This has got to be the worst customer service I have ever seen. The line is always long and usually there is only one checker while other people in the store are standing in the back somewhere talking. Tonight I went in and the line was backed down the isle and two guys walked by the line, stopped to talk at the front of the register and then decided it would be a good time to take a cigarette break. I avoid this place at all costs.

Normally great but now the hours listed aren't followed or even posted on the window. Door just locked and employees avoid us. We did not do anything besides try the handle one. See its locked and the time than left.

The most store where you finding everything is cheaper how much the Dollar tree maybe needs updating Dollar by $1.25.00 and allows on the future $1.50 also another kind getting more money selling up $3.00, $5.00 to the finally change items from $1.00, $1.25,$3.00,$5.00.

I am beyond upset at my experience. To the two gentleman working on 3/22/23 around 430 p.m. if I ever hear you call my 5 year old a burden again you will have a fight on your hands. She has a very hard time verbalizing her emotions and how to control her actions. You two men counting with me and trying to parent her because you though "just trying to help" was NOT helpful. Neither of you deserve to be working with public. I'm calling corporate

Online said this location was open until 8pm. However, when I arrived, the door had a sign posted that hours changed effective June 25th. Update your store information on your website so that we have accurate hours of operation!

Sorry, but this had to be the worst Dollar Tree location I have ever been to.The place was a complete pigsty = hadn't been swept or vacuumed for at least a few days, boxes stacked on the floor in every aisle, shelves barely stocked and very unorganized... just terrible in every aspect of how a retail store should be presented to the public.The staff didn't seem to be rude (at least not while we were there), but the teller himself didn't have the best hygiene as his clothes were dirty, and his pants were hanging too low making half of his bare a$$ visible for all to see.We will not be back to this location.

The store wasn't very clean but you can see the employees getting the job done. I can always find what I'm looking for in the Dollar Tree. The cashier (Renita) was polite and very helpful. They all were ready to stop what they were doing and help. The store can use a better layout for a more easier flow and shopping. #BUTTAFLIBEST1AWARD

Ok you go to the dollar tree knowing that you're either working with little money and need to stretch it or they have some one off item that you want for cheap. I personally bought out their entire supply of 24oz twist top white Gatorade that at the cheapest at any gas station is 2 bucks. It was a buck obviously and I bought them all because of that. I love a good deal.

The manager at this store is extremely rude and has very poor customer service. She's always in there yelling at customers and needs to be retrained on minding her business and be more helpful and inviting instead of being rude to elderly people and kids. Store is always dirty nothing is stocked.. I've had much better experiences at the other dollar trees. GM really needs to deal with this store and their management

Hours posted on door state that this store is open until 9:00 p.m. At 8:24 the door is locked with 5 customers standing outside. The lights are on in the building, but it appears no one is around, so one of the customers taps on the door. An angry employee came to the door, when asked why they were closed early the employee rudely screamed at the customer, “It doesn’t matter why we’re closed!” And then he stormed off into the store where he came from.After that extremely rude display of how Dollar Store employees treat their customers and the inconvenience of the impromptu early closure, I’m not sure I will be shopping at the Dollar Tree any more. Several other reviews echo this type of behavior at this location, I think it’s time for Dollar Tree Corporate to get involved. This location needs an intervention.

You can usually find some good deals. Sometimes, the shelves have been picked clean. The restocking takes time... of course. Well, depending on who is doing it. But, go to another aisle, you are bound to find another $1 deal there! Lol

This is a nice convenient place to stop when you need some cheap item. The store always seems to need staff only one register is ever open. they constantly need to stock the shelfs, they have stock piled up in the aisles on carts just needing unpacked from the truck.

Store is now only open 10-7. What store in their right mind closes at 7? I have exactly 1 hour to make it back home and up to the store after I get off. Terrible idea. You've already lost 1 customer now. I wonder how many more you'll lose before you change your hours back.

I absolutely love this store! You can get just about anything for $1.00 even groceries! Sometimes they have name brand stuff, seasonal, and things that you wouldn't expect to see at a dollar store! When times are tough, Dollar Tree is the stuff! ( no pun intended) 😉

I've been a huge Dollar Tree fan for many years now. I was so happy to see them add a frozen food section to the Park Fair store. I've enjoyed my shopping experiences at both this location as well as the one on E. Euclid near E. 29th Street. I'd give 5 stars, but my last clerk hasn't learned to smile yet. Maybe she didn't feel well. She almost acted like I was imposing to come thru her lane. Otherwise, I love the selections and value. I'll be back often.

I love shopping at this place. For one person or couple food portion is perfect. They have a big selection of storage container/baskets to pick from. Cards and gift bags I highly recommend!

Very busy and very nice and clean I enjoyed shopping there did not pick up a lot because I don't have a lot of money to spend but I had to go get a couple things like extension cords magnifying glasses so I can see but I enjoyed it

Great place great prices but the only bad thing is is you're still required to wear a mask unfortunately so if you go to a Dollar tree expect to be wearing a mask because they want you in the store if you don't have one

Upon arriving to this store they PROUDLY have 2 signs displaying their hours but are not even open during their hours. All lights are on but door is locked. Not impressed. Many upset and heard it’s not the first time they pick and choose hours.

Everyone who works there has been very helpful and friendly. I'm not from this state but I've been here for a few weeks and I have been to this store about 10 times and it has always been enjoyable.

Aluminum foil for a dollar you can't beat that. Have you people been here? Some items are not such a great deal even if its a dollar but in some cases people will fill there cart. And now they got bread again. 😄

They have a lot of interesting items the other Dollar trees don't have. I always laugh at the carts with the poles attached so that people won't take them outside
