First visit today & what a nice experience! This store is amazingly stocked! A bit of a wait at the check out, but it is a much better store than the other Dollar Tree I go to, so the wait was well worth it! I found all of the crafting items I have been looking for plus they have the upcoming holiday stuff out! I was so pleased! Will definitely be back!

The manager is RUDE! I never leave reviews on things unless they are great or absolutely terrible. My husband called to get information and she was condescending and rude the whole time. When my husband asked for a moment to get a pen to write down a phone number she scoffed and said "oh my God" and then proceed to talk about my husband to a coworker while STILL ON THE PHONE!! The level of sheer disrespect was beyond me. She was on speaker phone so I heard the whole thing.

I have tried to go to this store twice now and both times it wasn't even opened at 9am like they are supposed to. You don't keep customers that way !!!

Personally won't come here anymore. Had a few and by few I mean 4 coupons and cashier had no idea how to take them off. Called another associate to the front who waved 1 coupon over the register and stated that they wouldn't scan and handed them back to me. No attempt on any of the others nor was there a manual attempt for entry. Coupons were valid and I was well within the parameters of the coupons. I mean I understand it's a dollar store but I have the right to use manufacturer coupons at ANY store and I didn't realize customer service would be low too. Guess you get what you pay for.

I'm not happy they told me that they will have hangers in on Wednesday on the truck so I went out today to get hangers and they said that the hangers won't be in until 30 days plus they said they will have cat collars there to will there was none they need help bad

I was waiting for 10 minutes for someone to charge me. One of the workers showed up and ask one of the ladies in the office to charge and she said it would be a minute because she was busy. Poor customer service, from what i know customer comes first. Very disappointed on the managers anwer.

Employees asked if i needed help, answered my questions, helped me find a product they didn't carry, willing to assist me in shopping for items i could not reach and even assisted me by taking my bags to my van. This is key since i am in a wheelchair.

Waited in line for 27 minutes bc the cashier was slow and the manager was sitting in the office. 7 people waiting to check out and one extra slow cashier.
