As he has grown and brought on servicemen, they also, have been efficient and great to work with. These guys are always my go to for appliances hands down.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!! We bought a dryer from them. Right away called to report it wasn’t working. They took almost a month to send someone out -they have a 30 day warranty smh. They said it wasn’t the dryers fault it was taking 3 plus hours to dry a regular load of clothes. Our old dryer was fine. Never had any issues. Then they say if they came out again they would charge us $150 per hour. They are liars and thieves. SMH.

At worst this place scams people. At best, they are bad at what they do. Stay away!!!If it's a scam it works like this: They say, "This is going to be too much to fix, but we will give you $50 off if you buy one of our used units." You buy one of their used units, have them take your old unit away which they fix cheaply and then resell.Picked by Samsung to diagnose my washing machine issue. The tech came and spun the tub by hand and said it was the spline (aka the spider arm assembly). Told me it would be too expensive to be worth repairing ($750 in labor alone) but could sell me a used one they had. Based on my understanding of a washing machine that seemed near impossible so I took it all apart myself and then showed them the pictures of a perfectly fine spider arm assembly. So they sent someone out to actually try and do some diagnostic work and the man then thought it was the hall sensor and wanted $91 for a part you can get online from $12‐25. So even though I didn't think this was the issue I bought a new part online, swapped it, and surprise it didn't fix the issue.I asked for the owner to call me. No call back. I emailed the owner, no response. I put in two different samsung request to have them come out and actually diagnose and fix the issue. The first one they declined and when samsung said they had to or refund my money they called and said they were going to replace the spline (which again is called the spider arm assembly) EVEN after I showed them pictures of a perfectly good part they wanted to do this repair (the most expensive for labor). I told them they can replace whatever they want but I'm not paying for anything unless it fixes the unit, so they said again they are declining service. I do a lot of reviews but never has a local company left such a bad taste in my mouth.Update: I swapped the inverter board and it fixed the issue. A 10 minute fix.

Bought a speed queen washing machine from them was told that it was thoroughly gone through and made necessary repairs, but in a few months, it quit working because nothing was really looked at the belt was in very bad shape. The pulley was very, very worn and they made a quick fix to it and that was it.

Worst customer service ever! Lady in the office is super snotty about being called out for promising a phone call and no phone call, no text message prior to them heading to my house. I'm a single mom and can't take half a day off of work. Appointments are 2 weeks out so no timely manner either. Technician won't even turn around when I'm 10 minutes away. Horrible horrible customer service!!After reading their response:If you hadn't scheduled someone at the exact same time or left room in your schedule for the technician to actually do anything with my washer, then they wouldn't be late to the following appointment. As a matter of fact, they were running early and earlier still when they didn't stay at my house. My son was literally on the phone with me as I was racing home but no. Couldn't wait. And it does not explain the lack of a call that was promised by the desk when the technician was on their way nor does it explain the nasty attitude I encountered when I called to find out why the promised call wasn't made. I stand by my review. Terrible customer service.

Save yourself the time and frustration. Stay away from this awful company. They are crooks selling appliances that don’t work and then refusing to do anything about it. We told them-the dryer isn’t drying. They came out said yes it is. Really??? NO IT IS NOT!!! I can’t believe they do this to people who are already in a bad place financially. Shameful.

Waste my time on line buying a fridge getting them to set up I agree to pay them. 75 bucks . They then said they won't hook water line to fridge what is 75 dollars for. They don't like copper I have multiple houses with copper to ice maker no leaks. Stay clear

Bought a fridge. It quit working they brought out another. Roughly 2 weeks later, it quit working. The owner was very nice. They gave the money back for the fridge. The only problem is now that I'm stuck with a broken fridge.

My refrigerator stopped refrigerating and so we checked out this place on Hickory Grove. They've got so much stuff! Washers, dryers, almost every appliance you can imagine. Found a fridge that day, paid for it (don't write a check because they really do not accept checks, which is completely understandable) and they delivered it pretty much the next day. Really nice people, very nice. Fridge is very cold

I found a Gas Dryer on FB Market Place at Kaufman's Appliance Service but unfortunately, it had sold by the time I was able to find a truck to haul it. I called & spoke to an AWESOME lady (sorry I don't remember her name) but she informed me they had a similar unit which had the door that opens down (not sideways) and large capacity (2 features I wouldn't do without). I called my transportation and we headed over. She greeted us at the door & after letting her know that we had spoken on the phone, she showed us 3 dryers that met my needs. Once we decided on a dryer, she grabbed the dolly, pulled it out and had it out the door by the time it took me to blink. I will say, she made my stress level drop about 99%.Thank you for making my experience a VERY POSITIVE ONE!

Have a Whirlpool Refrigerator under warranty, confirmed by Whirlpool and they refused to fix it. Waited 3 weeks without a fridge for the appointment made by Whirlpool. Tech walked in looked at it and refused to fix. Called Whirlpool, they called Kaufman while I waited on line and came back to say they will not fix. Now I have to wait 10 more days for a new company to come out. Whirlpool is filing a complaint as well!

This place and Andrew him self were so helpful and just the best! 👏 Andrew not only helped me pick out a washer and dryer for a steal he got it delivered. Then I found out after delivery that the dryer plug did not work with my outlet. Once I called Kaufman appliance and let them know Andrew was their to help again. I let him know and he switched out the set I bought for another one and gave me some cash back due to the other set being cheaper!! I would recommend this place to anyone!! Great deals and great service thanks again!! My family appreciates your help!!

Probably the worst place to ever buy appliances. We bought a stove and refrigerator from them in November. One of the stoves burner would not ignite and the refrigerator was a side by side but froze everything half way down on both sides. Called and asked before Thanksgiving for both of them to be fixed and never heard back from them until we called after Thanksgiving. It took quite some time for someone to come out to try and fix the refrigerator but it still had the same problem and there was no attempt to fix the burner on the stove. We had to call back and ask them to address the stove issue and explained to them what happened. They sent someone to fix it but brought the wrong parts. We were told they had a local appliance dealer and would be back the next day. No one showed or called. They did swap out the refrigerator for another one that did not have a shelf in it. We were told it was ordered and we would get it soon. It's has now been over a week and everytime my husband calls they don't answer. I called myself and asked about the burners and refrigerator shelf and it is always the same response, "I didn't order it and the person who did is not here, we will call you back." I'm sure it will take another 2 months to make any headway with them. I just want what we were told to actually be followed through with.

I was recommended Kaufman Appliance Repair by an online post. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience! I probably annoyed, and asked questions that would have driven some crazy. Billy (Repair representative) was extremely helpful and polite in all facets! I hopefully won’t need to call them again, but I absolutely wouldn’t hesitate! A++SJ

Run around after run around. Couldnt fix my dryer but charged me $125.00 for a failed effort to fix mine . Then i bought one from them for $240.00 and it was doing the same thing as mine was doing they then charged me $110.00 for service call cause they said my vent was restricted they said they cleaned it out and replaced a part and it still didnt heat up!!!. told them to come get theirs and give me my money back. Out of the whole ordeal i got my money back the $240.00 for the dryer i got from them and nothing else. Will not recommend them to anyone. Bad Business. Bad practices and it took them a week to even get my money to me. SMH.

DID NOT EVEN SHOW UP!Beyond frustrating. I called Monday and spoke with someone to schedule an appointment for today. They were supposed to show up between 4:30-5 and never did. I called and left a voicemail a little after the scheduled time. Then Called again about 25 minutes later and a man answered letting me know they were running behind.No big deal, I understand those things happen.Then I received another phone call a little after 6pm from a woman returning my voicemail. She informed me that they didn’t even have my appointment scheduled…EXTREMELY disappointing and I would never recommend them.

Kaufman was great to work with. I went in without a working fridge I let them know what kind I had and honestly I even knew it wasn’t with fixing and they were honest about it too. I ended up getting a great price on a used one they had; they delivered it and took the back of one with them. It was very reasonable price and so thankful for them. Employees were also great to work with.

Not dependable and unreliable. Broke my water line to my refrigerator and did not fix it. Tech got mad when I threw down the dogleash on the floor as a result of the broken line. I just said I will act the way I want because it is my house. This is how I coped with my frustration. I did not use vulgarity towards him and did not threaten him in anyway. I told Grand Appliance that I did not want there company back in the house since the refused to put my panel on for my stove.
