The flower arrangement that arrived was even prettier than the picture! Very good size (ordered the medium one) and all of the flowers are absolutely beautiful. The delivery person keep us informed of the status when they couldn't reach the recipient and were able to deliver shortly after my mother-in-law called them back. Very happy and would definitely recommend!

I placed a last minute phone order for a bouquet to delivered to a Memorial Service. It was difficult for me to find a florist that would deliver on a Sunday. Sue was extremely kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to handle my request with thought and care. She made suggestions and sent me a picture, before delivering, to ensure I was pleased with the arrangement. The arrangement exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much for all of your help Sue! I will continue to use your services in the future. I highly recommend others to do so as well.

Flowers were stunning, great customer service. I was not home when they delivered the flowers but the florist who did deliver the flowers followed up with a call prior and after delivering them to ensure I received them. She was extremely sweet and personable on the phone. Highly recommend!

Sue at West End Gardens in West Davenport did an amazing job on my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding. She was so good to work with and knew exactly what my daughter-in-law wanted. When she brought the flowers to the venue everyone commented on how gorgeous they were. I can’t say enough about how talented this lady is and how reasonable her prices were. I highly recommend going to her if you are looking for a florist!!

I live out of town and contacted this florist for an arrangement for a funeral of a dear friend's father. The owner was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind and gentle with her words. She was so knowledgeable and explained different plants to me. She ended up making a beautiful arrangement for my friend's family. In this time of sorrow, she helped bring a smile to people's faces. You can tell she loves what she does and she is exactly the type of person that anyone would want to handle any plant/floral needs.

Hired West End Gardens for my wedding ceremony and reception. Sue is a genius. Basically sent her a zillion different photos that were all quite different. All I had was vibes and she was able to just picture it in her head and bring it to life magically for me. She truly just has a knack for this, I’m sure her years of experience also help. The easiest part of planning my wedding was picking out flowers from West End Gardens! I gave Sue a couple ideas and she went above and beyond what I could of ever imagined! I loved all the flowers and our centerpieces looked so elegant. It was so nice to not have to worry about my flowers as I knew Sue and her team would make our big day perfect! Sue, the owner, went out of her way to make a plant/floral arrangements at a last-minute notice. She even went out of her way to deliver it personally to my mother. She's a very caring person and an excellent florist! I looked around at a few other places online and came across her shop. Her arrangements are amazing and her prices are VERY affordable. Her shop offers far more than any other local/online place at the same price without compromising quality. In fact I would say the quality of her plants and flowers far supersede that from any other florist that I've went to. She will go out of her way to help you and make sure you're satisfied. She'll work with your budget and her creativity will give you the most for your money. By far the best experience I've ever had in ordering a plant/flowers! Thank you Sue for for everything ❤️

I have never had a bad experience here! Sue (owner/florist) is by far the nicest person I have had the pleasure of doing business with! Today was my mother's retirement and I thought that a nice bouquet would be appropriate for the occasion. I didn't give her any heads up and she whipped me up a masterpiece fitting for my mother. She is amazing even with last minute situations. I asked her to do my wedding years ago and she has never disappointed before or after! She took my delivery order 20 minutes before they closed on an emergency situation. She was kind, informative and the price was absolutely worth it!! I worked with the owner, Sue, she did my entire wedding-- created all of my bouquets, boutonnieres and floral and decorative arrangements for the church and the reception (everything!) and did an amazing job! I missed the deadline for same day delivery, which internet didn't tell me. I had emailed later that night after shop had closed to see what happened. Sue called me personally and offered to deliver them at 730pm. I told her not to worry about it. Next day would be fine. She was so nice. Added a nice rose to the bouquet. It's rare to experience service like Sue gave. I will be going here for all my floral needs. The bouquet was so gorgeous as well as priced great.
