I want to tell everyone interested in getting new flooring how happy I am with my experience with Carpetland! First of all, Sean was amazing and helped me through the process of deciding what was best for me. I highly suggest if you are interested in new flooring, you seek out Sean!Also, Adrian and Dustin were courteous and extremely talented in installing my flooring in a timely manner. It was a large area with three layers of linoleum in the kitchen. All was done beautifully in two days!! I couldn’t be happier with the results!!

We purchased our tile from Sean. He was extremely helpful and informative. He helped us find exactly what we wanted. The tile was ready to be installed on the day the promised us. Adam was the installer and he was awesome. Not only did he do an outstanding job, he gave us helpful information about moving appliances on the new floor. He removed three layers of flooring before the install and did a great job of cleaning up when he was done. I would recommend Sean and Adam to anyone who needs a new floor.

We’ve had the best experience with Carpetland in Davenport. We’ve had a few minor issues or repairs needed & they’ve taken care of them quickly & efficiently. Most recently, Jason Ciluffo went above & beyond to replace defective carpet in our master bedroom & closet, no questions asked. Their installer also repaired a couple of spots that our puppy had chewed & you would never know it happened. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for future projects. Would highly recommend!

I asked to see a certain type of carpet and the blond woman that wears the leopard top told me she would show me after I picked out a color! I was so mad because I wanted a certain type of carpet and she wouldn't show me. I knew what I wanted and she wouldn't show me. I've been there since and same lady helped me. This time I wanted to see a certain type of tile for three bathrooms. She didn't tell me they didn't handle that kind. She continued to try to sell me something else. I was upset because she took up my time and wasn't honest with me.

Installation of our vinyl plank floors just finished up today (05/11/17) and I have to say I could not be happier! From start to finish this was a great experience with Carpetland USA in Davenport, IA. The sales person listened so well to our needs and made the process go so smoothly. My praise extends to the two men (whose names I regretfully did not catch) who completed the installation. They were friendly, neat, thorough, and efficient. Our experience with Carpetland in Davenport was excellent!!Jason helped us to select the right flooring option for our upstairs. We also decided to replace the carpet in our living room and family room.The materials arrived in a timely fashion. The crew that did that job was outstanding! They removed carpet from 4 bedrooms, closets and hallway and replaced with a durable floor that resembles hardwood - WE LOVE IT!During the week-long installation process, Jason called every day to check progress and to see how things were going. His attention to detail was fantastic.This is the only place I would recommend for flooring needs. Very very pleased! Carpetland has a great selection of all types of flooring. I went in for hardwood flooring, and came in several times--initially just to get ideas, then a few times to bring home samples, then to order. Every salesperson I talked to was friendly.
