing to cook on griddle or FRY!), the LUNA tortilla chips made locally, and THE BEST avocados I’ve found locally… (most other supermarkets have terrible avocados)

Staff was extremely helpful. They have a lot of variety! They had some hot / cooked food which tasted amazing. Their meat counter had plenty of variety. They also had a large bakery selection which all looked very tasty! This will be a regular stop for us to get all of our ingredients for our Mexican dishes!

I went with my new daughter-in-law, who is Mexican, to get the ingredients for some authentic tacos for dinner. I have traveled to many places in the world but nowhere Hispanic, so this was a new and fun experience for me. The store was small but buzzing with activity. Everyone spoke Spanish so I was pretty much at a loss but was enjoying the atmosphere!! Going to markets in different countries has always been fun for me. My daughter-in-law did her shopping and I looked at things. I found an area that had deli warm foods to go. One of them was pulled pork which is called Chamorro. I decided to get some of it and it was delicious!!!

Best homemade carnitas in Des Moines. They serve hot and fresh food for when you don't feel like cooking dinner. Great Hispanic/Mexican products. They have meat, produce and all kinds of grocery products.

In and out,no problem with haveing to wait 5 minutes in line to cash out or to get service thats why My Dad goes hear to this store my older Brother goes hear and my Sister goes hear also but not just because its closer but because The service is always immediately greated with a Hola Buenos Dias first then ,is there anything I can help U with .so rite away one knows if there in a hurry and they are there for something specific they get helped finding it rite away and are sent back on there way ,happy 😁👍

I like this store, I've been buying here for several years, they have the latin products that I need, the attention from their owners is good and friendly, they have delicious carnitas and chicharrón, I recommend it!!!!!
