Went to the first line to order. The lady put sweet tea instead of orange juice, no big deal. But then she had an attitude when I told her I asked for an OJ. Told me to pull up to the window instead of taking the rest of my order. Both girls at the windows were super nice but I could see her hiding in the background making my food. She gave me a lid as a pup cup I’m assuming because she’s lazy or was mad I wanted my order correct. Got whipped cream all over my car because her 300 lb self couldn’t walk to get a small cup.

Don't ever bother asking for extra condiments. If you ask for anything other than ketchup they want to charge you for them. A billion dollar company can't afford to provide ranch or hot mustard when requested?And I know, this is probably a franchise store owned by an individual...but they could still provide condiments without charging extra for them. What's the difference between providing ketchup for free and bot other condiments?

Warm food and it was fresh. Twice I've asked for extra mustard and I've received none. I don't really care, but I asked to get more mustard on them. They remade the order, but it was the same amount. It sounds dumb but each time I've just gotten off night shift and want something I actually like. (I started asking for extra specifically to receive mustard. Shouldn't have to.

ordered breakfast this morning, so i go through the drive thru and order and i had a promo code buy 1 get 1 all is good until i get home. So i have to go back and had to explain that they messed up, they make a new order and i dump it on the counter and all of it is luke warm so tell me did they hurry or cut corners, so i told the manager she needs to send some of her employees to school so they can learn how to read, they get paid quite a bit for flipping burgers, i have had to go back quite a few times to the mcD on w kimberly and i will never go back again. they suck

Horrible customer service…when taking my order through the drive through they asked if I’d like to use my reward, I said yes. Usually they say “ok go ahead with the code” but I got a rude “HELLO????” I let it slide because maybe they didn’t hear me saying yes? So I go “are you ready for my code” and I got “yea I’m waiting go ahead!” I’m so sorry that I was waiting to see if you could hear my code, next time I’m just gonna pull up and yell my code since we’re on a time crunch here I guess. This is just one out of many inconveniences I’ve had here but they’ve gotten so rude lol

It’s sad that I had to wait so long to wait for someone to take my order while 2 cars who got there before me got to out in their order first. I have two kids in the car crying and waiting patiently to get their breakfast and milk that once I said something of course someone pops up and I had to drive away. Never again will I ever go to this one. I will definitely go to another McDonald that can take my order within 5 seconds (even if they’re so busy they still take my order).

Gotta be the worse service I received by them tonight. 1 double quarter meal asked for extra onions. Sandwich came with no onions (honest mistake?), ticket on sandwich box says EXTRA onions. 1 big Mac meal, top meat patty looked like it went through a grinder. The meat should have not even been placed in this sandwich, but manager says they make sure food is prepared properly.Food purchased came with no napkins (multiple occurrence), do we have to pay extra for napkins nowadays?Called to talk with a manager, spoke with Gracie. She needs to go back to manager schooling. Was rude and every time I tried to talk she would began talking, would never just listen and hear my issue/s with her request. Could definitely tell she was young and had no experience. Only way for them to help me was for me to pack up my food, hop in the car and drive back to McDonald's. Big inconvenience for me considering they messed up. She didn't even try to apologize. Cant believe what employees want for increased wages but can't even make a simple order or know what good customerservice is. I worked at a McDonald's 25 years ago, you would think services would get better after that amount of time but proven it has not. We will get food from business around them before we go back to this McDonald's. If you think I called just to get a free meal, your crazy. I definitely don't need your "free meal", I WANT MY MONEY BACK............

Id give better stars but yall need to update your hours on google. Says your open at 4am. So I call to verify, no yall open at 5. UPDATE YOUR HOURS! Google even states the company verified hours anout a month ago.I remember when mcdonalds was open 24 hours

This is the worst McDonalds in Davenport!! Can't ever get my orders correct, no one can be bothered to watch the front counter, so you have to stand there waiting for ANYONE to turn around to see you standing there to get order corrected. Told them ketchup and onion only, and first one had no onions and one had mayo on it. Then get new ones, and they are drowning in ketchup. Told them their unsweet tea was expired, and it was just left there. Tables are dirty, and no one can be bothered to clean them. If you can do without for a few, at least go to W. Locust one, they have better service!

NEVER AGAIN! Breakfast WAS the only meal that I get from here, but no longer. I stopped by for the 2 for $5 sausage McMuffin with egg but they don't have that special anymore. Ok, I can understand that...so I figured I would order just one for the $3.49 regular price. What a shock to find they now cost $6.49! I can understand inflation, but nothing warrants an 85% price increase. C'mon McDonald's, you're just price gouging your customers. SHAME ON YOU! I will NEVER eat at another McDonald's!

Seriously, if I select table service. Don't stand up at the counter yelling my name and then act like I'm in the wrong for not sprinting to the counter. Then have the audacity to scold me for getting my own cup, because you can't be bothered to put it on the try. " If you want a cup, you should have asked". I did ask, you know, when I ordered it. Ridiculous. Then the fact the staff was dropping f bombs in the back, real family friendly.

We had a mobile order for a single frappe… and we went through the drive thru saying we had an order and the girl asked us for our name and told us to pull forward but when we got to the window we were greeted by the most nasty older woman who had the WORST attitude. This was at 10:56 on Monday. She made it seem like it was OUR fault for not saying letters when the people taking the orders never asked. She then proceeded to get an attitude. Rude as hell. I don’t care if you work in fast food, I work in retail but I would never be this nasty or have this much audacity. Either retire or learn how to have a pinch of customer service.

I go to this McDonald's because it's convenient and close. Without fail everytime I order they mess something up, either a sandwich is not made right, something is missing or, the wrong thing completely. I clarify my order in the drive thru and the window yet every time I have to go in and correct them. I go through the drive thru so I don't have to go in but I do because I'm not paying for the wrong thing. I've talked to managers and nothing is done. This is extremely frustrating and terrible service. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

I’m so disappointed! I ordered online, and it took 15 minutes to get my food delivered to my car. I saw others waiting too so I figured they were just understaffed. When I got my fries, though, I was disgusted. They were mostly burnt with hardly any salt on them. I normally love McDonald’s fries and could only eat a quarter of them before I just gave up. I’ve never had this bad of a McDonald’s experience.
