I am new to town and this is honestly the cleanest, most organized, well stocked Walmart with the friendliest employees I have ever encountered at a Walmart! They are always smiling and saying hello to you and there are constantly employees on the floor and easy to find, very willing to help find items! This team deserves 10 stars, raises and should be the face of Walmart because this is what people are looking for at a store! Thank you for being the best at it all!

Went to pick up money from a Walmart to Walmart that my father sent me. The clerk was friendly and courteous as he helped me through the transaction, I really appreciate the excellent service that I always receive when I visit your store. Thanks

As far as Walmart goes... Creston has a good one. I know a good chunk of the people who work here. The lanes were open and we didn't have to wait forever. So that was nice.

I have been getting our vehicle serviced there for 2 years no problem. Eight weeks ago no problem. Last week was told after a 1 1/2 hour wait that they couldn't find the tool to change the oil filter. 🙄 and on top of that they damaged the drivers door (see photo). Talked to customer service said that they would get on it and resolve the problem. It's been a week and I've heard nothing. I'm done won't be back to their auto center.

Since when is Walmart going to be outta bulk baby diapers? Or at least the ones I want to buy in bulk. Very discouraging for a person especially since I've been trying to order them from home so the nephew and his wife can go and pick them up for the babe coming soon. Jeez Walmart!!!!!

Electronic staff was great til he took his evening break and the next manager was very rude and had no knowledge of how to do there job she needs to work the parking lot that would fit her the best

It's a wal mart it was clean but the man that was trying to push us through the line cause it was closing time needs an attitude check he said he was a manager or whatever but he should be reeducated on dealing with the public he stood behind us and staired at us so bad it made my bf annoyed and it irritated me cause he was acting like I was gunna rob the place well if you would have regular cashier's you wouldn't have to worry about theft, my own opinion.

This is a "Super Walmart", while my local Osceola Walmart has greatly been improving over the years, this Creston location is worth the drive due to it being a much larger store. I like to go here for the lawn and garden center, and the sporting goods section, mostly. This location provides oil and tire changes as well.This Creston location, and the Osceola store has some the friendliest employees that you will find at a Walmart, currently.When you stop, be sure and tell them Tony sent you...it won't mean a thing and they have no idea who I am, I just want to picture the look on their faces when you say it, lol.It's a great store, be sure to stop by for whatever you need.

This store has the low prices you would expect from the chain. The main areas are kept neat and tidy. Due to some disgusting people that frequent the store, sometimes the bathrooms need attention. Almost every employee is ready and willing to help with whatever needs you might have. Rating docked one star for quality of product. While most items are of reasonable quality, some should not be sold in any store.

You will never find the great customer service that Walmart offers. This particular location in Atlantic IA has truly fantastic customer service with employees who literally go out of there way for customers. Forever a loyal Walmart customer!

Went online and ordered an item that I was unable to find after moving to the area. Selected the online pickup. They quickly filled the order and brought it to my car saving me a trip inside. I buy my groceries every month online and make the 40 minute trip where they load into my car and is quick and easy!

Under staffed at registers as always. Staff is not attentive. My cashier was nice though. I hate using scan and go something always needs approval. They never have people around. I would rather let them do it.

Always a pleasant shopping experience, very clean, well organized aisles and shelves! Relatively easy to find everything you need to get, prices are excellent, lower than most of their competitors! Great value for your money, I enjoy shopping at Walmart!

Apparently not enough employees to answer a 2 min. phone call. I only live an hour away no big deal I'll drive there to see if you have what I need in stock. No cashiers no body to answer phones how is this place even still a business if you have no employees to help potential customers.

I don't think there should be self check outs. If you are the only one at them and there is a clerk there why do we have to show that we paid for our purchase? It's just plain stupid. Will quit spending money here and just pick up meds when needed. They don't need the 3 to 4 hundred a month I spend on necessities.

Customer service was very friendly as I had an xtra charge on my receipt for an item but didn't notice till I got home. I called them n they told me to bring in receipt n would give me the money back.

So in March I was hired for stocking but unfortunately one of my best friends ended his own life so I wasn't able to start and talking to HR she told me to reapply in a month which would have been April. Well I found something else in the meantime, now I want something here in town so I applied for a couple positions and they actually called me a few days ago and did not leave a message so I've been trying for the past 2 days to reach HR again which I got a hold of today. Now she's telling me because I had attendance issues I have to wait 6 months which would be next month. Again I never started so not sure where this attendance issue is I never got paid. One why would they call me if I'm not eligible for rehire and two why would she tell me a month and then now it's all of a sudden six months? Something's just not adding up here

It is sad to see actual customer service die in America. Why would a business make every effort to eliminate any contact with their customers. (Self checkouts) more over why is it acceptable for the customer to go spend as much hard earned money with a business that won't take the time to at least thank them for their business.After all We are the heartbeat of their success. Just saying.PS the restroom was disgusting!!!
