I had a great experience today! Alex was friendly, fast, answered all my questions and was hilarious! Alex was warm, and made me feel comfortable buying my first car. I chose Jeff's Car Corner as my family has been doing business with them for 40+ years. All my questions and problems were solved. We even had a good chuckle when I was on the phone getting my insurance. I highly recommend Jeff's Car Corner. They are great people.

I bought a 2006 Hummer from Travis and Jeff's Car Corner. I was in and out in about 1-1/2 hours. They took care of the small details needed on the vehicle. Travis was very positive, honest and a pleasure to work with. A completely different experience than sitting in a new car dealer all day while you go back and forth on the price and are pressured. I will go to them on all my car needs from now on. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a used car. Just remember, when you buy a used car, it is not new and there may be issues that you need to work out on the vehicle. Even a new car has issues a lot of time.

My daughter saw a car listed that she was interested in. We drove 1 1/2 hours to get there the night of the big snow storm. Did not have much time to test drive and look it over. Asked Jeff if it was his daughter would he let her buy it. There were 2 items we noticed and they credited us for them. Upon taking to the shop it was going to cost substantially more than that to fix so Alex ordered the part and we took the car back to them today for them to get the part put in at no further cost to us. We appreciate you Alex, and the gentlemen that took care of us, getting us a car for us to keep busy while they fixed the car.

For the most part a very good used auto dealer with just about any vehicle you could ask for. Easy going, payed back employees with a twist of gettin it done. I financed my truck there and am pleased with the service I have gotten from Jeff's employee's and Jeff himself is a very respectful person who will answer your questions even if he has to look further into it. Very respectable company from a very respectful man. *Update* I have tried for over 3 months to communicate with Jeff about the truck he sold me with no response. The transmission is going out of the truck I am purchasing from him, so after numerous tries I went in to pay my payment with a demand of communication with me or come get the truck! He finally called me on a Saturday cussing and screaming at me! I guess he will be towing this truck because after all this he can have the truck back as I've not missed a payment and with the issue of being screamed and cussed at I will not put another dime into this truck! I was so happy when I saw the car I wanted. Clean, new tires, etc. Then I went to get oil changed I was informed that my tires looked like they had been tampered with as well as advised me that I definitely needed new tires. My husband said that was impossible because we just bought the car and they were new. Come to find out that the manager is a crime scene investigator for the FBI and I then realized that when we went home to have my mother sign the papers is when Jeff's Corner went into action to change the tires out. (But not the stems) I guess it is true that you can't trust anyone. The sunroof allowed water to pour in, brakes bad, etc. All this (expensive things), Your greedy self had to take the tires. Petty 😢

I paid $10,000 cash for a car and within a couple days the automatic transmission light turned on. I contacted Jeff's and they took a look at it. They told me it was a solenoid and they'd give me a call when the part came in which should've been in 2 weeks. I didn't hear anything so I called on the 3rd week after having the car and got told the guy working on it wasn't available and they'd have him give me a call back. I called for months and was never able to get a hold of him and never got any calls back from anyone. Now 6 months into having the car I found out it was actually a transmission control module that will cost me $1700 to fix and they refuse to help besides their discount if I take it to them to fix as if I'd want to give them anymore money. They told me since its been so long there's nothing they can do despite it being a problem when I got it. They seem nice but they're just scamming crooks out for your money.

I purchased my 09 CRV FROM Jeffs. On the ride home i noticed a terrible shudder from the transmission.I troubleshot and knew this was a transmission issue. I called and set an appointment to have my car looked at so had to drive 45 minutes to drop my car off. Only to have them not even look into the transmission. They just assumed I'm some idiot i guess?They then balance my tires and said it was fine and had me pick it up. Would you believe that on my ride home after they balanced my tires, that my transmission was still shuddering causing the whole car and steering wheel to shake?Needless to say i was not going back there again for this problem that they obviously didn't look into. I then went to Zimmerman where the first thing they checked was my trans fluid (which was in terrible condition) good job jeffs, and after Zimmerman changed the fluid the shuddering was gone.All Jeff's had to do was listen to the customer and just look at my transmission. That seemed to be too much to ask for.I also had a terrible coolant leak because someone used a liquid gasket maker on a coolant line, this is the only thing Jeff's made right. Replacing a single gasket.Lastly, all 4 pads were shot as well as 2 seized calipers and the other 2 were in terrible condition as well

Got a van with tons of issues the cv shafts are bad, tires bad, the door doesn't even work on the van. They said they would fix the vans door. But after they got there money even with a signed agreement to fox the door they said they can't fix it correctly.

Easily the worst car purchasing experience i have ever experienced. Purchased a VW tiguan that ended up needing an alignment that was so bad it balded our tires conveniently a day or so after our warranty was up. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle my wife and I realized the sunroof screen had been ripped out and not replaced.. which they did not tell us. After a couple months now have discovered an oil leak and issues with not only only ECP and the turbo. 3 months after purchasing this vehicle it is completely inoperable. They are sleazy sneaky individuals and I wouldn't recommend this place to family or friends.Congratulations Travis you took advantage of a young couple with a newborn baby, you're a real tough guy.

Absolutely worst place ever. They bought a truck didn’t fully check it over sold it to me and then as soon as it gets inspected 5500 worth of repairs I’ll have to cover he never had the truck inspected before he sold it. Screwed me over hard. Sold me the truck with wrong odometer reading. Expired DOT tires. Excessive damage to the engine. Best they told us is there is nothing they can do. This happened to my brother-in-law and now me.Yea I talked to management and still not happen as of now

I co-signed for a car for my daughter 2 months ago. (Her first car) The emission light came on about a month ago, was told it was a hose and that it is fixed. Emission light came back on yesterday, my daughter called down and was told a mechanic would call her back. After a few hours of getting no call back, she called again and was told put mechanics don’t call people. She explained that she was told that someone would call her back and in mid sentence she was hung up on. She went down to car lot and mechanically simply turned off light without seeing what was wrong with it and told her to call back if light comes on. (Which is what I believe they did the very first time she took it down there)! Terrible customer service, they only care about the sale, not the people.
