The employees are really friendly. However, I have been very disappointed in my two most recent drive-up experiences, as items that I paid for were not included in the order. If it happened once, I'd shake it off as a fluke, but I will stick to other Target locations for now until the issue is remedied.

I normally have no issues in Target. The last few times I have been there I get harassed by the cellular service providers to get a new phone or plan. I understand that business push for sales. But this is not the way to do it.

I'm a 42 year old man , I be damn if you require me to show I'd to buy couch medicine. The pharmacy, Walmart nor any other company ever asked for ID for over the counter Mucinex. I will NEVER BR BACK TO A TARGET !

I wish there was a way to add zero stars. When I called nobody answered the phone. I tried various times of the day and evening and still no answer. I went online found what I needed to order, ordered it, only to get an email stating they were out of stock. When I place the originally the website stated item was available. This happened at not only this location but every location. Being that I used a gift card as well as my visa, I now have 30 day wait. For my funds to be returned to my accounts. I should have spent the extra $10 at Walmart and I would have my item this evening. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. SHAME ON YOU TARGET... NEVER AGAIN

Last time I was there, I had just started putting items out to be rung up, checker waited til I finished loading the conveyor belt to say she was closing. I grabbed all my stuff, moved to another line, put items out again, grabbed check book, then this checker told me he didn't have check reader. I gathered up again, put stuff back on shelves and walked out. Rudest cashiers ever. Too lazy or just incompetent in their job they need huge improvement.

I really love this Target's Health and Beauty department. Some of the design makes me feel like I'm in a high-end salon or beauty supply place, and the store is often adding new brands and products. I also appreciate the friendly and helpful employees.

The Customer Service/Order Pickup desk is always understaffed at the Council Bluffs location and while some staff is nice, most obviously don’t care.

Lied to multiple times at this location. Went into there today and once again False Advertisement. Was trying to buy a figure that had a clearance tag, showed a picture, and the self checkout worker didn’t do anything. All she did was stood there and radioed over to the toy dept. Absolutely useless! Didn’t even walk back there as I saw multiple figures in the toys, where I found this one. 🙄

The store is always clean and staff are usually helpful and pleasant. It's easy to get in and out fast. The drive-up option is convenient and fast.Store layout is odd and confusing sometimes.

Waiting in line to check out while 5 employees do nothing, but conversate with each other not about work..... then we can't get to the self checkout at the end without being able to maintain social distancing....I either had to walk by the small area of all the other customers at the other self check out registers or the side thats usually clear where they were all conversateing. But shouldn't you open a register if there is a line for self check out and people are waiting when you have that many employees NOT working....no concern for customers their conversation was more importantNot to mention their gluten free options are getting worse and don't have alot of reasons to shop here anymore

Their machine has been bad for a few months, We love shopping at this Target but hate they won’t replace the espresso machine at Starbucks. Management tells me they won’t because the machine is 10K, I think Target can afford a new espresso machine......

Mobility scooters never work! On several occasions I have been unable to shop due to scooter battery down or mechanical issues. I love to shop Target, so it’s very disappointing.

Here’s the reality of the target at metro crossing. Picture this, 20 people waiting to checkout, some with one item some with an entire cart full. All 20 are standing in the same self checkout line because there isn’t a single actual target employee behind the dozen other registers. You have no choice but to stand there, waiting, waiting, waiting. Due to this experience, I will not be shopping here again. You might as well just order everything off Amazon and save your precious time.

Great experience today. I went looking for a baby car seat and an employee came to help find the box. They went above and beyond. Then at checkout we were greeted by lots of smiles. All around great service.

Buying a protection plan is a joke! Bought a dyson purifier for over $300. The prong in came out in my wall socket. Its been 2 weeks of non stop aHassel trying to get it fixed or a replacement!! The protection plan i bought was worthless. To top it offSLOW service in store for online pick up. App will not work and have to use website for any orders or to even browse the site. Frustrating

They have a.good selection of merchandise in store. But the company website will get you a better verity of somethings. When I needed a new can opener there was a very small selection in store. Was able to find a better one online. But they have a very clean store for shopping and picking up that spur of the moment item.

I've shopped at this Council Bluffs location weekly for years. Tonight they didn't have a SINGLE checkout lane open. How are you supposed to checkout a whole cart of groceries in the self-checkout lane without it taking forever? I immediately went to Hy-Vee less than a mile away - they had 10 lanes open and employees even standing around! With all of the price increases Target has made, Hy-Vee is comparable in prices. Target wants to claim they are short staffed but I just don't buy it. I think they aren't hiring new employees and schedule the bare minimum on purpose to cut staffing costs. I tried to be patient during the holidays, standing in line for 30 minutes to check-out, and on other occasions when they only had a single lane open, but I'm just not willing to accept this new low in customer service any longer!

Store was clean. Staff is not trained very well and app was not working properly. No employees seemed to know how to use the app to get it to work.
