I was lied to. They made excuses. Caused damage to be done to my vehicle and if I can get ahold of the owner. They will be 2 employees short. I had it in there twice and they screwed it up even worse. Now I can't get my wheel off if I have a flat. You have been warned. These people are not honest and if you go there you can only blame yourself.

I've had my van worked on various times by Olderog, and have never had to go back for the same fix. Reasonable and professional for the work that was done. I will keep going back to them. Very trustworthy.

So far so good....sitting here writing this. Waiting for my car belt to be put on. Sitting with my dog Chase in the waiting room. It was nice they let him inside. We are watching Tv and checking out all the magazines. Great job guys

These people said they replaced all the brake lines in our truck, DIDN'T, and almost killed us in an almost accident because of what they didnt replace. A supposed kit that was bought but Olderog only decided to replace 2 out of the 5 new lines. No, we will never, ever step foot in this place again.And as a matter of fact the owner of that truck took them to court and they were found GUILTY OF FRAUD!!!!!

They do good work here. My vehicle has always been fixed right the first time when it's had issues. If they don't do something (like glass replacement, for example) they're happy to give u a name and number to other people that also do good work for as reasonable a price as possible.

Great service from an honest mechanic. Brought my car in thinking the alternator was bad, turns out this model has two alternator belts (I had no idea) and the hidden one broke. Could have charged me an arm and leg, instead under $50 and running good again! Honesty goes a LONG way

Horrible. I had and alignment done after suspension put on got the car back steering wheel was off to the left driving straight down the road by a good inch. Took it back they did another alignment. Pulled to the right bad. Took it back and all seemed fine. Few months go by took off my tire to find out the inside of my brand new tires were wore badly. 70,000 tread life on them I have 7,000 and there bad. Went back and they said there is nothing they can do. It's not there fault. First off I went to 3 other shops and asked what causes this they all said excessive negative camber. And second if there are any steering and suspension parts are bad. Well they did the alignment multiple times and never once said anything was bad. I've been to other places to have my cars aligned and they do an inspection before to insure the alignment will hold true. If not they let me know and I get it fixed. These guys however said nothing. So for there lack of inspection to make sure what I'm paying for will do good and them refusing to do anything about it. I WILL NEVER go back for anything even if I break down I front of there shop. I'll tow it to the next shop.

All of these guys are awesome. If it needs replaced, they'll tell you without any pressure. If it's going to need replaced in the future, they'll let you know that it's not critical, but to pay attention. No fuss, no b.s, none of that.

Gentleman on the phone was polite and informative. I was originally told the job would take one hour, it took about an hour and a half, no biggy for me. The overall appeal outside of the garage is non appealing, mainly to the location of other buildings around it. Inside wise, it looked like a garage and professional enough not to turn me away.The service was practical and could have not been any easier. I dropped off my keys and in a hour and a half I picked up my keys and drove off satisfied. I always double check lug nuts and PSI in tires after having others work on my tires/wheels. Everything checked out perfect!

By far the best service and trust you can find when it comes to auto repair shops especially after I was stranded on very cold day with a valve stem that was broken and they sent the service truck out to help me and fixed it..the best part about it is they didnt charge me a dime for it....you can't find any place that would do that for a customer that had only been there once before..
