The old crew was so much better. They knew the products, they knew where they were and how to access them. I frequent this store. I've had the same issue with the same team members, even after I watched them learn the last time. There's maybe 2 people that know what they're doing now. Everyone else has been there for a couple months now and still can't figure out how to open a simple lock. I'm just going to drive the extra mile to bomgaars.

Great store repeatedly for us. We have bought items several times that we can’t find elsewhere.Latest trip we dealt with Trevor whom was super helpful and gave us great customer service and helped us load 25 bags of softwood pellets.

Well they made me change my review of the place. Horrible trying to return a defective product. The customer service is horrible online help. But after talking to the manager she made it right. I'm back in love with thus location. Thank you.

Called the local Council Bluffs Tractor Supply seeing if I could get bags of coal shipped to the store as they don't carry coal at this store. They informed me that wasn't possible. After talking a bit more they said one of their employees lives half an hour away in another city and that employee's wife works at a Tractor supply in that city which does stock the coal. They were able to arrange the wife bringing four 40 pound bags of coal home which the husband then brought to the store in Council Bluffs. The team went above and beyond. I appreciate their work and help to help me experience/use the coal burning fireplaces in my historic home!

This location is great when it comes to variety & selection, even offering some trendy clothing options these days. I was especially taken aback sure to their selection of hats, as I've been to lids locations with fewer hats physically carried in store! On a side note, cashier on this particular morning was nothing less than breathtaking! I swear to little baby Jesus in a manger, my heart about jumped straight out of my chest!

I had to go to tractor supply on 9/23/22 and didn't have the greatest experience. I was waiting in line and an associate(Shirley) was having trouble with the self check. I was next in line to check out(not at self checkout) and the young man that was there was told by Shirley to move to the other register so she could check a gentleman out. I'm not sure why she couldn't use the other register instead of rudely telling the other associate to move. She told me I could go to the other register and I told her no i'll wait because I just had injections done on my back and it hurts to walk. She then disregard what I just told her and told the young man to check me out. I had to walk all the way around after stating I have no problem waiting again because I'm in pain. She still didn't care. I've never been treated with such lack of compassion or empathy. Yall should really go over yalls customer service because that's not it nor is it acceptable.

They really went out of their way to take care of me and my order! I placed an order for some stock tanks, but there was a hitch in the inventory and they weren't available when I came to pick them up. Shawn went out of his way to find them at another store and drove all the way to Waverly to pick them up and personally delivered them to my house for me. Talk about above-and-beyond service! I'm truly grateful.

They have terrific deals on Dog food and treats here! They also have some cute decor for your home. I have bought 2 different wind chimes from them and love them! They also have clothing, tons of tools and really good taffy and cherry slices!

Friendly storeUsually have what I need. Went for grass seed today but they were out. The employee in the back room started calling other stores and found it for me and having it delivered back to Cb store. I'll have my seed tomorrow. That's Good Service!!!!!Thank you Tsc for hiring good employees

Absolutely love this place. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable of there merchandise. If they don't have it on site, or in store, they will see if the web site offers it. It they're unable to provide what i am searching for they will point me in the right direction.

The store manager, Buddy, has really turned this place around. It was horrible before he came along. They now help you get feed and load it out for you! Say hi to Buddy if you stop in and let him know he’s doing an excellent job!

Ordered a log splitter pump adapter online for in store pick up. Got an email about 1/2 later saying order was cancelled. I called the Council Bluffs store to find out why. Employee said the online ordering system doesn't work very well. Sometimes shows items available at that store that are actually at another store. He said he wasn't sure why it let me order the part all, they don't even have it in their planogram.

Great place to go for all sorts of things. Clothes, boots, tractor and auto parts, pet food and gardening products. Even toys and home decor! Fun place to go for things that you don't see at box stores.

Stopped in for propane and possibly tarp stakes. Propane girl is unloading the truck “it’s going to be a while before we can help you”. Asked if they had tent stakes. “I don’t know. Maybe in the clearance isle” asked where the clearance isle is. “I don’t know.” Only 2 girls working is what we were told. Way to help your customers Tractor Supply of Council Bluffs. It’s 9:44 on a Thursday morning. Not the busiest of times. I can’t imagine how customers would be treated if they were busy. We are headed elsewhere.

I always enjoy a trip here, a one stop shopping trip for all the rancher/farmers needs. Boots, jeans, shirts, hats all very affordable & good to top quality. Home, garden, farm, ranch, even vet supplies & meds. Horse tack, lawn & garden equipment as well as ranch & farm equipment. Pet supplies, food, meds, pens & carry cabs. They have it all. I always enjoy a trip to Tractor Supply, great staff, very customer service oriented & friendly. Clearance is always my first look, love this place.

I needed live traps for some foundation destroying wood chucks ( ground hogs). I had a problem with them burrowing around and under garages and sidewalks. They hibernate October thru March and will no doubt return. They will go in the trap and hold the trap door open with their tail so they can simply back out. The clerk at TSC told be about the sticky matt you would put inside the trap to keep them from backing out. The first night I set the trap without the sticky product. Lucky for the cat that went in and was caught. Of course I released him with no harm done. I need to know how I would release an animal that could be caught accidentally in the sticky matt.. More on that later. I would like to hear from anybody that has knowledge or experience with this.
