I visited this store yesterday and was disappointed by the "bulk foods" section. To me that means an area with bins where you can get out what you need, and most important, to me, you can utilize reusable containers to get those items. Unfortunately the "bulk section" was all prepackaged items. They did have some interesting and hard to find items, but since it was prepackaged, and therefore contributing to a lot of unnecessary waste, not what I'm looking for. Hopefully that will change in the future.

I was attempting to check out and got in line behind these 2 young girls checking and Chris (the cashier ) told me and my husband we are going to have to go down line 5 which already had 5 customers in line. Sharon checked us out (she is a wonderful employee. She even apologized for Chris's rude behavior). Chris was entertaining these young girls and making other customers go to Sharon's line because he wanted to joke and smoke with these young girls. He's a horrible employee. If this wasn't the only natural Grocer within miles I would not go there again. It's sad we have to deal with terrible customer service.

This place is great! They have high quality products that you can't find anywhere else. The staff are very friendly too.We don't do all our shopping here because the prices are a little higher than Costco or Walmart for things they have, but Natural Grocers has some really good vegan food options that other places don't have (i.e., non-dairy yogurt, vegenaise).

I LOVE my painted metal monarch butterfly!! I raised and released just over 100 monarchs this summer so this will make my heart happy until next year!!! I stocked up on pollinator annuals since they were a good deal as well!! Thank you Wallace's!!

We stop here a lot when shopping in davenport, they have the potato chips I can have, and lots of natural food products. Excellent place to shop if you want gluten free items.

Not all keto friendly food items & they don't have keto bread there like glutenull hamburger buns, cloudies or Royo bread & other keto friendly foods but Fresh Thyme is the same. They do have a great selection of viamins & beauty products but when it comes to following a keto diet not so much.

This store has a great selection of natural meats. I went here specifically to find meats that are minimally processed and grass-fed, pasture-raised, etc. I was very surprised to find that not only is their selection extensive, but they have ratings for each brand and meat that are listed above the frozen meat section. Only downside is that they are a bit pricey. Spent $30 on 4 lbs of ground meat.

Best store in town! The produce is amazing it's alway fresh and looks appealing. Staff is friendly and always there to greet you when you walk in.The store manager is ultra kind and the assistant store manager is very helpful when you are looking for an item. If you can't find what you are looking for they will even special order it in for you if they can!! Highly recommend.

I love the store, the people are really nice, selection is great, just wish they weren't quite as pricey.The store hasn't changed noticeably through COVID-19, & prices are close to the same as pre-pandemic.

Went there to Buy psyllium husk for baking and the workers were helpful and showed me where it was located. The workers are Nice and Helpful. The store and their bathrooms are very Clean. I found everything except one item (rose hip oil capsules) we need more Natural Grocers Stores.

Great prices and great quality products. I've never been disappointed. Obviously you're going for "natural" products, so if that isn't for you then try a different store. We used to shop at Hyvee every week in their health market, but we've been saving money and buying different products that they don't sell. Will be back every week!

Great prices on organic foods and best selection in town.The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that they need to work on their stocking. Way too many key items out of stock every week such as organic ground beef, Strauss ice cream, onions, etc. Fix this and I will give 5 stars.

I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease over the summer. Started shopping here because they have vast amounts of gluten free food. They have many other choices like vegan and organic, they carry supplements and have frozen sections for food as well. They also carry many different brands. The employees are friendly and love to help their customers

Had exactly what I was looking for, but unfortunately customer service skills needed improvement. They took two customers behind me to different registers before I was able to check out my one item. Cashier was very unfriendly and didn’t smile or apologize for wait time.

Excellent selection of every type of high-quality, natural herbal supplements, along with a good choice of fresh, organic foods. They also have toothpastes and hair products, not to mention groceries. Well worth your time.

I love natural grocers . I has all the organic and homeopathic medicines I need . Plus there is health and beauty . Which I love the bath Epsom salts for long days at work and it's all natural . I'm into all natural homeopathic everything so natural grocers is the best place for me .. oh I also love there Himalayan rock lamps..I also used to work there and it's a great atmosphere very good vibes .customer are friendly as well as the staff ..I also like the recipes .oh and I like that they cater to ppl needs like gluten free vegan vegetarian and siliac ..there is even classes u can take to learn about nutrition . I wish there were more places like natural grocers .we need more homeopathic old ancient remedies and Dr.s that can help u out naturally for the ones who choose to live that life style .A++

Love this store! Organic produce is not expensive, almost like they care about their patrons health by making their organic produce affordable, imagine that! Some produce sourced regionally, like the romaine lettuce, grown in Wisconsin! Raw goat cheese from a sustainable farm in The Sierra Nevada's. Excellent raw energy bars from Oregon. My favorite bar soap in HABA dept called River Soap, out of California. Refrigerated nuts and seeds! Wisconsin grown squash. Classes on cooking and holistic health, wow! Please build a store in Indianapolis.

Its overpriced and I wish they had more produce/fresh foods. And I dont like the the bulk section is still in plastic bags. I would reccomend this place if you want supplements or beauty/bath products though

You can get the same foods at much cheaper prices at most chain grocers. May have to hi t a little, though. If you don't mind paying the prices and just grateful for the convenience, then this place is worth a visit.
