I was having trouble at the self check ou today while 3 associates were telling stories and laughing when I went to go to a full service lane the associate told me I could not lesve the self check out tell me I cant leave this is not the first time I have had troubles its going to be a long time before I shop wallmart this includes changing pharmacies

I had a great experience at this walmart the other day. One of the mangers there (Easton) was very friendly and helped me find everything I needed. I live quite a ways away but the staff there makes it worth it!

Customer service Needs to work on good customer service skills discriminating people is very bad Very slow check outs also I'll will stick with keep ordering my things picking up or my deliveries my delivery driver is better and worth the wait😞😕

I came here on a Tuesday afternoon. I have a broken foot and crutches so I needed a scooter. Every single scooter they had was dead or already gone...4 dead scooters. There was only one regular wheel chair available and it was so out of shape that the plastic sides constantly clanged against the wheels so you could hear me coming from the other side of the store. Apparently they don't care too much about keeping wheelchairs it scooters ready for the handicapped people coming into their store.

REALLY walmart? No cashiers working on black Friday at the checkouts so had to go to automatic checkout. ITs not my job to check myself out.

New remodel and I love it. Just all around new look with displays. Friendly staff. I use a scooter due to waiting on knee surgery alway cited and avail. My battery got low so cart was going slow on my almost 3 hr visit waited for my car (great job on oil and tire change..alway able to talk to they guts back there.) I got a push back to the chging plug in. Lol they didn't make me feel embarrassed at all kinda looked like they just were walking the machine back and we were laughing and just talking. Thank you

The man at the electronics/photo department had LONG hair. This is disgusting and repulsive to me and it makes me not want to do business there. Besides that even his attitude was not pleasant. In my opinion, people whose job is serving customers should be of respectable appearance and pleasant personality.

I'm personally getting sick of walmart cutting corners and making everyone bag their own merchandise. You can never find someone to help you and the check out lines are ridiculous. Their carts usually suck and their bakery could be way better. The only reason I go is because I believe they generally have lower prices than most, but for as much money as walmart makes why do they have to be so cheap? 😔

I have bought queso fresco many times,but the last MONTHS, every time I bought it the cheese was expired. It Has always been even though the expo date was later. Cheese that has been expo, and my kids have gotten sick, therefore I refuse to but their queso. They refuse to make sure the product is good and the messed up part is. It’s not the only thing I have come across

I’ve found the wonders of ordering on line and picking the order up. Up until today, it’s been a good experience. Then today, I found out when I got home that I had been shorted 2 items. I tried calling and couldn’t get a hold of anyone in the department. And then when I called back, the person on the phone said I would have to go to the store and they would refund my money but I don’t see how since they don’t issue receipts on those orders so there really is no proof…..

As usual had everything we needed plus more. It's always a great go to for everyday items. Personnel were very helpful and it was great shopping there. They offer masks for those that forget theirs. People were very friendly and helpful .

This Walmart has been recently renovated and looks good, but they still have a lot of pallets in the isles making it look cluttered and harder to navigate. I do like the new organization of the sections.

Well my food stamp card was not working and the teller was rude about it and teller to get me to put it all back and the manager come over and helped me get my food stamp card to work she was not happy with the teller and told him that's not his responsibility that ours the guy was rude really upset me see I'm handcap and in a wheelchair the people behind me understand how hard it is for someone that is handicap meny people feel that you have to open more cashier's and train them better you asked what I thought ii feel you need to make It more handcap friendly thank you for your time Darrin Bushman

Everything is great but they won't exchange cash for quarters saying that it's impossible unless all you want is a dollar in quarters 6 dollars is just too much quarters go somewhere else...Christmas is way too expensive I just spent over 450$$ on a few items
