Seriously, let’s remember that it’s Dollar Tree . I didn’t see anyone prepping a red carpet for me and I’m pretty sure they don’t need to cater to any one of us with white gloves. That said-this location rocks my socks!! Best one I’ve been to for size and selection (the only one in this area with crafters corner AND a $5+ section y’all). I thought it was pretty tidy considering and the employees were nice. I’m honestly not sure anymore about what some people expect when they are out in actual reality these days >:}

On 2/15/2024 around 6:30 I went to the store with my daughter and when I was done shopping the cashier man was checking me out and while he was scanning my stuff he looks at me and then looks at the man behind me and says “these immigrants keeps crossing the boarder, if trump was president he would never let that happen” in front of me which I’m clearly Hispanic and my daughter as well he proceeds to make racist comments about Hispanics. And before this there was a long line in register 1 and when he was about to go help he tells a white women who had other people still waiting in front of her to go to register 3 that he will help her. At first I didn’t think much of it but after what I went through I understand now that he asked her first to avoid the color people in front of her. That was very unprofessional and disrespectful towards not just me but every color person in that store.

This dollar tree has gone down hill extremely. I 100% understand the stress of the holiday shopping and there arw rude people but when a customer follows your instructions and you are 100% rude to them and say "too bad" you need to get out of the customer field. Elaine - you get an F for customer service. I listened when you requested for people to come in your lane I had minimal items and even said have a good day but still was rude. Be a better person. Happy Holidays everyone. I would suggest to travel a few minutes more to another Dollar tree.

Powerful cleaning at super value prices when you need it! Cheap makeup and good nail polish. Epsom salts, seasonal decor, etc.

Like going to dollar tree, but very frustrated with the lack of items that are available for purchase. I understand they are at the decision of the company on what is provided at the individual stores. Maybe the company should have a better plan on what each store may need.

The time spent there is somewhat different now. Since the price hike to $1.25 per item I have to be a little more particular about my purchases. I still like shopping there due to the large variety just a little more specific about what I buy. A . 25 rise is a lot to someone on a fixed income.

The cashiers were rude very unprofessional. The gal that was on register three if I was a manager she would no longer have a job the way she talked to one of the other customers . I honestly don't know if I will go back to that store again I won't step in as long as that gal is working in that store. I wouldn't even call her lady the way she talked to one of the customers

This particular location is starting to go through the Dollar Tree Plus transformation. The downside is they are starting to transition away from some of the $1.25 products, and stock more of the items that range from $3 to $5. The upside is the store is more organized than it has been in years.

Shelves very messy in many areas--and outdoor area dirty. Still go there since close to where I live. Mostly go for greeting cards. Do wish it would be cleaned up!

Love it always have good stuff low price and most of the time pleasant cashiers. They could work on being faster though when lines get long they don't pick up the pace with the activity around them. It's like there on a treadmill goin two and someone amps em to a five and they still keep walking at two when the stores running in 5, gotta adapt and work harder at times.

This store is being neglected while corporate is so busy opening new stores. The floor is disgusting! The ceiling and floor shows where water comes in every time it rains. The store manager sits in the office all day instead of being engaged . The staff are wonderful but if things continue I would anticipate a store closure.

This Dollar Tree being one of the first in town is older in appearance and has almost a tired feel to it. That being said, it rarely is out of the items that we all Love the dollar tree for. Customer service is a bit meh.... But that's literally true of EVERY DT this girl has visited 😉

Unfortunately this location is the most convenient for me but every single time I visit this store they are annoyed because I have many items in my cart. Almost every purchase is over $100, in my opinion they should appreciate every customer, but especially ones that generate revenue. I even got greeting with an “oh no, you again” once. Today I unloaded my whole cart as Elaine stood at the end of the register, stood there, got on my phone and waited.... 4 MINUTES later she finally said something to me, but not even a “hi”— commented that they needed to find boxes when clearly no one was looking for them yet at this point. I am fed up with the rude people at this location. If you don’t like your job, do something that makes you happy.

Normally I dont really have problem at this store besides its always dirty and unorganized but today they only had 1 cashier with 12 people in line. That is ridiculous especially when it's 1:30pm in the afternoon. They need to inform their employees to call for back up even the other back up is a manager. The management needs to be more involved on the floor then in the office.

I love the downtown library. There's always something to discover. And if your bored it's a fun place to hang for a while. Did you know if they don't have the book you want, they'll order it for you? That's GREAT customer service!!!

Store is always messy, downright trashy and lots of empty shelves. Hard to find items, but then every card is only $1 so can't complain much. The cashiers are nice enough. It is a terrific place to get cards that are only $1 when every place in town like Walgreens and Target have very high prices on cards. You've shopped there too, and you know how expensive cards are for just a few cards. Literally, everything there is ONLY $1. Good place for stocking stuffers too. Paper goods, detergents are a good buy if they are in stock. They regularly stock themed items too such as thingsValentines Day, St. Patrick's Day, graduations, Halloween and Christmas. Get there early though for best selection.

February 16th around 330 I went in there. Terry and Virgil were working. Line was wrapped around to shampoo and further. The woman came out of the office looked right At the line and continued to walk away. Once the gentleman had busted through half The customers in line she then came back up to the store front when prompted because the phone has been ringing for five minutes and still walked away. Another five or Customers get ring up so Virgil is now down to four or five people and then she decides to jump on register. Highly unpleased.

It is what it is. I don't expect much from the dollar tree. However, it is a bit ridiculous the amount of time you have to wait in line. I prefer Dollar General personally.
