Store is dirty. Staff is barely attentive and one in particular is extremely rude. She stares at you like she hates you while lip synching to some of the worst rap music known to man.I definitely suggest stopping in and checking out the show.It’s hilarious

Good, fair prices. Staff are the allstars at this location. Make it a place I go every day. On the regularEdit: this location has gone way downhill.Edit 2: no improvement. Ever since management change months ago. I no longer frequent here

Common problem with all stores is rude customers littering and no one cleaning it up. I love Family Dollar. I love Digital Coupons. Many good employees. Courteous and kind.

Had a horrible first time experience at this store with the old lady manager to where I have contacted a lawyer. Never ever have I ever encountered an experience like I did at any store. I work with the public on a daily basis and wouldn't treat my worse enemy the way I was treated at this store! I feel really sorry for the other employees at this store. The associate working with this horrible person that day was just as mortified as I was. She was a sweetheart to me an my son though. You can clearly tell this lady doesn't like her job and now what comes around goes around and she will have to answer for her actions towards me and my son.

All the workers here are soooo sweet, went to get my daughter birthday stuff for her party this weekend and i came up a little short. The beautiful soul checking me out helped me out with the rest. Still good people around. :) oh btw they had more party stuff then walmart for half the price!

Good prices, selection, and friendly employees. I like this store because it's close to my house and its better than Hyvee for things like cleaning supplies and toiletries and things like that. They also have things for really cheap like headphones and toys for kids and seasonal items like pool toys and driveway salt.

The manager in Davenport just call me out my name on line while she was at work and she was banging me for money all. She post her Vegas trip on line and her and he California trip on line using bad word calling comtesr bitchs on line taking money from people she might know I have seen her do it smoke week out sid e the store sale her car on the store lot leave the green truck on the lot to sale it call the police so it won't get told away

This store is a joke employees are disrespectful rude people... I was told to leave the store and come back with correct amount because they couldn't give me change for a $50 bill while trying to purchase $40 worth of groceries I would rather walk 1 hour to a different store then to spend a nother dime of my money there... They really need to fire all of there rude disrespectful employees and hire people that value there jobs because that place is full of weirdos!

Although this Family Dollar is relatively new to the Westend of Davenport, it lacks in customer friendliness in so much that unless you initiate a greeting or salutation you could be in and out with as little as the tired exhale of a cashier's breath. With regard to their products; I see this place as a rather large junk drawer that some people have in their kitchens, hobby rooms or work spaces that have a lot of everything yet nothing that you truly need; but what the heck; it's only a dollar right?
