The staff suggested the Cookie Monster latté so that's what I got (with half the amount of syrup). It was good! They were open until 8pm so it's really helpful when I'm working nights. I also like that they serve 24oz coffees. Must try the other items next time!

I've only been a few times (we just moved close by!) but each time I've went has been a fabulous experience! The baristas are SO nice and helpful with my indecisiveness. Great place with so many different drinks to choose from. I honestly have never been to a Cafe that has had so much variety of drinks! They also aren't aren't badly priced considering you usually get four shots of espresso! And their energy drinks they make are so cool! You can add pop rocks to make your drink really pop!!! Hehe

Wow.. I couldn’t say enough good things! We pulled up and had no idea what to order, the gal at the window (glasses and blue hair) was SO polite and helpful. We went over the entire menu with us, and recommended her two favorites, which we got! Coffee is AMAZING! 😊 thank you for the outstanding service, you don’t find that everywhere anymore!

Today was my first visit and the woman at the window (I didn’t get her name but pink hair/purple glasses) was so kind and helped me to pick a drink! Even tho there was a line she was super helpful and not in a hurry to move me along. Even the man who handed me my drink was nice! Drink was great, I will definitely return.

My girl and I tried this place 3 days ago cause barely found out about it went to try it and dam coffee is amazing and staff friendly and met one of the owners super friendly and chill! Def recommend this spot for coffee and energy drink lovers and also try their snickerdoodle cookie they are amazing!

I went for the 1st time about a week and a half ago and have gone almost everyday since. This place is amazing! The staff are amazing and the selections are awesome! I love that they were able to make every drink that I had ordered decaffeinated and with no espresso. It gives me headaches. And it still tastes amazing! I also heard that they are going to be opening a ice cream store across the parking lot. I can't wait! I only have one suggestion.......can you put up something for some shade while we wait on the walk-up side of the coffee shop?

A really great coffee shop! It's so nice to have one in the west part of town! They offer student, military, and first responder discounts. The employees are always super friendly and kind. The menu is huge and they have different specials too, for example the month of August they have specials that are "fair themed". I can say I've never had a bad experience here and I've been coming regularly since the day they opened! My favorite is the iced OG cupcake vanilla. Check their ice cream place across the parking lot too!

One of, if not the best coffee shop in the area! They are always very speedy, efficient, and kind. The staff is so welcoming and friendly and takes the time to make it feel like a personalized experience. Java Joint is definitely the place to be if you want great service and coffee:)

Drive-thru fancy coffee in the West End! Love this local coffee option in my neighborhood. My only complaint is that they use styrofoam cups for hot beverages. Hoping they change to something more environmentally friendly soon.

Got a munchie that I took one sip of and it tasted awful. Like cleaning chemicals. Immediately went back and asked for a refund for my windex flavored drink and was rejected. Could've been a good review had I been offered a replacement drink
