I don't usually shop here, though it's not far from where I am. Been here a handful of times but I can't quite say that I've been given reasons to keep returning, unless it's egg nog season.Some of the pricing is comparable and fewer times where it's better than others. That isn't saying much if you're used to shopping at particular stores. I give it credit that it is a sizeable store, but from all of the times I've been in it, it just feels barren and barely anyone exists.To me it's just simply average, a place to sometimes go to if I don't feel like going to my regular spots.

The restaurant inside this store has some very good food!! Their Birria Tacos are very good!! Even without the sauce:)Back to the grocery store :) :) The employees are so very kind in my experience. I will have to check out more here:) I like to think I may he able to save some cash with this grocery outlet 🙏 😊

This place is the worst place to shop at deli. I always buy chicken gizzards here and they make it different from..the manager(but she dont act as one) makes it too mich breading and ots hard as a stone! And the onther employee makes it a lazy one light breading but its good and the gizzard is tender so i liked it but yesterday i ordered to the employee not the so called manager and the so called manager cooked it and i was to disappointed because its as hard as a rock and salty! So i went to order again to the other employee and told her to make it light breading and the so called manager raised hell and saying that's how she do it for 3 years already and so so and called the other manager ang didn't help too! They are ridiculous! So the other employee cooked me another one and asked if she makes it again and didn't like .will.i gonna pay so i said yes and that moment i am sure she will.make how her so called manager makes and i was right so from now on they didn't just loss a costumer but all my Family and friends will never go to this deli anymore!.very very bad experience as they dont wanna get corrected and dont apologize.!!

Decided to get a sandwich at the deli because I was starving!! My plan was to eat in the car & continue running my errands. Decided on the Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich. It was absolutely just aweful!!! There was no I mean no steak in the sandwich. It was shoe leather & it was dry crumbles. Gross!!! Like I said, I was starving!!! I managed to gag down a few bites & threw it out!! The "meat" was crumbling out into my hand!!! That sandwich was full price!! I think the "meat" was from 2019 not 2023!!! What little I ate I had to gag down!!! That cook should be forced to consume the literal garbage she puts out for sale!!! The sandwich was $5.90!!! Clearly, I was robbed!!! I will never, never get anything from that deli again!!! Buyer Beware!! You've been warned!!!

Prices are not all that different than competitors. Aldi is way more affordable doesn't have out dated and expired items and the store and staff are great. Close your restaurant and remove the stale crusty items in their cases just to me microwaved? Poor presentation of tasteless over priced items. A 3 pc dinner nearly $23OutrageousIf someone told you you were a fantastic. Cook please please I beseech you to revisit recipes.

So I think that you guys should really get some training because when my wife gets robbed in your store and instead of you immediately hopping on the phone to call the police because she's in so much distress she can't even talk and then she asked can I or your employee tells you to go look at the video and you say I can't look at the video I don't know how to you should have been on the phone calling the police for the customer that is so distraught in front of you they can't even insistence like that you guys should have ready at your finger tips not excuses I mean you figure your customers that should own stock and you guys company by now with all the money we spent there should be treated like family next time don't leave my wife to sit there and try to figure out her world in an instance like that that happened in your store have solution's

Came in with a friend for the first time, and was completely under-impressed at the prices in here. Paid more for a 12 pk of eggs than I normally do for an 18pk at my normal store. Noticed prices were the same, if not higher, than prices at other stores. Wont be back

I shop weekly at this Fleur Dr market. Staff is extremely friendly. I’ve gotten to know them and I feel glad to get a break with meat, fruit and veggies.

Hope in produce is amazing! Mark has also helped with getting me stocked up on spinach.I appreciate that the store provides discontinued products discounted near the front door.

Fully stocked shelves and clean welcoming environment.No waiting to have a friendly cashier process your selection of items.A welcome situation given many other retailers have gone to self check.Having enough staff to accommodate the customers 5 stars in my human to human contact mind.

After I was rudely treated by an employee and a manager at the Fleur location, I found out who to contact regarding this disrespectful treatment.Normally this location is wonderful and helpful.Not this time.I contacted Nick, who is not good with communication. After follow up emails, he finally said he'd spoken to the employees. That's it. No offer of a gift card or discount for the rude treatment. I've sent him 2 emails and now he's ignoring me. As a result of this avoidance, I will NOT shop at any Cash Savers. I hope the employees and Nick are happy with their treatment of me. I don't even know if he even really spoke to the employees! I think he lied and just said he did. It would fit in with the behavior of him and the employees.Oh, well, they lost a customer
What Happened

The store is kept clean and bright, which is rather important given food is kept here. They keep their shelves stocked really well also, and the staff I have interacted with have been helpful and kind. The only negative that I will mention is they could do with an extra cashier or two as there is usually a line most times I drop in, peak hours and not.

About a year ago I had a TERRIBLE experience with 2 employees in this store, and shared my experience so others could be aware.Well I am a FIRM believer in second chances and revising my review if things change or improve. I have always Loved Cash Saver, so even with the above mentioned experience I did continue shopping here. And I have to say in the past year the two employees have completely turned around, plus the addition of a few super polite and helpful new employees has made it a great shopping experience again.Nice clean friendly little store. Friendly and polite cashiers and staff. Prices even with the 10% markup are most of the time lower than Aldi for a better quality product.

Went in to get some needed food items. Read the sign saying, "We add 10% to your total at the register." Left immediately, as the prices after adding 10% equals the normal price if not higher than Target or Aldi.Good Luck, on your business model. I remember a place in KC, MO that had this same model of adding 10%, they went out of business within 3 years.

I hate giving this store 1 star! The staff is rude, they are always out of something and 10% fee on top of inflated prices anyway? What's up with that? It definitely cant be a convenience fee because there is nothing convenient about this store. If they were a caring business they would have dropped that fee when the pandemic hit. Hate this store!!!

Personally never really had a bad experience with an employee other than maybe a cold shoulder or two but hey we are all human and have are bad days. Prices are decent but you can find better prices else where and better selection

(07/19/2023) I love to shop at Cash Saver store and it is still great. Saving money for every day stuff is awesome and the staff is always warm and friendly with me when I am there. (Original Post:06/27/2022l) I miss cash saver a lot. I recently was forced to move further away from the store and I hate having to pay such a price increase at the competitor. Not saying what store is so much more expensive but it rhymes with My Key. Anyway cash saver is still worth the trip just have no transportation😞

Big shout out to Cash Saver Deli on Fleur Drive! Last weekend we ordered food for a wedding reception at a park for 100 people Not only did they help us determine the amount of food needed but the order was prepared perfectly We were told that “Mike” prepared everything himself The chicken was in foil pans and double wrapped with foil that had small holes to allow for venting This allowed each piece to remain crisp rather than turning mushy All the salads were double wrapped to ensure freshness and eliminate spillage during transport All of the items were then placed in heavy cardboard boxes with side cutouts for hands for ease in carrying Mike definitely went the extra mile and then some to make sure our order was perfect Everyone raved about the food and so many asked where we bought it as they wanted to get some themselves There weren’t many leftovers but that wasn’t a problem because everyone wanted some to take home! Thanks Mike for taking such good care of my family! You helped to make our special day a big hit.

Another update : How is your no back pack rule working for you ? I saw the police car outside your door . You more then likely had a shop lifter . I don't shop lift , I keep a back pack on me due to having to keep medical records on me in case of an emergency. I have a rare medical problem. I may not be able to tell EMS what is wrong. The stores I go toKnow where the records are. I can't shop at a storewhere I am not safe to be.I was in cash saver the other day to put something in the mail . Sheri asked why I no longer shop there . I told her I shop elsewhere due to their back pack rule. I always spent plenty In that store. It was always easy to catch up with Sheri , she helped me get things off the shelf I couldn't reach or to talk .I'm updating my review, it has been 4 months since I have been in the store . Since you cannot accommodate the disabled customers my money goes elsewhere. I keep my ten cents on the dollar. I go to stores that appreciate my business . I spend money when I go into a store . I spent plenty at cash saver .I get better vegetables and quality foods where I shop now. I have no hassles a out carrying a backpack that has medical information an ambulance driver may need . I have a hereditary medical problem I don't expect store personal to remember . I let them where to find the medical information is. As I may not be able to tell them what's wrong. Sorry to see you go but I cant spend money at your store.The recent no backpacks in the store is a problem for the disabled customers. They carry a backpack due to medical info in case of an emergency . It's there because their keys and the way they are paying for what they sent into the store for . If cash saver has a shop lifter problem have the Dm. Police officers back. I don't put much faith in security guards. It's like using a fox to guard a hen house.Before this latest decision cash saver made I had already cut my spending at the store by $165.00 .Do I need to cut my spending more ?

I was really surprised by the selection here! Not just in dry foods, there was some unique produce like yucca root that was harder to find around town. There's a good amount of isle space and everything was easy to find. There's a good mix of name brand items as well as unique products you'd typically see at a discount store. I'd probably go there again!

I purchased $153.96 in food and other products, then the added 10% which came to $15.01 a total of $168.97 how has this saved me money?The buy 5 various meats for what $19.00, wasn't right I was charged the price on the label which came to $25.83? I never saw the $19.00 for all 5?Walmart is cheaper, I can't see how I'm saving anything? I like like the store and employees but this math doesn't add up?

I shop here a lot. Most of the items here are for a great price, I have found some that are more expensive than other stores, but not many. They do have a lot of items that are unique just to them. Their international section is vast and has products I've never been able to find elsewhere. The people who work here (both shifts) are always friendly and pleasant.
