I accompanied a friend for my visit today. The lot was cleared of snow (important when you just survived a snowmageddon). We were greated with a friendly hello by the lady at customer service. The store seemed well organized and the aisles were clean and clear. I was drawn to the tool area and was pleased to see a variety of brands and a really good selection. Who doesn't want free popcorn?!? It was a great treat. Thanks for a wonderful shopping experience.

We needed jeans for my 19 year old at a moments notice. Outside the changing room, the helper - Michelle - assisted us by helping ensure a good fit, buy the jeans and walk out of the store wearing them - on time to get where he needed to go. Thank you! Then at guest service, Taylor helped me get a sale price. A great experience overall - plus free popcorn!

It took them 20 minutes for a small transaction. Then they charged more for the items then they had marked them for on the shelf. The manager just made things worse. She has no idea what customer service really is. Sad. The clerk was nice tho.Won't be back.

The place is clean. They have good popcorn and the toy section has a great variety and good deals going on. They also have kids carts which my kiddos appreciate.

Absolutely an awesome store! Comparative to Farm and fleet but much more core variety. Also a ton of outdoor equipment and farm inventory such as fencing and feeding troughs. Also my favorite thing is their gun and ammo selection.

Nice clean calm and organized place to shop in the middle of Davenport. Really like their outdoor rugged clothing lines.The garden center is ok. They need a little better check out area though, too tight and hard to shop and purchase at one register in the middle of the center and chaos.

Manager Tom back in the gun department was completely and utterly disrespectful. He talked to me as if I was not a human and made me feel very worthless when I had questions. Safe to say I will never take my business back to theisens. #firetom

I was over in the tool department (Dewalt) and heard a manager in the gun section, I think his names was Tom. Being very rude to kids looking at BB guns, telling them to get out of here, even used profanity when talking to them. Come on Theisens, get this man in check.

Manager (Tom) in sporting goods dept is always rude, impatient, unfriendly, and make us feel like we are a bother. We have spent alot of money there, but will not step foot in Theisens again! Whole management team needs replaced imho. Farm & Fleet is 5 miles farther away, but gives polite & friendly service every time. Well worth the drive.

Love just walking the store. So many different things! And as a plus, I help give the secret shoppers some steps in on their day...allllll the way to the checkout stations. Lol, not a good look for business, especially since I'm a "new customer" here and usually do my business at Blain's. I'll give it another shot and just "thank them for their service" and make sure they're not "stalking" over being a "secret shopper" if this should happen again. You blew your cover. Lol

Nice clean store. I typically can't find boots, clothes in my size. If you wear size 10+ or 3x you will be fine. Smaller guys don't have jobs?

Work boot selection is the best in the quad cities in all price ranges. They keep the shelves and sizes organized. They have plenty of benches for trying on boots.
