Very nice, caring, always helpful.Staff changes alot, but still a good pharmacy. Very little wait time on some days. Best pharmacy in my area overall. Keep up great work!

I have never had an issue at this pharmacy the wait time is better then any other pharmacy that I have used the staff are always amazing over all a great experience and great location .

Not to happy with the Hy-Vee on West Kimberly road. When a person doesn't have insurance they use the "good Rx" site for a discount. It's close to 30$ savings. Because it's a controlled substance they won't allow the use of the coupon. The other Hy-Vee's that I have spoken with today "will" take the coupon. So, the other "Hy-Vee pharmacies" will take the coupon but west Kimberly will not?? I've been told that every pharmacy is different. If it's the same store, but different location, they should take the coupon!!

Went to get my sons prescription. When I got home I noticed they forgot to mix the bottle so I was left with a bunch of powder which was very upsetting. I called and explained what happened but I was unable to go back to get the situation fixed which wasn't ideal since my son needed the meds that night. One of the pharmacy techs literally dropped it off at my house when they got off. I give them credit for going out of their way to fix the issue especially when they are already busy enough.

When going always prepare for at least a 30 minute wait, sometimes up to 45. Half the time they are so disorganized back there they can’t find meds at times. If you can go elsewhere do.

The response time for prescription,s is getting poor . Most are 24 to 36 hours, this last one is going on 3 days now . Terrible

Called in a Rx for one of my foster dogs. The phone message said it would be ready on Monday...nothing was said about holiday hours. Since that was Memorial Day I checked on line to see if they were open. It stated that they would be open until 9PM. I called to double check in the early afternoon and was told that they were currently closed. He had no idea what their hours might have been and stated that they were never posted. I am left without medication for this dog. Thanks a lot, Hy Vee pharmacy.
