Today is April 28 on a Sunday register three opened up and the lady running that register was pretty rude. I went to move the cart from the end of the register and she yanked it back away from me. Didn’t even say that she needed the car or anything And was certainly nice to other customers, but for some reason, she wanted to have a me too attitude probably the crappiest Aldi’s I’ve ever been to thanks to this cashier

This is the good place. Cuts cost of grocery store visit almost in half compared to hyvee.Often gives me time to stand in line and not do anything. Can't play on phone while holding a box of grocies. That's a good thing! We all need more time to stand and do nothing.Employees are super nice

Very easy store to get around in. Plenty of choices reasonable prices friendly staff. Don't forget your quarter for the shopping cart which u get back when you return cart to outside racks.

This place has fed my family for 40+ years. If you do a little research, you will discover that Aldis has higher standards for ALL their products than the USA. And their prices are consistently lower. Love this store. You will too If you can get over a love affair with name brands.

Dated building, but well stocked when I went. The freezer section is different from other Aldi stores, and I enjoyed that it was more accessible. No self checkouts, but checkout line went fast.

They are kinda cheap with their prices. They are a clean store, you bag your own items after checkout. They carry off brand items for the most part. Hardly any name brand items there.

They were stocking shelves and smiling as we entered. The cashier has the best smile and makes everyone feel happy. Great quality of food. Now that they have fixed their entrance area everything flows much smoother!

This location has the worst customer service known to man. The cashier Cassandra ( be mindful of her) she’s rude and was extremely rude to me when I went there to take out money from my plasma card which mind you doesn’t have a physical bank. And I’ve relied on Aldi for years to take out money on my plasma card. She proceeded to tell me at the end of my two transactions that Aldi isn’t a bank or ATM and I should be going elsewhere to take my money out. Wow! Ok lady. So I leave. Go back inside to ask for her name so I can report her for being rude she says I’m not giving you that info. I know it’s your account but we aren’t an ATM service. Ok it’s an account. It’s my cash so give me my money. What’s the big issue? I bought two items from you guys you aren’t losing money from me taking out cash from you all what’s the problem? I work for a moving company moving peoples belongings on a Dailey basis so customer service is a must. I have to be with this customer all day or even a few hours but either way I have to be courteous to people. Experiencing this treatment at a place especially Aldi is infuriating.

Love Aldi's. No complaints. The store is always clean and well laid out. This store always has great staff. Carrie Kain a current employee was exceptionally helpful in a recent visit with her above and beyond customer service and in my opinion a gold standard representation of the Aldi's company. 5 STARS 🤩

I am a weekly customer of Aldi but today The old lady cashier start yelling at me because I take a cart from the entrance , she need to find another job because she don’t have patience she is so rude with all customers, please management take care of that situation that happened today wendsday August 9th at 3940 East 14th street store #3 that my receipt shows at 3:46 pm

Manager is absolutely incompetent. I really don't even shop here anymore. Always out of the most popular stuff, produce is hit n miss, and the prices go up faster than Hy-Vee. The employees themselves are good people, they just have the misfortune of very poor management and a chain that is declining into relative obscurity eventually.I just got tired of having to go to a second place to get simple things, so I just started going to fareway. At least they have chicken.

No self checkout option. There are 5 checkout lanes but I've never seen more than a single worker at them even if there is a worker nearby not doing much of anything

Always the cheapest grocery store.However, this specific one must under new management within the past 6 months. There is often only one cashier while 10+ people wait in line; other workers are on break while the manager is often stocking. I have shopped here for 20+ years and it has not been run this way before. Currently I have written this review while waiting in line and watching the workers chat. They need to prioritize serving the dozens waiting in line!

Clean place. The layout is not bad but it needs to be bigger. Would like to have more baskets. The food is always well priced and usually in stock. They have good specials and always good service. Staff is friendly and will help you any way possible. The breads and the milk are awesomely priced and always fresh. Good for tight budget people

I shop here at least once or twice per week. They have good prices, and the products seem of decent quality. What I don't like, is that since Covid, they seem to have stopped bothering to open up more than one register, no matter how busy the store gets. There can be people standing half way across the store, but you just have to wait it out. At first this was probably necessary, because they had employees dedicated to wiping down all their carts. Now, they have self-serve cleaning wipes. I'm not sure why they seem to no longer be able to spare an extra person to help at the checkout.

Looking for cheap foods and groceries,,,? ALDI is my best pick. Less crowded in-store pickup, and other services. The grapevines are so sweet. Ummm...!!! Couldn't get my hands off the bag till I left the store. Most juices are natural and organically manufactured. Great job...
