The store is great and staff are awesome, if they could keep up to date ingredients for there hot food it would be better, just ate pizza that tasted like it had expired bacon on it.

It's a good hyvee i can walk to and they are helpful when i need something. If you need alot of groceries for your house than don't come to this hyvee becuase of how much smaller this hyvee is.In summary this is a great place and to get a couple things👍

My opinion of the Hy-Vee grocery store on 18th avenue in Rock Island I give him four stars the staff is always courteous and willing to help find something I give him four stars for that fact they keep moving stuff around not that I don't like walking around the store checking everything out seeing what they got on sale but the atmosphere is good too.

Honestly if I weren't in the area and can't make my way to a different Hy-Vee, I wouldn't come here. The prices are somewhat ridiculous! Along with there selection of products is nothing to get excited about. The service has been acceptable and courteous, usually I'm in and out pretty quickly. I've recently started using there sit in service and that has me hooked. I found the food to be reasonable and ready for quick decision. I got a steak dinner (decent sized piece), with potatoes and gravy and green beans for 10 bucks and breakfast is only 5 bucks for a couple eggs, toast, and bacon! Coffee was $1.60 for a medium cup that comes with exceptional coffee that you can enjoy in there dining area where you can enjoy your meal and a little morning or evening news. It's not the best but it does alright for where it's at. Personal choice of how you take to the establishment and what your budget and transportation situation is.

My purpose of going there was to give my friend a ride because his car isn't working and he asked me if I needed anything so I said yes how about some eggnog but they were out and they were starting to get busy so if you need to go there go as early as possible!

It's really has changed since my daughter worked here back in the late 90's. It's changed since we used to shop there. No bakery, meat counter and it seems like it is smaller, even though it didn't. The employees are still very nice and friendly, and a clean place to shop.

I had a side mirror broken off my truck from a deer. Went to Sedlock for repair to order a new mirror took only two days to receive it, then only 20 minutes to install it on my truck.I will go to Sedlock again on any vehicle repair.

This location is one of the smaller Hy-Vee stores in the quad-city area. I was able to find what I needed and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Smile in every aisle...not in this Bodega. 😂😂😂I've been going to this store for 7 years and it has declined so much! On the pace it's on it will not sustain itself.Their books aren't public, but I think the situation is much worse than is generally known. The moves we've seen them take over the past year seem more like rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.If I had to guess, the company probably has significant debt. Covid and the stimulus helped quite a bit, but HyVee has really priced itself out of the market. There was a time in which they could justify the higher prices because of higher-quality products and good customer service, but that just isn't the case anymore.There is literally no reason to go to Hyvee. Aldis, Fareway, and Walmart are significantly cheaper. Even Target is cheaper than Hyvee these days. In urban areas, consumers are going to those places or going ethnic grocery stores.With the expansion of the executive staff, but reduction in general workforce, I think this is because they know the end is near. They are trying to get as many golden parachutes as possible before they allow themselves to be purchased by another chain.I would actually love that because HyVee is generally one of the worst grocery store chains across the country. Please replace them with Krogers or Publix or hell, Piggly Wiggly is a superior grocery chain.

They are clean but but don't have a wide selection as the other stores do. There employees are rude. And they always have a cop in there like some is stealing. I would rather go to any other Hy-Vee then this one.

Several issues order wings 16 bone in got 12 no bone .rice was nasty .no one check to see if we needed refills ect .kitchen from my view was filthy mess .very un organized on waitresses areas .sad I paid 104 dollars 4 ppl and all this happen very disappointed.

The store manager Cornell was extremely kind to us this Thanksgiving. He bought my family a thanksgiving turkey and ham. It was extremely special, and was very nice that we were able to celebrate the holiday. I am very grateful for the food. I am still able to make dinners with the left over ham in December, which is very fortunate. I am very happy we got to have a thanksgiving turkey and ham. Sincerely, thank you so much. 😁⭐✨

Best Hy-Vee in our area. Friendly, clean, and well stocked. The Health Food's section is well stocked! Meat and dairy are great, but the whole store is an amazing one-stop exercise. Pharmacy on site, restaurants, and prepared food's 'Wahlberg'

Have shopped there all my life. Use to have the best bakery was known for their Wedding cakes, great to go food, a really nice butcher.Now! We are a bunch of alcoholics with 2nd grade products.Shut it down. It’s ruined.

If you would like to sit in self checkout for 20 minutes waiting to pay, this is the place for you. Even while trying to get the attention of any of the employees while the red light flashes they are all too busy to do there jobs. They instead would rather sit and gossip at the customer service counter. Again if you're into horrible service and being ignored this is 10/10 the place for you!

I love shopping here as they have a Starbucks in the store. The pharmacy is our go to but sometimes they don't have our prescriptions in stock and have to order them,so we wind up waiting a day for them to come in. Some of the prices aren't bad. We normally do our shopping at Dollar Tree and Walmart for lower prices. I look for coupons and one day only sales for Hyvee to help our budget.

Not too happy with a manager on Rockingham. 3 separate visits, he is extremely rude. Didn't seem to care if I left, seemed to annoyed like he didn't want to help. Friendly smile in every aisle..not even close. All other staff members very friendly, very helpful....just not him & he's in management. Will more than likely return going back on top the hill.
