Shyann did an amazing job with my puppy. She is patient, kind and thorough. My puppy looks great and all the concerns I expressed with my puppy when I dropped her off were listened to and addressed. I feel like my puppy and me are valued customers in Shyann's hands and that is hard to find now a days... Shyann will be my go to for now on. This is the fourth time I have been there and the first time I have been excited to write a review for someone there. Thank you Shyann for giving me my puppy back... she looks great.

We had taken my Gigi to another groomer and they must have been mean because when i got her she was so scared. When we arrived here she trembled a little but she went to the groomer on her own. When i came to get her she was happy and looked great!!! Thank you so much for making this a Wonderful experience for her and me as well!!! We will definitely be back thank you!

Amber, our groomer, is seriously the BEST! She's so friendly and is always happy to see us, even when she's super busy. She always takes fantastic care of our little chihuahua girl, who can be quite shy. Layla always comes out looking and smelling fantastic! Amber also helped recommend a food brand that is better for her sensitive belly, and we're into our 5th bag! Layla loves it, and she's as shiny and healthy as ever! We really love and appreciate Amber! She plays an absolutely crucial role in Layla's health and wellbeing. I HIGHLY recommend Amber, and any of the other staff at the salon. They're all just wonderful!

Staff is always friendly and truly care about my dogs. Offer suggestions for not only on the grooming , but all staff assist with harness fitting or clothes. Always give me an estimate for time frame of the grooming and cheerful when calling to let me know they are done. My dogs are happy to go there, never bulking about my leaving them .
