I ordered a butterburger value basket with cheese curds. The burger was very good but the cheese curds came burnt and had barely any cheese in them, and there was burnt cheese all over the curds, that was so burnt it was almost black. Had barely any flavor and was hard to bite into. Usually cheese curds are good but I dont know how they messed them up that bad.

Very good, clean establishment! Good food that I don't consider as fast food! Great frozen yogurt, excellent shrimp, delicious pot roast, great fish, wonderful chicken, the fries are amazing! Would recommend to everyone...if you haven't been there...go!!!Parking: Always a place to park, no matter how busy!Kid-friendliness: No problem with bringing children in!

If I could have given it a 0 I would have! Waited for 40 minutes to get our order that was a takeout. 5 minutes after placing the order we got our ice cream no food so the ice cream was all melted. Then we get the food home and one of the sandwiches wasn't what we ordered. I ordered two sandwiches two orders of chicken strips and fries and four scoops of ice cream I wouldn't think it would be that hard to keep the order straight and it shouldn't have taken 40 minutes. They need to get new managers cuz that place is a hot mess!!! Will not go back!

Went through drive-through and ordered 2, 2 scoop turtle sundaes. The drive-through line was not long, and there was no one inside. The girl at the window handed me a number and told me to pull forward (literally, that's all she said). The person in front of me was waiting for a single shake. I waited 10 minutes for another girl to bring out 2 completely melted cups of vanilla custard with a few pecans floating on top, and when I say melted, I mean melted. The cherry had sunk to the bottom. A faint smear of caramel was visibly inside the cup, though I never tasted it.Glad I'm only passing through.

Food is a 4 star. service was a 3 star. Ordered a burger, fries and med concrete mixer. Sat down with my number and receipt. My food came out on time. I asked about my mixer, young lady said someone will bring it out, ate my food within 15 minutes went back to the register asking for my mixer and the gal that rang me up said “oh yeah” when she saw me approaching and quickly handed me the mixer.I mean on the one hand no big deal. On the other hand It’s expected to receive my full order at the same time. (Right?). Pretty empty restaurant at 5 PM on Monday. Drive through line looked short. At the moment I walked in to order I was the only one to order. There was an air of very relaxed among the employees.

The employees need to smile more and at least pretend to be happy at their job. The employee at the drive through messed up the order which was very simple charged us for a drink we didn’t want and he didn’t even remember what soda he put in the cup. So the other employee was kind enough to give me a drink I’d like instead. But the food tasted off and unfortunately gave me massive stomach pains. Might Give it another try in the far future.

Ordered a single scoop vanilla and after 15 minutes of waiting at table , went to counter to check on it. Counter person said they were out of vanilla. I then had to ask what other flavors they had....day flavor or chocolate. Still don't get why they let me order vanilla if it wasn't available....
