These folks are THE BEST!! I have a *SEVERE* peanut allergy and this is literally the only DQ I feel confident getting blizzards from ('cause soft serve is fairly safe no matter where one is). I know the process they use, how they train their employees, and these folks ACTUALLY care. They're awesome people, and it's nice to be able to have something "normal" every now and again, without having to second-guess or worry about safety procedures when advising staff of my allergy. Highly recommend this store!

Always a drive-thru line out into the street, people block traffic on Army Post to get ice cream.They are always out of the bbq sandwiches.And they don't pay their employees enough. So I don't expect great service, I wouldn't give it for that price either.

I went to get a medium swirl cone and there was barely any vanilla and the cone looked like a small in a big cone. There was more cone than ice cream. Very upset and I asked the girl at the window and she just looked at me crazy. While 3 other girls are standing there doing nothing while the one girl is taking orders and pretty much doing everything herself.

I walked up to Dairy Queen with my daughter walked in lobby to place an order, I was not greeted, but yelled at “you can not order in here”. I explained we were not trying to eat in lobby simple place and order of cones as we had walked up and could not get in drive thru line. I was told again- no you can not order in here. I offered to wait the cars ahead of us as it’s not safe I stand in the drive thru with my daughter, was told no again. I called corporate and was just sent and email saying that this did not happens at this specific store. I’m disgusting with the customer service will not be returning to this location. If I could I would give this store at -5 score I would.

SUPER SLOW... These people do not seem to be able to multitask at all. I can't believe how slowly they serve. AND, they got our order wrong. Ordered a blizzard with brownie bites and got one with something crunchy on it. Not even sure, maybe a drumstick? Slowest service and no dining room open to try to order from. The management needs to step up here and actually train these people rather than staying home and watching TV!!!

Great ice cream. I love the Sundae's. Workers are very friendly. Like a lot of places, they are short staffed. Even though the workers they have are working very hard and fast. It does take a while to get served.

well came there around 7pm tonight with the wife and kids. ordered as normal. drove around to window and witnessed a worker wiping the lip of my cup with a random towel sitting on the counter. mind u was previously touched by another worker and just sat there. asked if i could get another shake made as i don't think that towel is sanitary enough to do that. worker then just swapped out lid🤦 workers didn't understand what i was trying to say was dirty. one worker tried explaining to me that the towel gets washed between each car. well I'm pretty sure that towel was just laying there and not washed in a sanitizer bucket of any sort. During this time a third worker had touched the towel and sit it back down what I'm assuming was for the order after me on counter. Very unsanitary to be using a large towel like that which could possibly get into the shake itself as they wiped my shake without the lid on🤮 had to ask three times to get a new one made. definitely will not be returning back to that location again.

They will not allow any walk up orders. I refuse to drive when I live 1 block away. They ask you to go through drive thru, which is not safe with the volume of cars.

There was only one employee working during a very busy warm winter day yesterday. She was working off her you know what. I appreciated her hard work and effort. And she makes the absolute best ice cream cones and Sundays in the world. We love our local dairy queen. Thanks for reading

The workers are very slow, and they take forever to take your order because they’re too busy talking with each other, they also hide when they see a car pulling up and they don’t take orders. apart from that they also never open on time, they just stand there staring or hiding. very unprofessional. seems like they just be hiring anybody these days.

Friendly service to a point, just a little rude. But don’t advertise your Apple Pay works when it doesn’t. Can’t review the food as we just needed a quick bite and forgot wallet at home.

Short line tonight. Person in front of us had a big order, but instead of waiting until that order was complete, they made our order and left it sitting. I should have asked them to serve them upside down. Our blizzards became shakes. Only kids inside. Maybe an adult in there would be a wise thing?!

There was a long line and the lobby was closed. When my turn to order, could barely hear the staff through the speaker. As always, my blizzard was awesome.

Usually pretty good. Although almost every employee I’ve ever interacted with has been extremely rude. Worst time was when I literally read something directly off of the menu, and the lady taking my order told me it didn’t exist and started being rude and condescending to me about it. I had to literally point to her what I was referring to and she just said “oh” and continued on. Didn’t even apologize.

They only had one person staffed and she was magnificent! She was floating everywhere she was needed! I felt bad that she was running drive thru AND counter AND answering all my stupid questions! Hire more people, help this lady out!! Food and ice cream, wonderful as always. BUT, management, get more people in there!!

After waiting forever which happens with all DQs so no problem... the tropical lemonade was just the mango slushie and I can’t get an answer nor will wait in the line as the lobby is only open for ice cream cakes. Sucks not getting what you paid for.

The staff are nice and the food there is great! The night crew has 2 people in particular that are terrible workers though, after waiting for 15 minutes of them talking and messing around, we just left. It was a short girl and a young boy.

Can I give negative stars? This place was awful! We got there about 30 minutes before closing time, and two cars in drive thru. We order two blizzards and wait for our turn to get to the window. The girl at the drive thru window tried to hand the car in front of us our blizzards, which the person in front of us took and then a few moments later decided to HAND THE BLIZZARDS BACK THROUGH THE WINDOW to the employee. No biggie, right? Just throw them away and make us fresh new blizzards, right? Ones that hadn't been exposed to 90 degree weather, bugs, and complete strangers....but this employee had a different idea. The person in front of us pulls away and now its our turn. I pull up and see the two blizzards sitting there beside her, all soupy and melted and dripping down the side of the cup. I pay $8.55 and she asks me "Would you like lids?", which my answer was yes. This employee has the gall to proceed with putting lids on the ALREADY MELTED BLIZZARDS THAT THE PREVIOUS CUSTOMER HANDED BACK THROUGH THE WINDOW! So, as a paying customer, I confront her about it and ask if those blizzards were the ones the previous customer handed back to her. She looks at me as if I am stupid and says no. So I ask again and ask her if she is sure. Again, with a guilty look on her face, she denies the fact that they are and claims she just made them (no way she could have considering I had been watching her for the past 5 minutes). So since she refused to make us fresh blizzards, I decide to just deal with it and she hands me the blizzards. That is the end of the experience, right? Nope, theres more! The blizzards she hands us are completely covered on the outside of the cup with melted ice cream. By this time she had already slammed the window in my face, but I decide to wave at her and politely ask for napkins. She throws the napkins at me and slams the window in my face once again. Can you believe these are the type of people who demand to be paid $15 an hour? Never again will I be back at this location.

We went in today the ice cream was great and we got an original orange Julius, whatever juice they use in it was bad. I called to let them know whoever answered was a little rude. We're not going to get another one. I just dont want anyone to get sick from something that can be avoided. All i was told was we will leave a message for the owner.

I always love DQ! This time around the staff got our order wrong, unfortunately. My friend didn't get chocolate syrup in her I've cream like she had ordered and they gave her a brownie instead of the cookie.

Been my local ice cream shop since I was a child. I found something in a Buster Bar that didn't belong there and the owner called me and apologized. Offered me free items. I didn't accept,reaching out for the apology was the important part. I will go there again.At times the staff is very slow

Sat at the drive thru waiting to be waited on for 15 min. No cars in the lot, no people inside except employees so they cant say they were busy. Finally left, they were inside b.s.ing with each other, none of them could be bothered waiting on me. Needless to say I did give them the finger when I drove by. Dont want your jobs than quit, other people will take it.

Girl was rude in drive through. Very difficult to order. Pulled up and not friendly boy co worker was wearing grey sweat pants, very unprofessional.Ordered banana split with pineapple, strawberry & Carmel - pulled away and only Carmel was on it. There were no other cars & no one inside. Cannot even take a single order. Will not go here again.

The service for me made me displeased, when I pulled up, somebody said they'd be right with me , waited 5-10 minutes, kept saying hello anybody there, person behind me pulled up to the window, honked, and left. I went in and granted I was not in a good mood but the fact the girl had attitude and wasn't very sincere . Blamed it on a girl who left. I don't know but my thought is you should have more customer service

There's nothing better than a banana split with strawberry, butterscotch and caramel toppings and the husband gets a chocolate chip blizzard. Love a good old twist cone. Be seeing you soon 37!

The owner is too cheap to honor national coupons. The employees are nice, though, not their fault. I won't be going there anymore
