We pulled in early this morning with our trailer that had a missing wheel. The wheel was shared off at the bolts. Matthew and Joseph were able to find us a tire, fix the bolts, tightened the rest of our wheels lugs, and filled all the tires with air. They were able to get us up and running! In my opinion, Matthew and Joseph have gone above and beyond. They treated us like we were their neighbors. We are extremely grateful for their help and will be happy to recommend them to our family and friends. Matthew and Joseph thank you for the great hospitality!

I've been going here for years. Never really thought of a review because they are ALWAYS the Best Around! Got some Amazing Gifts this year for very reasonable prices! Was a Great Year for me to find stuff I wanted and things for my family!

Farm & Fleet had always been one of our favorite stores but lately we've noticed no one seems to know how to use farm exempt. Even after they've asked for help we've had to have the transaction fixed or we just haven't gotten the exemption and gave up. (Farm animal feed and things of that nature) I know it's a training issue with how often it's been happening and not the cashiers fault but it's getting frustrating.

Called 3 hours before and made an appointment just to have tires swapped, drove 30 mins there. After arriving and the shop agreeing to do the work, 20 mins later after the car was on a lift they declined to change my tires. Mechanics gave 5 different excuses. It was very obvious they wanted to go home and did not want to do any work.Corporate ended up saving the day by forcing the Moline location to swap the tires but not before the Moline shop tried to cancel also as I was arriving.I enjoy the store and have no complaints there but I'll never make an appointment for any auto service at a blains ever again.Don't agree to take business if you can't do the work. 👍

I really like farm and fleet. I've been coming here my entire life. Only thing that took away the five star is driving into town because the website shows they have two in stock of whatever I'm looking for and then when I get there nobody can find it.

Nice place to go for agricultural, animals, and automotive needs. I love that I can bring in my dog with me. She enjoys the employee's and I can still grab what I need. Prices are very competitive with bigger box stores as well. I am sure you will find what you need.

The staff at this location really seem to hate their jobs. I asked somebody to help me get a box of ammunition (it is locked up) and the associate acted like I was asking him to break rocks for a few hours. Then, when I went to pay, the cashier wasn't much better. I asked him if he needed my phone number for the rewards program and he let out an long, exasperated sigh. What a burden we customers are!

This place was great and even let my dog inside he was still in training not like a service dog training but he likes to pull a lot so he liked to sniff and pull he sometimes knocked things over and I went to pick it up but the worker was like it's no big deal and picked it up I was so thankful for her and when I got what I wanted I went to check out and they snuck my dog a treat they clearly asked first but they where all around great and freindly

Incredibly helpful people especially on black friday. I think everyone in the entire workforce was there. We spoke with at least eight people all trying to help us find what was on the add. Everyone was not only helpful but cheerful and seemed to be having a good time on black friday. I was very impressed found what I needed and was in and out of there in less than an hour. Actually couldn't believe it great job everyone and thank you for the help!

I'll go to davenport before Muscatine they can close the Muscatine store down or replace everyone that works there I haven't been to Muscatine store sent the screw driver that put a hole in my sent 3 years ago sent that happened I go to Walmart for tires and oil change also I bit you don't write back

I used to go this store when I worked out that way, but now I go to the Blain's in Moline. Both have always been great. Very friendly and helpful and have all my dogs' favorites.

Bought two kayaks and a roof rack for some good prices compared to some other stores I've looked at. Also bought a good pair of steel toes for under $100. Same as ones in another store, just better price. Would definitely recommend making a little extra drive out to it to see what they have.

Even though Theisens is near my home, I gladly drive the extra 5 miles to shop at Farm & Fleet. Staff is always friendly, helpful and welcoming, unlike that other place I mentioned. Keep up the great work! I will see you again soon. 😉

I came in, after a jump, and was directed to an open bay, knowing that once I shut off my vehicle (with a dead battery) it would not start again. That made me most comfortable. Not only was a new battery put in, but also my tires were filled up with air and that was when I was told that all 4 of my tires have dry rot and need replaced.I will have to baby them until I can save up the money to come back to Blain's Farm & Fleet to purchase and have put on 4 brand new tires. I would recommend them to anyone who is having any type of problem with their vehicle or is in need of a good deal within the store!

The last few visits the staff has been absolutely terrible. Difficult to return a faulty product, had one occasion where two women were stocking a shelf and had their cart turned diagonally blocking the aisle, so I gently pushed their cart so I could pass through and got glared at and whispered about, the paint department (while surprisingly polite) seemed to be completely untrained and unknowledgable about paint mixing and questions. Absolutely pitiful service in the store anymore. Prices are insanely higher than other area stores. Cheaper products and better customer service can be found at Menards or Theisens.

WOW! I came on here to give my first bad review to any company in our area. The first thing I see is negative comments about employees on here over the last year...go figure, lol.Let me share my experience I had a few days back. I'm still like WOW...ok.So, I go out to Blaine's Farm & Fleet and buy some equipment. The next morning I wake up and decide to go back and get some accessories I wanted to add to it. A couple other things caught my eye I wanted to shop. I get there and I want to make sure I'm getting the correct item. I go to ask for help from a group of workers gathered by the checkouts. I raised my hand politely, and didn't even interrupt them. The girl looked over at me irriated and rolled her eyes and her head like she was annoyed I was interrupting her. I was shocked. I said that's ok and I'd help myself. She came over to me and I said you rolled your eyes and head at me. She apologized. I couldn't believe she did that. This is Farm and Fleet, not a Dollar Store. I know dealing with customers is difficult these days, but F&F customer service should be on the level with K&K Hardware in Bettendorf. With that approach and that spirit. I was going to write more, but why, I feel deflated by what Blaine's has become and it's indicative of what America has become in ways too... 😌😌😌

Went to buy a stihl chainsaw twice and I guess they have to start them to show they work, well they told me they have no one who knows how to start a chainsaw and now when I called they said they think it’s flooded lol I think they need new employees who can start some chainsaws.
