Not a very friendly place. Had a door greater by the north doors tell a 90 year old man he couldn't have an electric chair because they only had one and it was dead. My wife walked down to the south doors and checked for the older couple and found several fully charged chairs, sitting there waiting to be used. So if you see Randy standing there don't bother asking him for anything, he's just a little too lazy to help anyone. But if you want to leave he's all up in your cart trying to find anything you didn't pay for.

Just not many ppl wanting to help in any way or matter. Really more interested in being on their phones or gathering to talk their personal lives and how drunk they were and what they didn't remember doing. Sad whatever happened to respecting customers and doing what they are there to do..

Told an hour and a half to 2hrs wait. Which I was prepared and fine with. I have since been skipped over 2x and had to wait another 2hrs cuz I kept getting skipped over in line

This store is my least favorite. Kind of run down and tons of out of stock items each time. Now that self checkout is limited the wait to check out is not worth it. Customer service reps are over worked and rude. Pick up is ok, wait times can be long and app does not always work. Pay the monthly fee and have it delivered. Just be sure to sign for it or they won't make sure its the right address!

Vision center has a new Dr. Dr. Jones, very nice as is the staff there. Very satisfied with eye exam. Store also had cashiers working, not forced into self check out

Was interrupted by the police, was going to purchase acrylic paints and spray paints, didn't have a cart so we placed them in our pockets till check out. Got charged with theft and criminal mischief and had the money to pay for all of the products. Didn't steal anything. Got to deal with the cops and a court date. Lol.

Went to the pharmacy, then to the garden center, same end of the store. Had to walk all the way to the other side of the store to self checkout. Both big self checkouts on both ends of the store were closed at 4 o,clock in the afternoon, stupid.

Being that I was in Iowa, I decided to stop at Lake Manawa Walmart looking for the Hard Mt Dew I had heard about, as for it is not available in Nebraska. Iowa is a test market. I could not find it in the alcohol section. I stopped an employee that just so happened to be walking by. I asked her if this was her department. She said "No", but still offered to help me. Chloe went out of her way to find the location on the shelf where it should be stocked. She used her hand held computer to see if the product was in the stock. She confirmed it to be a yes. So she went to the back stock room to see if she could locate it. She returned to me and directed me to a special display by the front entrance next to Subway. She went way above and beyond my expectations. She alone upped the star rating at this location. Kudos to Chloe for reestablishing my belief that customer service still exists, even in the younger generation.The store is desperate for additional cleaning. The restroom needed attention.

I asked a member of management if they could unlock a DVD case for me. She said. "Uh yeah," then walked around the electronics counter and then stood there just talking to her co workers. As a general manager myself I found this very unprofessional you really need to stop hiring or promoting managers that don't care about the customers that pay their paychecks. After waiting for 10 minutes I decided to go over to Target and buy the DVD player from them. It's going to be kind of hard to stay in business when you lose customers to other retail stores. Who am I kidding tho. I'm sure not even the store manager of this Walmart reads these reviews.

The customer service crew is completely unaware of how to do their job and how to return electronics. I have a $250 oculus quest 2 with the receipt and everything from the original box back in the box, and they refuse to do a return because the serial numbers don’t match. Upon some research I discovered that every single quest 2 has a different serial number than the serial number on the box, that’s how the company has designed it to be, and I’m basically just told to screw off because they are all too incompetent and lazy to do their job. so I got ahold of a Walmart manager in Atlantic Iowa and explained the ordeal and he said he would be able to return the device. Even though the serial numbers don’t match, at least the Atlantic Walmart manager is smart enough to understand the product he has out on his shelf. My main issue is if anyone else buys this product and is unhappy with it, is there will be no way they can return it at manawa because they have this misconception about their product when this is just how the product is manufactured.

Getting pretty fed up with self checkout, never more than a couple cashiers EVER. Then when you leave, if it couldn't or didn't get bagged you have to be checked by a employee to leave. Then HIRE some cashier's, you do not employ me to do your job!

More fruit selection than they had in Hawaii. This store is truly a superstore. Look at the wide open pharmacy and all of the selections of soap. Friendly and helpful staff.

As far as Walmarts go in the Omaha Metro area, this one is near the bottom of the list as far as WMs go. The parking lot is usually littered with trash, the foot traffic inside the store is so prolific, it rarely is enjoyable to go shop there.

Zero stars after today's "staffs" events I will not go back besides to escalate today's situation because it's not ok. I don't appreciate the guy running the self checkout just coming up behind me and telling me to select a receipt or not when IT JUST POPPED UP, then had the AUDACITY to tell me to rate them. It's not ok to just come up behind someone unannounced. But I let it go and me and my friend tried to show the "Door Greeter" our receipts and leave. The "Door Greater" had other plans. She starts verbally attacking my friend and saying "I've seen you here many times and I'm surprised at your size you're up around and walking and not sitting on a bench or using a riding scooter". SINCE WHEN IS IT EVER OK FOR AN EMPLOYEE TO JUST HUMILIATE A CUSTOMER??? It could of stopped there but no the Rude "lady" wanted to further humiliate my friend. She then goes on to say "Well good for you actually getting up and walking around you know most people your size wouldn't do that. It's a surprise to actually see you walking around at your size". We were just trying to leave, there was absolutely ZERO need for the verbal abuse from one of YOUR employees and it's not just gonna be let go. There was absolutely NO NEED to make ANY kind of comments. I don't appreciate that "Lady's" behavior and she shouldn't be in retail.

I am not really a Walmart fan. I shop there on occasion if they have something I need that is cheaper than anywhere else. I do not buy my groceries at Walmart. On this visit, the guy running self checkout was really nice, even the door watcher was pleasant.
