Very thorough wellness exam. Addressed any concerns and made recommendations. Staff were very patient, understanding, and thoughtful. Work to accommodate each pets specific needs. We have been going to Kimberly pines for about 5 years and have always been happy with them. I always feel like the Dr is very knowledgeable and knows what they are talking about. They do a great job of providing information and explaining any recommendations or plan of care. Both of my dogs struggle either with going to the vet, meeting new people, or being around new animals in general. Staff are accommodating to this, calm, supportive, understanding, and work to ensure it is a good experience for my pups.

I am very happy with the excellent care given to my pet. I try to take care of her like she was a kid and it's very rewarding when the staff takes care of her as well. Everyone is so nice and very professional. I've gone here for years and wouldn't be happy anywhere else.

We had the best experience this week with Dr. Trommer. She spent a ton of time with us, really listening and providing lots of helpful ideas. The vet assistant was also delightful – super nice and very easy to communicate with. We have been to lots of different vets in the QC, and this has so far been our best experience. We will for sure be going back.

After contacting three other vet offices in the area and finding out that they were not accepting new patients, I was greeted with an enthusiastic “Yes, we are accepting new patients.” Upon arriving for my appointment, we were placed in a room promptly with zero waiting. The vet tech was very friendly and patient with my nervous cat Nova. When the doctor came in, my little Nova was less than enthused because she knew what was up. But, I appreciated the doctor’s calm demeanor and kind attitude. The other staff I interacted with during my visit were also very nice. My Nova had a great first vet visit and I am sure her sister Sherry will get the same great care and experience when her time comes to go in later this year. Thanks again to the staff for their wonderful service and calm and caring personalities.Update - October 2023 - My cat Sherry had her vet appointment for the year recently and she did so well. The caring staff was excellent once again at providing great service in a calm manner for my little girl. Will definitely continue to take my cats to Kimberly Pines and highly recommend.

I have been bringing my pets to Kimberly Pines for years now, and absolutely love them. Everyone is always so friendly and accommodating. When my 16 year old kitty passed away this past November, all the staff members I encountered were very sympathetic and caring. They even took the time to send me a condolence card. I highly recommend Kimberly Pines to anyone with a pet.

I've gone to a couple other vets while Kimberly Pines had some issues. Now I'm glad to be back. Took one of my boys there this week. So friendly, so helpful. Didn't feel rushed. Dr Long is so kind, caring and knowledgeable. KP has changed alot over the many years I've gone there, but I'm sticking with them. 👍

Very friendly and efficient staff! I've been to a few vets in the area and Kimberly pines has been my favorite. They treat the animals like you would treat family. My cats, while not happy about going have an easier time here than anywhere else

I recently moved to Davenport and was looking for compassionate, friendly care for my cats that was reasonably priced as well. The staff is great - Amy is so helpful! Doctor always answers all my questions patiently and shows great care in treating my pets. She is also great about educating me in the care of my pets. Quite recently I had to say goodbye to one of my beloved boys. It was hard but Dr. Lisa, Amy and the rest of the caring staff were so kind, really helped me through. I will continue to have Kimberly Pines care for my pets and will let others know how great they are.

I love everyone here that I have met so far they take great care of my room mate. I first came here when my puppy fell down the stairs and I was so scared that he broke his leg but they were very comforting and got straight to the problem. They did x-rays and medicine for a great price, better than what they quoted me. I like the way they interact with the animals.I just went back to get Bronco’s shots and It looks funny because he is so happy to come here. I highly recommend bringing your fur baby here

I've been going to this veterinarian for years. It's not the closest one to where I live but It's worth the drive for me.I've never had a bad experience and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The waiting room is spacious so I've never had to sit very close to anyone, which is a concern with a larger dog like mine.I always ask for Dr. Brogren or Dr. Fix (Metzgar) depending on their availability and my availability. They have both treated my dog and cats with care and listened to everything I had to say, even if they probably knew the answer already. 🤣A few years ago I had to put down my cat who was my best friend growing up. It was very difficult, and I asked if he could be euthanized outside since he used to love running around outside and laying in the sun. Not only was my request fulfilled, but they brought out a blanket so I could make him a bed on top of their picnic table. I can't imagine a better scenario for such a terrible day and for that Kimberly Pines has my loyalty.

From the Secretary to the Dr I was treated w the utmost respect. I was NEVER rushed. I was carefully listened to, and every question was answered fully. They called several times to check on my lil guy. **my Shi-Tzu had torn his ACL*** I WILL NOT GO TO ANY OTHER HOSPITAL. This place loves their job and loves their patients.

The absolute best! My dog showed improvement after starting the prescribed meds immediately. Dr. Hatfield knows her stuff. Her Techs/Assistants were great too! That includes office staff. The most thorough exam my baby has ever had. Thank God, I took my baby here🤗
