Clean, clean clean. OMG the produce is amazing!! I came in for toiletries and souvenirs...left out with more than I bargained for....but in a good way.I had to get out of here before I went retail nuts. All I can say is - go into this place with a list and a plan....Sweet Baby Jesus. If not you are shopping in the blind and that means pockets will be broken. Lemme be your example and guide of what NOT TO DO. 😆😆😆😂😂😂

I like the Atlantic Iowa Walmart. They don't lock everything up, because people aren't insane over here. Things function like a humane society here. AMEN TO GODS COUNTRY.

It was a great experience until I went to pay. I put my credit card in and it said card error, eight times!!! I even tried another card,same thing. Finally it took after I inserted the card and lifted up. Maybe time to have them serviced?

I ordered online, went to pickup my order. My pickup window was 3-4 pm. Got there later than I wanted, at 4 pm on the dot. There were 20 other cars in the pickup spots. So I expected a long wait. I ended up waiting 20 minutes. The gentleman that helped me load the car up was extremely respectful and had a very positive attitude! I wish I remembered his name.

I needed some new headlights for my car. The website said they were out of stock but I went in anyway just to double check. The lights that I needed were in stock so I pressed the call button for help. There were three associates a couple aisles over and I asked them to assist me. They had to call some guy named Ray for keys. Ray walked past me and didn't acknowledge me and I never did receive any assistance from the associates in the other aisle. Pretty standard for this Walmart

I came here to return an item that was not sold to me complete while on a road trip. Courtney in customer service was filing her taxes on the computer and the woman who greeted me asked for her assistance returning the item. Annoyed she stated it’s against policy to return the item even though it was sold to me incomplete and would need to get a manager. The manager Auggie came over 15 mins later attempted to return the item and Courtney stopped doing her taxes to tell him the item can’t be returned it’s in a policy book she then went over to find. I explained to them both I already called the Walmart and explained the issue they said any Walmart was ok. I am an African American woman and didn’t appreciate the vibe, energy or bold faced lie I returned the item to the purchase Walmart and they again confirmed it could have been returned there. Not ok don’t work in customer service if skin color threatens you or sways your judgement. I called and let a manager know, she said she would talk to to them. Be aware

This walmart is trash. Employees are rude and ignore you, the phones never get answered and when you come in with a broken ankle they try to tell you to give up the scooter to someone who has 2 legs to walk on! These people are lazy and rude and have no work ethic and the store is poorly managed.

Went there twice and both times they didn't have the oil filter I needed. they never have any selection of the Walmart brand Greek yogurt. Also, this location never has the Carmel flavored ice cream. 😠

Tried to bring back a Christmas gift of a heated blanket I received, because I got two and didn’t need it and need groceries. Krista and Stacey in costumer care were very very rude and would not help me with the return because of it being $59 and me not having a gift receipt, and also not less then $50 and it’s “store policy” that they cannot exchange return or do anything as it was over the limit. As the website says you can return with a government issued ID. I will not be shopping back at ANY Walmart ever again as I use to spend thousands of dollars here MONTHLY. Terrible experience.

Lisa in the optical center is AMAZING!!!! She initially helped my wife with her glasses and then when I went for my glasses she was extremely patient. I wanted price comparisons on different options for my glasses and she made sure to educate me on getting transition lenses. I’ve had my glasses for about a week now and I can say that it was the best decision to have transition lenses. I would get really bad migraines from bright lights at any time of day and haven’t had any lately. Lisa is an asset to the company and if you need glasses or have questions about glasses or contacts I would recommend you to go an talk to Lisa!

Employees here care about everything. They even double check my bags for me before leaving to make sure I got the right items. Sure it takes some of my life away every time but they simply take my breath away...kinda like that song from the 80s used in the Top Gun movie with Tom Cruise; which btw Tom Cruise needs to have his own cruise ship and show all his movies on it. That is all.

Lisa P. in optical department is awesome! She helped me right away and took her time with me so I didn't feel rushed picking out glasses and made sure I was happy with my purchase. By the end of my visit- I had purchased 2 pairs of glasses and 1 pair of prescription sunglasses! She took her time with me and I appreciated it so much. I paid for my purchase and left. She was then going over my receipt to make sure things added up right and noticed I had been overcharged over $100.00 too much and called me right away so I could be credited back! To me that was great customer service and Lisa did a wonderful job because I hadn't caught that!

I wouldnt recommend this store i was just siting out side minding my own business and then so called manager is hella rude was told by the manager that i was trespassing and needed to leave after i already explained i was there for black friday and i was only hour or 2 early but i will be making a corporate complaint based on how he treated me he acts like I was trying to cause bad it was on or was a criminal which I am neither of then he continued to stand there and stare me down and tell my ride came like I was doing something wrong definitely won't be returning to the store anymore

I've had positive experiences here. I don't honestly go in store often anymore thanks to the Walmart membership, I get my groceries delivered most often. But when I do, all is well. I appreciate that they carry more products for people with special food diets/restrictions. It'll be nice if they ever expand that more. I wish both CB Walmarts carried the same products, as there a few items I can only get at one and not the other, and vice versa. Overall, staff are helpful and friendly most of the time and it's easy to get in and get out.

Honestly, this is the best Walmart I have been to in the area. I live in Omaha and I will drive to this one from now on. They have the best selection of clothes and sizes as well as the best home decor. Ive never been to a Walmart as organized and clean as this one. The self checkout was easy and quick and the attendants were kind and helpful.

Ick. This is ick. The whole store. Just ick. Almost every single employee at this location walks around with a chip on their shoulder, a stick up their rear, and seems like ticking time bombs. Everyone is always two seconds from flipping out because you asked for help finding something. And it's not once, I've noticed it a lot, and much more recently and more consistently. Especially this Careen chick that's the COACH up front. Whatever that means, all I know is she was super freaking rude when she said it. Very noticeable that she does not like her job. So rude I turned and went straight to customer service to return the purchase that I had made in the electronics section. I was so upset. I approached her so kindly and with a friendly smile and nice demeanor and she was really the kind you see on Tuesdays, for absolutely no reason whatsoever. I very genuinely did not deserve it. If the poor attitude wasn't enough, their poor attitude towards cleaning standards... I mean I used to go to irvington in Omaha (iykyk), but they're clean in comparison to this 16th Street location. It's always noticeable that they're lazy about their sweeping and I do understand inclement weather and having dirty floors, but when it's beautiful outside and they're still not clean... Yeah customers can see that... Just because we don't mention your poor cleaning doesn't mean that we don't take notes. If you're too lazy to sweep the floors, then are you too lazy to sanitize the toilets? (They sure look dirty every time I walk in so I always skip the bathroom there now unless it's an emergency.) But if you're too lazy to SWEEP, then are you too lazy to take COLD RETURNS back to the shelf in a timely manner? I mean, I tend to buy in bulk and not have to go so often, so it usually takes me like 30-45 min to check out. Now, this particular time took about 45 and I can't say when it got put INTO the returns basket, but I DO know that the pork loin someone didn't want and wanted to return was in that return basket when I started ringing up and was still there by the time I was done a long time later... that was when I stopped shopping for groceries at Walmart and switched to super saver. In the very least, even if they do the same crummy stuff with returns, at least they're kind and smile while they poison me. :) Walmart has always been a crap company. Crap products backed by crap people for the low low price of maybe you should support local instead. I wish we had more local places closer by me instead of more wAlMaRt NeIgHbOrHoOd MaRkEtS popping up. Ick. All of it.

There was lines at every register. Self checkout and regular. Kind of frustrating when you see all those registers and you have to stand in line and wait to check out.
