It's astonishing that a coffee establishment like Dunkin' Donuts, whose primary trade is selling coffee, requires a manager to be present just to sell gallons of coffee to go. I needed coffee for a meeting with around 20 attendees, and upon visiting this place for a bulk purchase, I was informed that such transactions could only occur with a manager on duty. This level of service is perplexing. I sought coffee from a business that specializes in it, yet ended up having to resort to a supermarket to fulfill my needs—not the actual coffee business! This approach to service is bewildering. Relying on a manager's presence to sell gallon-sized coffee to go is a surefire way to miss out on significant business opportunities.

Usually a good experience here, but this morning was the worst. Zero customer service from the woman working the window. I don't think she even spoke to me. Ordered a coffee with cream and sugar. Received a cup of white substance that tasted like sugar milk. Not a drip of coffee in there from what I could taste. Back to Starbucks we go.

once again messed up our order. this place is so consistent at messing up its sad. Ordered two donuts and two drinks 1 of the drinks was wrong and both the donuts were wrong... they got 1 of the 4 items right. Again this isn't a 1 time thing usually wrong more than right. Who ever is running this store needs to train their staff better. Its god awful as of right now will not be returning. Ill spend my $15 somewhere else every morning

Quick story... It was my birthday and my husband wanted to take me around for freebies! It's important to add up until now things were going as planned. We stopped by this location and my entire day changed.The staff was so sweet they asked me what I wanted, made the best birthday drink and wished me a happy birthday. This was the best interaction I would receive all day from all the places we stopped. They didn't do anything extravagant, they didn't ask me if I had signed up with a rewards program or anything. They didn't embarrass me or make me feel like it was too much. They just made me feel valued.Thank you so much for that.

If I could give zero stars I would. We had a large order to which they replied with plenty of attitude that they only had one oven so it’ll take 15 min. I said that I don’t mind waiting and that we still needed our food. Then once we got through the line the bacon snackers were cold and uncooked. The top package was shoved to the bottom so I didn’t check to see if they bacon was actually cooked. Needless to say not impressed with their attitude or the quality of food.

Went through the drive thru and it made me late to work because the stupid children working today don't understand customer service and don't have the ability to tell people to go back around or come in SHOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO ORDER OTHER ITEMS AFTER LEAVING THE MENU BOARD, I ORDERED HOT COFFEE AND GOT COLD 28 MINUTES IN THE DRIVE THRU, CUSTOMER BEHIND ME DROVE OFF THIS IS A SORRY PLACE AND THEY THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY WELL IT'S NOT FUNNY AND I WILL NEVER USE THIS STORE OR DUNKIN AGAIN

I sat in the same spot for 15 minutes in the drive through. I was one of like 4 cars. Every time we come here it always takes forever - I’m not sure how they operate but someone needs to be checking their drive through times because that was just ridiculous. I left and got served much quicker and friendlier at the other Dunkin on SE 14. I won’t try with this place anymore.

Mobile ordered at 10:04am, drove to the store, arrived at 10:07am and waited in the drive thru for an hour. Finally got to the window at 11am just to find out they didn't even have one of the TWO drinks made. Had to wait for that to be done. Just a tip to Dunkin corporate: HIRE STAFF TO ACCOMMODATE CUSTOMERS! Turn off mobile orders if you can't handle it. There is absolutely no reason for a customer to wait in line for an hour for a mobile order and it not be complete. Absolutely no excuses. You can't expect 2-3 teenagers to run a store efficiently on a Saturday. We won't be coming to this location anymore.

I have done doordash out of this place four or five times. It's really annoying to see a crew that is just wandering around like zombies while I sit there and wait. There is no organization. It's a sweet little old grandma that looks like she's running the place and it's hard to get mad at her but I'm in the service industry; I have more orders to deliver. That crew would be absolutely fantastic at something else but not in the restaurant industry.

Worst customer service ever. Got a very simple plain cold brew with a splash of cream. Handed us what looked like a glass of milk. Sent it back ( nicely) and just asked for a cold brew. She gave us something that looked like watered down ice tea. She did not care to make it right, just shrugged her shoulders. Dumped it in the parking lot.

I went through the drive thru to place my order. When she gave the total I realized something had to be missing from my order, so when I pulled up to the window, I asked them to check it to ensure they didn't miss my last two items...a hash brown and small decaf coffee.Scott (window attendant) told me there was no coffee on my order. I asked if he could add it (I mean you did miss it). With an attitude he told me a GM told him they could not add anything and I would have to comeback around or come in and order the coffee since I forgot it. I told he I didn't forget to order it, you all forgot to ring it up. Aggravated I paid for the other items, and then he hands me a blank piece of paper...I look at him and he says the receipt machine isn't working and the receipts are printing blank...so why would you hand me a blank piece of paper???!I will not be returning to this location. The customer service is poor and food quality is not worth the hassle. Save yourself the frustration and drive the extra 2-3miles up the road to another store.

Stood there for at least 10 minutes with 5 workers working and no acknowledgement to us standing there. no one at the drive through. Doordashers we’re prioritized while we stood there unhelped. When finally got order they got the sandwich order wrong. Disappointed.

Long wait, which itself is fine since it was busy. Ordered milk and two donuts. Received one donut and they almost forgot my milk. The one donut I received was face down, so a good bit of the frosting was stuck to the bag. And calling the donut mediocre would be a compliment. Really thin icing, but the cake was fine. Not happy the milk was 2%, which is pretty much fotified water and tasted like it, but I guess that's standard for people to order and expect.I can't imagine ever coming back.

If you like Dunkin donuts and hate associates with attitude then you shouldn't go here. I wouldn't rate a one star if I only went there one time. I've been talked to like I was unwelcome there and honestly I kinda felt unappreciated while eating there. The food was alright the 4-5 times I went there but I wouldn't eat at a place I don't feel love at. Staff seriously need to be trained on how to talk with customers.

Ordered from here and had the wrong order given to me but the correct name and receipt on the bag. The almond milk in my latte was also spoiled i can’t believe this place is still open. worst dunkin in the area.
