*Update- the last couple times I've been there, customer service has been much better, so I've changed my 1-star review to 3. I've not run into the one or two I particularly remember being awful, since. Maybe they moved on and/or reviews are being attended to.*I thought I'd give them a try due to their drive through despite the bad reviews I've read and poor word of mouth. If you have time to retire in the drive-through, go here. Motions are snail pace. I've lived all over the country, and this is the slowest drive-thru I've ever been in in my life. The customer service basics are poor, as well. No emotional Intelligence. Switching back to Wal-Mart.

This pharmacy is AWFUL!!!Two weeks ago, the pharmacist wouldn't let us use a GoodRX card because she said she wouldn't make enough money on it even though they do accept those cards normallyWalmart pharmacy said no problem. However, they had to call HyVee twice to get them to transfer the prescription. Yesterday we called in a refill and their system said today after 3pm. We arrived at 3:45 and was told they might have it tomorrow. They didn't follow up or let us know beforehand. To top it off, there were at least 5 people working back there chatting each other up with only one person helping customers. There were 4 customers waiting for them. They have no concern whatsoever about the clients they are serving, or NOT as the case may be.

I want to share the bad experience I bad at Creston HyVee Thursday night. My wife and I went to watch our grandkids barrel race that evening then went to HyVee to shop afterwards. After shopping for twenty minutes and filling out carts we went to checkout. It was exactly at 9:00 and when we got to the checkout counter we were told it was closed and we would have to use the self checkout. Have you ever tried to use the self checkout with a whole cart of food?Needless to say Creston Fareway is now my preferred place to shop.Thanks but no thanks HyVeeWayne

Shortened hours for pharmacy pickup are not favorable for someone who doesn’t work or live in creston. Time to move my prescriptions

I got there as they were closing to get my mom's meds because I had to work and I was only 1 min late pushed the button thing no reply went in and the thing was closed I asked the lady can I plz get my mom's meds she said no we're closed my mom's meds were free she is on Medicare it would have took few seconds
