The prices are a little high on certain items but if you plan ahead you don’t end up spending any more money than anywhere else. We love going for meat deals. The store is always clean.

Not busy for day before Easter. In general I buy vegetables and fruits at another store it is much better and fresh at the other store in which I shop. The hyvee just isn't a store that I care for anymore. Many items are out of date with in a day after you buy it such as cold meats, bread, canned foods milk products. I can go on and on. There is very little interaction between customers. The quick check out Clerks are not there they are wondering off.

very good variety of foods and even some regular items for daily stuff, but I did see some mold on the breads. Check the food before buying.

It's sad to see how much this store has changed. I remember they had a floral department that delivered, they had a deli you could sit down and eat at but it's the meat department that seems to be the most sad. Some of the freezer doors cant even been seen through as there are streaks down the doors from something. Too bad really....

A much nicer experience now. Brian, the store manager, has been doing a great job getting this store back on track. Just wish corporate would pay more attention to the small market Hy-Vees instead of pouring all their finances and attention into the large city sites. Well done to the local employees and management!

A much appreciated small-town friendly option to the local Mass Retail Grocery store. Store has recently been updated but could use some more. Nice Alcohol selection and great produce. Was disappointed in the removal of the serviced meat department - causing a family of 2 to be forced into purchasing more than needed with the new prepackaged choices. Staff around the store is great and helpful. Checkers are hit or miss usually with only 1 lane open plus express and self service check out lacks room for anyone with more than a few items.

I came in today and this young lady by the name of Draven was very helpful. I was very impressed with her performance, especially her being the only cashier available and attending to all the customers needs. Her customer service was phenomenal! She made my day better and she was all cheers! Thank you for hiring such amazing staff!

This was an awesome experience, so much more so than my normal store. They even had us drive up to load in our car. Didn't have anything I wanted but this was awesome. Just don't ask me to join the plus program (nod to corporate - not interested)

Honestly, out of all the places I worked at in Creston and everyone I met. Hyvee in Creston was truly the best place to work. I met some good people and loved my job. I actually felt good and excited to go into work everyday. I would recommend working here to anyone 😁💯

Helpful smile in every aisle and that's the truth and clean neat well-managed love the pharmacy and pharmacist so nice to get a text message that says your medications ready to be picked up before you even thought about needing to order it. Big ±++A

Hyvee took out the bakery and flower shop and deli. Replaced it with a burger counter and lots of shelves and coolers of alcohol. However, I love the pharmacy. They are quick, knowledgeable, and friendly.

The gas station Asst Manager is friendly, polite, quick & knowledge carried the propane tank to my vehicle since I could not. He is a great employee and one of hyvees best employees.

My home town Hy-Vee. Prices had always been too high to shop here. New Dollar Fresh remodel made it much more affordable, self checks make it a speedy exit. And the staff has always been fabulous.

Very uniquely organized and always cheerful staff. Though I find myself offended occasionally by the deceptive marketing.. sometimes the real money saving deals are labeled with smaller signs, the larger, brighter sale markers can trick customers into thinking they are buying a bargain when in reality paying full price or MORE! I should probably give an example.... Simply Made juices are normally $3. The week before they were 2/5 with small red sale sticker. When I return there’s a large index card with red lettering sticking out from the deals indicating “Hot Deals” it read “2 for $6”... that’s the kind of trickery I am always Leery of with this company.

The store has very limited selection. When ever we go, they are always out of the grocery items we need.The floors are lined and blocked with boxes, even the paper goods has boxes stacked in front of them with no one tending to them.

Nice,nice employees,but the store is EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING since the big remodel. I've always been a huge fan and have several relatives working at Hy-Vee stores in other states. I hear people all the time complaining about the loss of the deli and bakery and especially fried chicken. No one I know is pleased and most-myself included-now go to Fareway and Wal-Mart much more often.

Went to deli to get fresh sliced ham. The hours are 7am-8pm. I was there at 6:20 pm. The person working in deli said he just cleaned the slicers which to me says "I don't want to clean them again". I needed $10 worth and he didn't really want to do his job.

Shopping is easy. They keep shelves stocked. There is always an employee close by to help you if you need it. They always speak and ask if they can help you. My only complaint is some of the check out kids don't know what is on sale.

Employees are always helpful and have fun personalities. The store is clean and I love the updates to the store. I know it is the area we live in but I wish they had a bigger selection of organic foods.

Only place in town to buy good alcohol. Wish they worked more cashiers, as it seems I always wait unecesarilly long on the one or two open lanes. Service is usually friendly enough but if anything, train your stock boys to go run register when it gets busy. There is no reason to only run two check out lanes every Friday afternoon.

This is an older Hyvee without the market Cafe, a feature I dislike about the chain. I was initially pleased about this but when I got to the back of the store, was assaulted by a horrible odor. They should not have required a customer to notice that and complain.
