We went for breakfast! Don’t forget you can dine in here!Staff: we walked right up and ordered our food. The staff greeted us and were all smiles. They even brought us our food and then after you eat, you just leave the plates for them to clean up. Remember to I have a tip.Building: building is spacious and very well taken care of. The bathrooms are clean. Plenty of seats to enjoy breakfast.Food: the food was amazing. I ordered the omelette and my wife ordered a skillet. Both were cooked perfectly. The fruit was fresh. The toast was toasted just right. The coffee was good and had creamer and sugars if you desire such.Parking: plenty of parking. It’s a grocery store.Star rating: 5 because of the price and the awesome staff. Food was great as well.I have no problem coming back here every chance I get.If this review helped, please hit the thumbs up and give me a follow.

Today was a very redeeming experience. Our visit began with a stop at the can redemption counter. The young lady here was friendly and efficient. Our next stop was the deli counter. This employee (Colin) was very accommodating. We bought three different deli meats, one was sliced thinner, and we took advantage of a sales discount he explained to us. He was overall the friendliest employee today and very nice to work with. While shopping, two other employees stocking shelves stopped what they were doing and asked if we needed any assistance, again very outgoing and kind attitudes. Our grocery cashier and bagger were also very friendly. (Reg #2, 02/04/2024 @10:24 AM) While ringing up the deli discounts, one product was free with the purchase of another, and the amounts confused me. Michael called over a manager who explained the process. Our only poor aspect was (V) at the Wine & Spirits checkout. Nobody was at the register when I arrived. I was the only customer at the counter initially and wanted a brand kept behind the counter. She arrived and rang up the guy behind me in line, basically ignoring me. I'm thinking that she thought we were together? I spoke up after she started to help the person behind him. She nearly continued until the customer behind me offered up that I was in line before him. Her reply was, "Oh, what do you want?" and then helped me. No apology and her demeanor was very abrasive.

Hy-vee used to have excellent chicken. Now it's so over cooked there is no chicken just the crunchy skin (which is good) but then its hollow on the inside. It's happened the last 4 times we've gotten chicken from here.

Hy Vee is my go to...for groceries. The store is clean, well organized, a very nice fruit and vegetable section, selection of non perishables are grouped to make sense. Staff have been very helpful, nicely dressed, and friendly.

Not a bad store but at the same time.... I typically avoid this store because I'm followed and looked at weird, I'm covered in tattoos and look young, surrounded by children/young adults regularly 🤷‍♀️This store doesn't carry the main products that I get at HyVee though so I don't have much reason to go here unless I'm in the area. I wish they had the health drink that I get at every other HyVee in town but it's ok I don't like my kids and myself looked at like we're criminals anyways.

Hy-Vee was definitely an experience! Individual men's restrooms with a toilet, urinal, baby changing station, and handicap bars with au audible lock that you can feel the weight to when you lock the door. I always check out the facilities to see how an establishment is doing and Hy-Vee was great.Looking all around, I saw lots of products stocked with unique items and state classics. Definitely a way to find something unique at the store, but I did see some out of stock items as well mostly down the cat section of the pet aisle. Most of the Hy-Vee employees I passed greeted me which I liked. The self checkouts were clean and organized, with an easy way to pay. I especially love the Hallmark and wine bags being at the self checkouts as well to make it convenient.

This is second time I bought precut fruit and it's sour. The labels don't match either on the printed label it says best by 12/13 packaged on 12/10 which is when I bought it. Yet on the lid it says best by 12/10. I dint see that when I bought it. I had to throw it away. Not cool. Wasted money.

Shop here for all my groceries. Love the rewards program, that is fuel saver. However, when will they send out the new Perks card? I have been waiting for two months and every time I ask they say "this week". Four weeks have gone by. Hy Vee needs to remedy this immediately. They never should have begun Perks campaign if getting cards to loyal customers was not doable. Seriously think Hy Vee owes though waiting excessively long for cards written apologies.

Not my normal Hyvee I typically just go for cleaning supplies for an organization I clean for near by. But store is clean and everything is easy to find.

Excellent selection of just about everything! Some items are a little pricey but overall there's a lot to choose from so you can stay within your budget!I especially come here to the pharmacy! Jackie is just AWESOME! She goes above and beyond to make certain the customer leaves there happy and satisfied! I definitely recommend shopping at Hy-Vee!

I'd rather pay more for real bagels, Hy-vee brand on sale with a May 2024 tag and they are stale already. Today I saw a regular-sized chocolate chip cookie for $5, seriously??? Forget it, even when I make a higher salary, I'm never shopping here again.

There's a reason they stopped saying "Where there's a helpful smile, in every aisle"... It's because of this place. Some of the worst customer service I've seen in a long time. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could.

Not as good as other HyVee stores. Didn't find things that were in other stores. Layout was difficult to find things. Staff was helpful though.

The world needs more people like Juju at the pharmacy. I have just gone through something very traumatic and the kindness she showed to me and every other customer at the pharmacy was seriously appreciated.

I called Hy Vee for catering. My family planned a 95th birthday celebration for my mother. I ordered for 30 people, two types of chicken (baked and fried) green beans , baked beans , mashed potatoes and gravy . Everything was hot and ready when I picked it up at the arranged time. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Kudos to the chef. I would recommend Hy Vee’s on East Kimberly for any catered event.

Horrible high prices, deals are always a rip off, they only care about their fuel saver points which people hardly use. Coupons always suck too. Members Perks arent worth the $100 bucks either. It has gone down hill for sure. Walmart is cheaper honestly

Usually crowded and takes forever to check out. Hardly ever have more than two self check outs in the morning open and one cashier that is SLOW. They can't bag currently

The remodels they made there are fabulous. And it's a super spacious building, and the entrances are designed so customers can walk in and/or out without complications. As always, the staff are friendly and helpful. It's worth going to for sure!

It was a most wonderful trip to get my groceries! I was able to return cans & bottles to recycle, get the food on my list & get a raincheck for the chicken leg quarters that had sold out earlier. The entire visit I was greeted with a helpful SMILE in every aisle❣️ I love shopping at Hy-Vee❣️

I went to this Hy-Vee to get a few groceries because it’s right next to my house. Otherwise they’ve gone up in price so much I basically have to shop at Walmart or Aldi. I’ve written a check here before and the guy that except in my check so as long as it goes to my account, I can write a check again Well I went there and went over my amount of money and had to write a check for $15 except this time they wouldnt except it because my address didn’t match up to the one on my ID so I got very upset because one time it’s OK the next time it’s not OK so I threw a few items back up on the conveyor belt and walked out the store. Very very disappointed and I will probably never go to that Hy-Vee again.
