I did not look at the hardware store, HOWEVER, Java J's is attached to it, and I did check Java J's out.Go get your fun drinks, fudge made right there, cookies, scones and gifts.Great atmosphere !!

Quality is absolute garbage! Bought a weed eater and push mover and both didn't even last 2 years before completely dying. I would say their quality is right where Walmart's is.

I broke something on my boat while at a nearby lake. So I made the short drive to the Ace hardware in Creston Iowa and they were able to help me find what I needed and I was back on the water in no time. HUGE store and super friendly service.

I had a mix-up with a lawn mower delivery that left me stuck with a mower on a semi and no way to get it off. After a quick call to True Value they were willing to unload the lawn mower for me and later, deliver it right to my door. A big thank you to Kent from the store and I look forward to shopping there in the future.

I had to replace a seal and flange on a toilet on a Sunday. I'm definitely not a plumber. I didn't catch the guys name but helped me find the right parts and made it very easy. I found a Weber grill I've been looking for at a better price than the big box stores. You really can't bet small town people to help you out when you need it.

Nothing but problems with their service department. Expensive and they don't fix things right the 1st time or 2nd time. Then they tell you to take it some where else cause they can't fix it. Over charge for rental trailers.

Some of the stuff is a little bit pricey. But that is to be expected in a smaller town. The employees are kind, and stay attentive to customer needs.
