This place is so wonderful and has the absolute cutest treats for your animals! If you live here, if you just moved here or if you’re just coming into town and you have an animal stop by here, they treat you like family and I haven’t had one thing that I bought from there ever last in our household of one dog and two cats. they eat it up and they love it. This picture is one of their chicken fritters and is one of my dog divas favorite treats of all time and I’m not just saying that to say that I genuinely mean she is crazy for these.

I brought my blue tick coonhound in to the establishment 2 days ago. He’s very skittish, high strung, with separation anxiety. I put a muzzle on him and the girls told me to go outside bc they didn’t want Hank to see me during his nail trimming session. I was skeptical about this but 5 minutes later a nice lady brought Hank out with no muzzle on and nails trimmed. Needless to say I was very impressed bc ik he’s a real handful. The price was my only problem. It was a little high compared to the last place I took him but their kindness and professionalism won me over so the extra money was not a big deal. The cost for the walk in nail trimming was a little over $17. As an extra bonus after I paid my bills bill another nice lady gave me a “woofle” for Hanks good behavior from their bakery. I’ll definitely be bringing Hank back to them next time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bad first impression with Vivian, the person on the phone. Made a first grooming appointment for my dog on a Friday, my only day off that week. I received a reminder text that I confirmed assuming it was for the day I scheduled, not realizing it was for Wednesday. I then got a text saying I missed the appointment, so I called and said I made it for Friday and she stated no it was Wednesday. We all make mistakes and whoever it was that did, it’s ok. The reason I’m upset is that Vivian (person on the phone) didn’t bother to even work with me to get my dog in another day or anything. She was pretty adamant on saying the appointment was for Wednesday. I will never go there and I will let people know my situation. First impressions are everything.

I took my husky for a bath and brush that only took 2 hours even after the quoted time was 3-4 hours. He came back soft, smelling good and in a better mood after being scared at drop off which I loved. The workers were also very nice and welcoming and I noticed a groomer giving him attention as soon as he went through the doors. Only issue I had was when I got my dog back, there was still tuffs of hair on him near his butt and back legs and noticiable loose hair on him. I can also still pull up hair whenever he’s being pet or scratched. He’s been shedding so I understand if not all his loose hair could be taken off but I’ve had other groomers return him in better shape for the same price. I would have honestly preferred to have him stay longer and brushed a little better. It’s not the biggest problem to deal with so I’d still come back since it’s much closer to the last groomer we went to and I did enjoy my time there. I’ll just have to remember they’re not my favorite groomer but they do well enough of a job.

We received a way different cut than what we had asked for, and our Bernedoodle was groomed by a different stylist than we had talked to about the cut. Some of his nails were left unclipped. He did smell great though!

Rude! They insist my doodle is matted at every visit and threaten to shave him. They never have to shave him because he isn’t matted. But they like to shame me. The owner snickered at me this morning when I said my dog isn’t matted. They are inconsistent but that would not bother me if they were nice.

Our two GSDs were silky and smelled so good! Nails, ears, brushed and washed. They were great! Took about three hours before our two pups were ready to be picked up.

I'll start by saying y'all did a great job with my pup. As any pet parent knows I'm a little hesitant when I take my pup anywhere to get something done, you can tell the people that work here absolutely love dogs. My pups nails look better than they ever had and it shows they actually took the time to shape them. Secondly her ears were cleaned spotless. The tooth brushing service was also nothing but the best they got most of her plaque and tartar off. So if you are looking for a new groomer these guys are hats off the best. Lastly they make sure your dog has all of the up to date vaccines before you go which is nice to know that they have every pets welfare in mind when they are grooming dogs. Thank you so much for what you guys did with panda!!

Amazing groomer and doggy store!! Took my dog for the first time there and it was the best grooming she's gotten by far of any other place in the Quad cities. She got a scarf a bow and treat as well. The groomer did an wonderful job on her. Definetly a permanent grooming place for us. Also it's very close to other bars and restaurants, the wait goes by quick.

Very lazy and way to expensive for the service provided. Despite providing feedback on the desired haircut several times, this groomer continued to just shave our dog down even though he’s brushed regularly and not overly matted. I walked out for the final time today after receiving a bill of $113 and another instance of totally shaving my dog down. To make it even worse, their prices have increased by about 35% over the past two years since we started taking our dog there. Stay away!

They were great with our Australian Shepard... She was matted up in the back and needed to be de shedded. They did all of that in just a couple hours. She smelled great, looked great and loved the big waffle they gave her as a treat! We will definitely go back for grooming and treats!

Great selection of dog toys and treats. Love the homemade dog treats, and so did the pups. Staff are very friendly , and often times tell you how their dogs like various treats.

This was the first time our Molly had her grooming here. As a longer "hair" dog her groomer did an absolute beautiful job! Even though she was matted on her legs and underbelly, they didn't shave her bald. I am so happy with Freddy's groomers. Thank you!

We took our 6 month old GS here for his first ever professional bath, blow dry and good brushing. Staff was friendly and greeted us right away. He was a happy boy and smelled so good after his bath. Definitely recommend.

They caused irreversible damage to my dog!!! I wish I could give 0 stars. I would never recommend this place at all. I have a double coated dog and they cut his hair so short that now his beautiful coat grows back in patches. Not only that, they called to let me know he was ready and when I went to get him they charged me $80! I asked why so much and the front desk person said, "that's how much we charge for a medium size dog." My dog is 10 pounds! There is no way he should be considered a medium dog. I paid and got my dog and left. I used to be able to go months in-between grooming's and now he has to go once a month due to the patches of hair he grows. Because of them I am now spending about $500 extra on grooming for my dog.

WONDERFUL experience. I have a blind, 14 yr female Pekingese/Shih Tzu mix who gets anxious. ( I had previously used 4 Paws and a Tail Mobile Van but no longer..as 4 Paws and a Tail groomers can't seem to work with senior dogs at all and leave them half groomed). My little girl is clean, groomed and very happy. So is her mommy. And my blind girl was very content when I picked her up...Oh and the Pumpkin doggy waffles are to die for. The bakery has sooo many choices..

Fantastic groomer! I brought my 7 month old Irish Doodle for his first grooming and they did a great job. He looks and smells perfect. She did exactly what I wanted and gave some good advice on how to take care of his coat. He got a free treat and even came out with a cute bandana! I will never take him anywhere else. Happy to give my business to this local shop.

I will never bring my dog here again, and will never recommend this place. Took our dog here for the first time. My dog got fleas from this place. Staff at front desk was not welcoming at all. Barely said a word to me, they made me feel dumb for asking questions by acting like I should know the answer already.. they were really not friendly at all. The front of the store seemed unsanitary, there were dirty dishes all over the counter. They did NOT call, text, email, nothing, when my dog was finished and ready to be picked up. I don’t think they brushed my fur baby, and her paws were not very well trimmed. I’m giving 2 stars cause they gave her a trim and a cute bandanna, and the girls that were doing the grooming seemed nice. Will not bring my baby here again. Terrible customer service and customer appeal, barely did a decent job on the grooming.

Bought a cake for my dog last year, the store representative told me it would last a few days. It became moldy before my puppy's first birthday. I was going to give them another shot but then the representative on the phone was extremely rude and was like you didn't properly store the cake even though they didn't give me the instructions when I picked it up. What a waste of money, these people are horrible.

This place was waaaay overbooked. When I stopped in to check on my dog after 3 hours his cut hadn't been started. There were so many dogs there! The owner told me It takes at least 4 hours for the bath and groom, and she wasn't very nice about it. Nobody told me it would take so long. I can't imagine taking him back there.

Recently brought our pup in for her first grooming and they did an amazing job! They knew exactly how to handle her coat as she's different than most breeds. She looked amazing when we picked her up, and actually didn't want to leave!They also have a wonderful selection of natural treats both packaged & made in house. Highly recommended if you're looking for either a groomer or delicious treats that are easy on your dogs stomach.

I wouldn't recommend this business simply for the unprofessionalism. After waiting over two weeks for a return call or email we finally were able to book an appointment for our dogs, two weeks out. No problem. After scheduling the appointment we were only told the NIGHT BEFORE, less than 24 hours, that we would need to bring in paperwork with their vaccination information. Which usually I wouldn't have been bothered by except we've had multiple phone conversations specifically about the appointment and it was never brought up nor have we had to do this when bringing them in before. It's rude and unprofessional to give someone less than a 24 hour notice and then be catty when they can't comply with unreasonable requests.. Do better.

Took our dog Zippy to have him groomed for the first time. Very welcoming staff. Our dog has diabetes and is blind. They had no problem taking him for his grooming. Great job and Zippy thanks you.

Took my 2 labs today for a bath. First time with Freddy's. Everyone was great and kind. My boys are seniors and one has had 2 knee surgeries, the ladies let him sit when he wanted, which was a big A++ for me. Plus they were ready to go in 2 hrs. Highly recommend Freddy's Fritters.

Our 1st visit at Freddy's for grooming they did a terrific job my dog was very happy he was very soft and smooth he smelt terrific he had clean ears he had toenails done he got his teeth brushed they were awesome we made a schedule to go back next November there terrific🙃😁😉🙂👍💕

Super impressed with the geoomin at this wonderful establishment. THIS IS THE BEST OUR DOGS HAVE EVER BEEN GROOMED...Super reasonable qith pricing and I just loveyhe way our babies look. Would suggest this groomer to anyone...Thank you so much for the wonderful new look for Zeke and Charlie. This will definatley continue to be where we go for our dogs...

Stopped in today to look for dog birthday treats. They have some neat items and very reasonably priced. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and helpful. We will start using them for our grooming needs as well moving forward.
