Went to HyVee in Davenport to shop and buy the Prime Rib Dinner special. The food was delicious. And Bunny, who helped plate the dinners, was super nice and friendly.

Nice, clean and friendly store. Missing a few items I like but not bad. The entrance doors are too small for multiple customers to get in and out. Just strange.

Park'N shop really quick.But it's really good shopping tonight time when there wasn't much traffic.The produce is recommended and they even have rainbow trout large rainbow trout.

The last 2 months my Dad has called to get a script filled and the techs have given him incorrect information. For example he called last night about his script and the tech said he or she would get it filled that night but wouldn't be able to dispense it until Sunday. He calls on Sunday and a different tech says they have ZERO pills of his medication and specifically says they can't do a partial. The tech the night before did not mention this. I call the Pharmacist and am told a completely different thing. Pharmacist says in fact they can do a partial. 3 people, 1 system, 3 different stories and this isn't the first time. I will say in less then an hour we did get a full refill. Where we magically came up with 90 pills after being told there were 0, I don't know. If I sound ungrateful, I apologize. It is just getting absolutely exhausting having to jump through hoop and after hoop to get a medication that drastically improves his quality of life. Please work with your techs at better navigating the computer system and providing correct information to customers.

First of all, Hyvee prices are much higher than Target, Natural Grocers and Walmart. But I don't mind paying a few extra dollars if I can get fresh produce. I have thrown dozens of my produce multiple times after bringing home or it rots in a day or two compared to the ones I buy at other grocery stores. I am so disappointed at how they can't keep up.As you can see the oranges and kiwis in the photo have mold all over them! Be careful, don't buy any grapes or berries either! There is usually mold at the bottom. Instead of wasting so much produce, they can mark down their prices or at least find the right places/temperatures to store them. Such a waste of food!!

Love Hy-Vee.. some folks should absolutely keep taking themselves to Walmart though! I quit shopping at Walmart for a reason..or two. Dealing with rude pajama people is one. Complete lack of self respect and respect for others is the section 8 Walmart brand.. not Hy-vee.

When to Wahlburgers at Hy-Vee to have something to eat. My wife and I looked over the menu before we went, and when we got there, they had barely anything the menu said to choose from. Not to mention, you have to stand outside in the grocery store to order. And when we looked inside of the restaurant, it was just a bunch of people sitting at the bar getting drunk unless you wanted water or pop to drink, then you had to get it yourself. Needless to say we left and went somewhere else to eat.

Not the store, just the Hibachi employees, Gary, and the lady that work are very rude. They will not serve you if they have one customer at the Chinese counter. If they cannot get to it because they are short staffed, they need to close it down for the day. I have been turned away from the counter about 6 times now.

Hy-Vee stores most generally cost a bit more but have a very helpful staff. The staff at this particular store were worthless. Zero assistance and forced self checkout.

So I checked out the store because I'm a real grocery shopping connoisseur and my husband and I are moving to Davenport in April. I was concerned about a drop in quality compared to Publix in Orlando. No concerns remain. 😄 This store is legit. Excellent selection and prices but the real star is the service at meat, produce, bakery and cheese counter. Wow! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. You can tell these people love where they work and want to help you get everything right. I can't wait to make this store my regular shopping destination.

They have self checkout which is great right now with Covid everywhere in Scott county. They have cheese whips in the deli area these are so much better than cheese curds, but they have gained in popularity and they can't seem to keep them in stock. Order more!This Hy-Vee also carriers the Keto pizzas which are awesome!I drive all the way from Centennial Bridge area to shop here cause it's cleaner and has the things listed above.Minus the one star because they haven't figured out they need to order more cheese whips.

Next time make sure your self check out employees discreetly discriminate and profile your customers. We were only trying to get cookies and cat food and your associate was on our heels breathing down our necks even when another customer was trying to get her help. Absolutely foul. We have no indication that we would even think of stealing. We both work retail and would never do this to a customer.

All HyVee stores are terrific! Great fresh meat area, all employees are super friendly and helpful. Stores are very clean and their Chinese food is great! They can cater parties, make terrific cakes and will try to do anything you need!

I want to compliment the people that work at this particular Hy-vee store, they were the nicest, friendliest, most caring group of people I've ever dealt with. They helped my mother and I out with a situation that was delicate to say the least. They treated both me and my mother with the utmost respect and care. I am forever grateful to the management team and their staff, for not making a difficult situation far worse for us. They actually extended themselves and made it so much easier and better for us. The store itself was like any other Hy-vee, and what I've come to expect from a Hy-vee, clean, great quality products, ease of shopping, top notch staff, I could go on and on. This group of people went far beyond that benchmark, and raised my spirits to another level. Treating people with respect, compassion and dignity when they didn't really have to, but I have a feeling, they felt they had to. It was uncommon, and I want it to be noted, not everyone, at everyplace, would have acted they way they did. They are tops in my book, and the whole reason I shop at Hy-vee no matter where I'm at, from my hometown to being in the road, I will always choose your store first.Thank you. Dan

Always a pleasure shopping at hyvee. That is until I have to pay for the groceries. Luckily the fuel saver perk saves money on fuel as you can see in the picture it would only let me get 20 gallons which really sucked. I had 100 gallons worth the fuel cells ready to be topped off, lol

We do most of our shopping at Hy Vee. They are always helpful when we have questions. Great meat counter to choose your main course from. Great service on this trip. Meat counter service was great as usual. Very busy due to the holiday coming up, but were helpful at the checkouts.
