Very helpful staff, helped us to find everything we needed and were extremely supportive in adopting our kitty Hazelnut. We love her very much and quite literally struck gold with her, she's amazing. We got the cat posts and bed from there which were definitely worth it!

I go here to get my bearded dragon meal worms. I try to go every Thurs when they have shipment so I can assure what I buy is fresh & alive. I have visited wen they were out of them or what they had wasn't quality & of course that sucks so if ur buying fresh make sure to go on days receiving shipments!👍

Pet Supplies Plus Davenport, IA store never disappoints! From being greeted by Mireah to Beth checking in on you to Justin making sure that everything was perfect for washing my dog. Can't thank this store enough for the kindness you show to pet owners. They will even carry your food out (Justin!)

I wanted to try the self serve dog washing station. The only thing I didn’t like is how open the area is, if there’s another dog in there it can be distracting. But overall it’s a good system and a good price to get to wash your dog with soap and towels and dryer included.

Your staff is usually really friendly and helpful and the cat food the morsels mittens morsels. My cats don't barf no we're near as much as they do on the expensive high dollar name brand food, 85% reduction in cat puke.

Truly a very positive experience from the moment I entered to the time I left. I went in to wash my dog and my experience could not have been better. The tubs were clean(and cleaned and stocked with clean towels and shampoos after each use by Brad and Bree). Very friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable staff. They care about the animals they interact with and the humans that care for them. Shout out to Brogan too for helping me with the wash card!

Nice neighborhood pet store that's not a huge chain. They have some upscale food brands (Orijen) & nice selection of toys. Also a self-service dog wash. Staff is friendly and helpful.I like to help these smaller local businesses. Also have curbside pickup during COVID pandemic.

Local pet supply company, with full line of most dog food brands. They also have a two bay do it yourself dog wash, it’s $10 per wash, or you can buy a five card punchcard for $25. This is very close to my home, and was surprised to see this awesome dog wash. They also have a pet tag engraving machine tags start at $8. They have the better machine that actually engraves deep into the tag, much better tag than from other places. For an example, the engraver at Petsmart is one that only lightly engraves the tag and is sealed with clear sticker to protect the laser etching from becoming unreadable.

Normally I have a good experience here but me and friend went with our dogs and I did not like the way my dog was ignored. My friend dog is a certain popular breed and mines is a mix. They are technically god brothers. It hurt my heart when two of the workers blatantly ignored my dog giving all the attention to my friends dog and did not offer mines a treat, pets, or compliment. Yet showered his god brother right in front of him. I was so sad I had to ask them to give him a treat as well and they nonchalantly toss him one and turned around. I am not trying to make a big deal out of it but if I go to a place with for dogs I would expect them all to be treated kindly and friendly. Hopefully this is a good learning experience so no other owner has to experience this it Dog.

I have a huge dog and took her here to give her a bath, the staff is pet friendly and very helpful. The bathing area was clean and well stocked for my dogs baths. I would highly recommend pet supplies plus to anyone looking to pamper their fur baby.

Such a great place. If you have a pet and live local you have to set up am accout. So many opportunities to earn rewards! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Love the ease of ordering online and being to pick up curbside. They also offer delivery I believe but I live close so I have not used this service.

Just got a new pup, and went to Pet Supplies Plus to get all of the supplies she didn't come withAll of the employees were friendly and helpful. Three different employees asked us how we were doing or offered to help us find items, during the course of our visit.They have everything you need for a dog, and then some.Also carry supplies for reptiles, rodents, birds, and fish, and their selection of fish is decent.
