I am very disappointed in the way the pharmacy conduct it business and Dan Anderson the store manager. I had a complaint and I spoke with him about it concerning the pharmacy he stated that he would contact me the following day. I never spoke or heard from him since. I do not like a liar! I also even called Hyvee Corporation and all the phone did was ring and not even a answering service to leave a message. That pharmacy need their priorities straight you never get your prescription on time or consistently. And, they never answer the phone. I have to many health issues for them to be lazy and not filling the medication in a timely manner. BAD BUSINESS!! PLEASE DO BETTER!!!

This is a Hy-Vee. It has all the departments you’d want. Friendly folk and the typical Hy-Vee product lines. I ate somewhat old sushi in their little cafe. The sushi varies by store. But there are so many other choices for fresh eats one can take to the cafe.This store has other services too. See the picture below.

Pharmacy is getting worse and worse. After my Dr calls in scripts, it takes DAYS to have them filled and I usually have to call and ask about them to get them done. Several times I've been told they'd be done by a certain time and they're rarely ready when said they would be. I usually have to wait at least another 20 minutes after already waiting. Very frustrating especially when it's a med you're out of or when in pain. After knee surgery my husband had to wait a ridiculous amount of time to get his pain meds. Unacceptable

They have only carried 60% of the medications I've been prescribed. If you use Walgreens you waste less time being told things that you need are permanently on backorder.

The pharmacists and techs at this store are super heroes. Any time I’ve had an issue with doctors and scripts they have gone above and beyond to make sure both myself and my daughter are taken care of. I feel more comfortable asking the pharmacist about medication than I do any doctor. They are incredibly patient and kind. I would like it better if they were 24 hrs. I’ve gone here since this Hy-Vee opened and I’m thankful they’re around

The variety of all foods are great. The cashiers are usually pretty friendly. The prices vary tho on the high end some times. Wished they would widen the entrance doors inside to fit 2 passing carts better. But always a nice store.

Great place for grocery shopping and lunch in their market grill. The service is friendly and helpful. Good prices with a large variety of items. The aisles are clean and stocked. Always a consistent experience and that's why I keep going back.

If you need something in foods they have it and they go through the fresh fruit daily removing that over ripe items. Always updating their baked items BUT! sometimes it can turn into a real safari experience finding that special item.Great selections.

Very good selection and wide variety of brands and items. If you are a frequent shopper and buy select items you earn gasoline discounts with their shopper program. Only downside is they seem to overprice some items, so you need to have general knowledge of pricing.

Don't hate the place, it is convenient to where I live. I don't like that some things I'm looking for seem to be out of stock. I like the Cliff Shot Bloks but rarely find them on the shelf, more often than not I find an empty box. I don't always find a friendly smile in every aisle. Oh well!

I enjoy shopping at my local Hy-Vee. Staff is friendly and store is well maintained. Unfortunately my family and I decided to eat in the market café last night. We ordered at the cash register and the employee was nice. My son did enjoy his cheeseburger although it took over 30 minutes for our food to be served and there was no one else who had ordered from the menu in the store. I had the chicken nachos, the chicken was dry and very little else on them. Also no salsa is served with them. My husband ordered the all you can eat wings and fries. He wasn't offered more wings and the fries were terrible. We won't be eating in the cafe again.

I'm there 10X a week at least. Generally pretty good. They're quick to open more registers when necessary. One negative, and this is not exclusively a Hy-Vee problem, is inattentive young staff who are more interested in talking to their co-worker than ringing people up.

I am a regular shopper at this hyvee and especially since it’s my neighborhood store. I never have eaten at the new restaurant that they built inside of hyvee so I decided to eat there this morning and I truly regret it. First off the cashier was not good operating a register. He was slow and he didn’t ask if any of our meals were separate. So that was a mix up. And then the food was not good and it was cold and I just simply wasn’t happy with my food at all. The patties were too soft like and the eggs weren’t right. I wanted to grab a manager while I was there but I honestly didn’t want to be “that customer “ or didn’t want the manager to think I was looking for a free meal so I let it go and I paid and left. My conscience kept eating me and I had to leave a review because what if someone else experiences that situation.

I love Hy-Vee, because they have a huge variety of organic and fresh foods. Everything is super easy to find, the staff are very friendly and helpful. They also have a fresh bakery, fish market, and many others buffet of food.

Hyvee hires the most pleasant employee! Every staff member I've encountered is extremely friendly, and professional. I can't say enough good things about this Hy-Vee! Every employee I've encountered goes above and beyond! Their pizza is a must try!

This is a great Hyvee! They have a place where you can eat a variety of fresh made food. The pizza is always good, salad bar fresh, delicious soups and A+, Chinese take out. I got the fried chicken, which is usually great but this time it was lousy! I had a thigh, that I couldn't even eat, due to all the black on the inside! Still, their bakery was great and everything else you would expect out of a super market, they have and more! As with any Hy-Vee, they are pricey but the quality of food, makes it worth it.

This store has gone down in the past few months especially at check out. The girls/women are not friendly and it is hard to get them to smile. However they do not have trouble joking with other cashiers. On another note - what has happened to your Hy-Vee Olives. The last jar I got was s salty I had to throw it out. Sad Sad

Great store, always a good selection and the hot food is tasty. The price keeps going up though for the buffet. If they can bring that down just a smidge, I'd be there more.

The new bar and grille concept is starting to grow on me. I am a simple country boy used to a country market and it took a while for me to get adjusted. I like it though. Good job Hy-Vee!!!

Several family members are employees. They provide competitive prices while paying their employees well above average for their positions and providing good, basic benefits. I like that they offer many more natural and healthy choices and usually have a dietician available to help.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life ordered food from market grille was missing half the order took a hour and speaking to 5 different people kelly michael andrew shawn Tim to finally tell me.one the items the couldnt even make and then asked if I wanted to come back to store to pick up unbelievable would not recommend at all

Hy-Vee has always been one of my favorite grocery stores to shop at the employees always make you feel like your a long time friend and there happy you stopped by to visit and want to know where you been if it's been a while since you been able to come in they usually have alot of good deals but even if things aren't on sale it's still a fair price even the bathrooms are always clean I look forward to every visit

I love this store cuz I know where everything is fast In-N-Out but starting not to like the rewards because she'll is always at least $0.10 higher than any other gas stations at least 10% higher than any place else so really if you go to Shell to get your reward you're not really getting rewarded for gas off it anyway that's just my opinion LOL because it's still more than any other gas station so I think I'm going to start going to Walmart to shop if they don't change the rewards or they need the store needs to get more rewards since she'll keeps your gas up so high

Always rude service at Chinese food. Chicken wasn't ready for lunch break in deli. HyVee charges pretty high prices for low quality food & unfriendly service.

This Hy-Vee's Chinese department is one of THE worst places I've ever had Chinese. I've given them 3-4 chances and it is repeatedly terrible. Even worse if you buy the to-go stuff from the deli section.The rest of this store is actually good. The Chinese deserves 1 star and the store itself deserves a 4-5 star review. I just want people to know how bad the Chinese is.

I usually go before work in the morning. The staff is always friendly and offer "Good Morning" no matter which area you go to. The products are fresh and eye appealing in the produce area.

You can save big on gasoline at Hy-Vee with their fuel saver program, just by purchasing every day grocery items. The Fuel Saver program is connected to the Fuel Rewards Network from which you can get accumulated rewards from other participating businesses. Also, the sales are great!
