I found what I was looking for with ease. The two WalMart employees I spoke with answered my questions and offered to go to their superior if the info they gave me wasn't going to be enough help. Very thoughtful employees. It was great to have them smile and help me.

Great for general purpose and seasonal shopping. I enjoy their hot food and quick purchase items at the entrance. My only complaint is that I find they do not have enough open registers.

Typical walmart, and we got lucky and scored a reduced price rotisserie chicken! Bathrooms were kind of a mess and all the stuff waiting to be shelved made some areas tough to navigate. But not out of the ordinary for walmart

Such lovely employees - Assistant Manager Sonya/Sonia (unsure of the spelling) was so helpful. First, she leisurely walked away from customer service with a couple of us standing in line instead of even attempting to help. Note the word “leisurely” because she for sure wasn’t moving with a purpose.Then, as we were standing at the customer service desk waiting to file a claim for an incident that resulted in my spouse getting over half a dozen stitches in her face, Sonya/Sonia asked the employee working the customer service (in what I must assume she thought was a low voice) if we have been helped and when the employee stated we were waiting for an individual, Sonya/Sonia so kindly said to her something about couldn’t we just leave the customer service area for a minute.Such wonderful customer service. Quite glad I was recording all conversation at that point.Edit: I just verified on my recording that we did pick up her comment.Employee: “They waiting on Jackie.”Assistant Manager: “tell them to get out of there”

I go to the check out counter that has clerks. They are always friendly. I enjoy talking with them while they are getting my groceries. It just seems like the world is in too big of a hurry so I enjoy stopping once in a while to actually have a conversation with someone you don't know.

Came in the morning at 5:30 I knew they didn’t open until 6. I seen them letting customers into the store as I walked in at 5:39 they had told us we can shop but we can’t check out until 6. As I am shopping people being seriously rude. Especially the lady in electronics with dark brown hair. Had an attitude but maybe you should be communicating with coworkers. Unpleasant visit and will not be returning. I understand that you weren’t open yet but you let a lot of customers in and you had no reason to have attitude with customers.

It's Wally world. It's a supercenter. You can get pretty much anything you want from here except humans being sold. You can shop online or in the store and they have a wonderful app. You can even pick up. You can have things delivered to your home. I'm not sure why people even go in a store like this anymore. Online shopping is so convenient through them!!!

Tried to call on my way (20 minute drive) to ask a quick question before getting all the way there and it literally just rang the entire drive. No one ever picked up the phone to even say “can I place you on a brief hold?” Regardless 20 minutes is a bit ridiculous.

A standard walmart suler center. This means that they have clothes, home decor, home furnishings, groceries amd a pharmacy. Went in to get some medicine refills for.my father. There was line of 5 people and thought i was going to have to wait along time but instead it went efficiently and only had a 5 minute wait. Got the medicine refilled and back on my way to other tasks in 15 minutes or less.

Terrible store. Store department signs on walls and hanging look like they are hand painted and make you feel like you are in a bad thrift store. Pharmacy is in the middle of the store and is very inconvenient if all you are doing is picking up prescriptions for an ill friend/ family member. And like all Walmarts the checkout look and feel like cattle runs for loading onto trucks. Staff standing around directing people to use the self checkout and expecting you to be an unpaid employee and not even receive a discount for being a cashier ad bagger. You will be accused of theft as you leave the store because you are asked to show your receipt even if you have a human cashier work for you and ring up your purchase. Being asked to show your receipt means that they suspect you stole something and if you are not being accused of theft it is a violation of your right to privacy. Ask if they are accusing you of theft when asked to show it, when they say no ask why they need to see it then. And continue on your way out of the store. Terrible business practice by a conglomerate that buys poorly made products at the lowest price, sells them to you at incredible markup and considers you a thief when you leave their store.

Do NOT purchase electronics from this store! I made the mistake of buying a Meta Quest 2 VR headset for my son's 10th birthday, and what we received was an absolute travesty. The box contained a used, battered, and clearly pre-owned product—dirty, scratched, and showing clear signs of previous usage.When I attempted to return it, I was met with an outrageous excuse: they refused, claiming a discrepancy in serial numbers between the headset and the box. I took the initiative to contact META directly, and shockingly, they confirmed that such discrepancies can exist among different components. Armed with proof from META, including a chat transcript, I confronted the managers and store lead, only to be met with indifference and a refusal to acknowledge evidence.Escalating the matter to corporate was an exercise in futility. The store seemingly operates in its own universe, unbothered by corporate intervention. There's a glaring disconnect or a deliberate refusal to address customer grievances between the store and corporate levels. It's a shameless case of being cheated and dismissed by this Walmart store.Avoid being swindled by this dishonest establishment. The sheer lack of accountability, the blatant disregard for evidence, and the dismissive attitude towards customer satisfaction showcase an appalling level of service. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of purchasing anything from them."

Good experience, friendly, knowledge staff for me -disabled - extremely hard to find a wheelchair, please add more of them considering that your stores are having a lot of customers and I like to shop there but importantly I need motorized wheelchair provided buy Walmart. I asked a Walmart customer service representative to help me with that and I wrote it more than once unfortunately my suggestion isn't working.

Went to get new glasses at the optical department the manager was the one who waited on me a more professional courteous and helpful individual I have not had in a long time and I have worn glasses since I was in the third grade and I'm now just retired I highly recommend this store to anyone

Pretty average in-store Walmart experience. Their delivery orders have been wrong for me >95% of the time though. I'm usually missing items or receive substitutions that I declined, receive wrong items, receive other peoples’ orders instead of my own, or just never get my order.

Basic store. Parking lot is a nightmare and get in and out of the store is even worse. We waited 10 minutes for traffic to finally part just long enough for us to shoot a gap out of the parking spot. And another 5 minutes to get to the roadway. Ridiculous. We have been in walmart stores all over America and this is the worst.

Store manager is a JOKE.Literally dodges phone calls. She'll even leave the store so she doesn't have to deal with a customer that got FOOD POISONING from one of the products. Ridiculous!

The store was clean, I found it well stocked, organized and I was able to locate what I was shopping for. Once connected, the store associates on the floor were friendly. I saw many working the floor and had to wait longer than usual for a locked/secure item. The employee who escorted us to the check-out area with our secure item was very friendly and cheerful. The staffed check-out lanes were minimal (3), I avoid self-checkout because of Wal-Mart's lack of customer trust extra step. It is not time saving to check myself out, only to be stopped, searched and receipt verified. Whether you like it or not, it's a search. Nearly every time I use self-checkout I'm stopped to verify a receipt. No issues have ever been found. There is no real time saved if I'm stopped. Their staffed check-out employee very obviously didn't want to be there. She was just rude and appeared offended that she had to check us out. Not a good visit.

Online delivery manager is fantastic! She should be the one to train the people on West Kimberly how a job should be done.Store is clean and well organized. People at this location are helpful unlike the other Davenport location.

Overcrowded, 10 or more employees in various points around the front of the store chatting and telling customers to use the self checkouts, 1 cashier with 6 customers in line. I was directed to use the self checkout and replied "why I don't work here". Customers enter a narrow maze system to scan, bag, and pay for their items themselves. It looks like livestock on a farm. And when you exit there is an employee that acts as if every customer is stealing, because he asks to see your receipt and checks what is in your bags. When I was asked for mine I asked him "Are you accusing me of stealing something?" He said "No we just like to make sure everything was rang up correctly." Asking to check out receipts and items is accusing us and the cashiers of theft.

Like the wider aisles since they reset this store. Very clean and well stocked. It is a longer drive to this store, but it is worth it. We always have enjoyed shopping at Walmart. Like most other stores, they were having stocking issues, but now they seem to be back up to speed. Still certain items hard to get. Either very popular or just supply issues. It's still a great store for us to shop at. Friendly and helpful staff as well. There's not much else to add as this store is well kept. Still certain hard to get, but that is happening all over. Very helpful staff.
