Can't say enough good things about Lulu & BB's! My family and I always go there for my dog's food and toys. The owner is so friendly and knowledgable, it's one of the only pet-friendly places in town, and it even has a few adorable cats to say hi to! I highly recommend supporting this small business for all your pet needs.

This place was great! They have a huge selection of foods. We were looking specifically at cat items, and we found a lot of choices for our picky cat. She also loves the toy we found (toys are also plentiful here for both cats and dogs). I really love some of the other items like the unique beds. These were just a bit out of my price range. This place itself was also very clean (much cleaner than some mammalian pet stores I've been). I highly recommend coming here for items such as food, bedding, toys, and treats for your cats and dogs! 🐾🐾

We love Lulu & BB's! It's a great stop for any dog or cat needs. We regularly buy our dog food, treats and other supplies here. You will always receive great customer service and answers to any questions you have. I'm always appreciative of my food being carried out when I'm juggling both of my kids too. The cats are a plus and provide great entertainment for the kids while you shop ;)

Always friendly, attentive, and will go out of the way to ensure you get the product you need. He'll even help carry the 25lbs bags of dog food to your car for you. Great customer service there. I highly recommend them.

A wonderful store with a great selection of high-quality toys, accessories, and healthy food options. The store is pet friendly, and has a self-wash station. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful, even going as far as to open on holidays for customers with urgent needs. They'd more likely give you free stuff than overcharge you. Bonus: the shop cats are adorable and friendly.

I visited Decorah with my dog to explore the waterfalls and caves. Unfortunately, due to our travels, my dog’s collar broke. I heard about this pet store from a friend of mine, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND going there for all of your pet needs. I was in and out quickly, and was given wonderful customer service. Next time I’m in town, I will make a stop here!

Are you kidding? Northeast Iowa is indeed fortunate to have one of the best pet stores I've ever entered. In these times it isn't always safe to buy online (especially from Amazon, as there are so many counterfeit products there), and the results can be disastrous for our pets. Not only am I confident all their products have been vetted, I always learn something from Brent when I visit. (It's been over 30 years since I had a puppy, and I need all the advice and memory-refreshing I can get.) Pictured is Orius with his flamingo, which he saw as we were driving by and he told me he just HAD to have it.

We discovered this Decorah gem on a trip to visit family in the area, and thank goodness we did! Our dog was filthy after playing around the farm, so we brought her in for a much needed bath. Brent, the owner, even stayed late for us to finish! We got a ton of goodies, and were especially happy to see all of the USA-sourced treat and food options; that is not always easy to find. Our dogs will be enjoying their new treats and blankets, our cat his new wool bed, and us humans our new Ruffwear t-shirts for days to come! ☺️

Great locally owned pet supply store in Downtown Decorah. Owner/operators are knowledgeable, friendly, and bringing in great quality products that are unavailable elsewhere in town. The best part is that so many of these items are a blast for pets, as well as their owners! Fantastic addition to downtown Decorah.

Went in today with some questions about switching my puppy to adult food as it his first birthday. I was helped right away and literally EVERY SINGLE ONE of my questions were answered. 10/10 pet store! Whenever I’m in Decorah, I have to visit. Everything there is handpicked I think, it’s all super quality stuff. You’d think that it would be expensive, but everything there is a few bucks less than Amazon, and you get to support the store. Everyone there is so helpful. If you’re ever in Decorah and you have a pet, Lulu and BB’s is a must visit.

Beware unstocked dog wash. No scrub brushes, no dry brushes, no deshed brushes, no wet collar attachment for the bay, and no flea and tick shampoo.No step into dog bay. Only stainless steel ramp. VERY SLIPPERY when wet. Dangerous for your dog.
