Of the 3 Sams locations in my area, this one by far was the best. The size of the store seems to be the largest thus the selection was amazing. The overall ambiance was huge and plenty. Definitely check it out! Well worth it.

Just sharing my online delivery experience at the Sam’s club in council bluffs. I ordered a pool to be delivered on Tuesday. I had a driver come in a small sedan asking my son what it was I ordered as it was too big to fit in his car. I called Sam’s club shortly after getting an email the next day about the product being delivered. The product was never delivered they referred me to the online customer service center I called them they stated they were just going to give me a refund no investigation nothing regarding the product they had claimed to be delivered. They said it would take 7 to 10 business days to receive a refund never did receive my money back come to find out 2 weeks later it was never processed now I can’t get them to answer, so I had to file a dispute. I highly do not recommend delivery as it’s not actual employees of Sam’s club it is a delivery service.

Was looking for something, asked customer service, and was told it was at the opposite corner of the store. I didn't find it there, and I asked an employee. She said they hadn't had it for a few weeks. It'd be great if Sam's inventory was current, and they could tell you if they had something or not.

I went there with my family yesterday in the afternoon, it was my husband and 3 year old daughter .One of the women that works in the food cafe , she looked 50 years old, white , sort of tall , blonde and wearing a high pony tail , she swatted my daughter’s hand away for pointing at a soda cup, almost hitting her hand. She told her she couldn’t grab the cup although my daughter was only pointing at it and very well couldn’t reach it. She acted very rude towards us and didn’t want to sell us the soda cup and ignored us, so my husband had to ask someone else to sell us a soda cup. When my husband was telling her she was acting rude towards us she looked as if she wanted to laugh at us.We felt discriminated because we are hispanic and she acted rude towards us but with other customers who are white she acted very nicely with them .My daughter is only 3 years old and we are upset with the way we were treated.

So enjoy shopping when I use Sam's checkout app. There is no line to checkout, Just small delay getting receipt scanned to leave store.

Wouldn’t give a single star, why because my kids left starving and didn’t have Apple Pay at all!!! To pay for the membership and didn’t let me use my dads card because they were not present and I told them they did added me in the membership and for some reason I wasn’t there , I don’t know what happened there honestly. Accidents happen I forgot my wallet and they did not let me buy anything for my kids to eat using my dad even though I provided the correct information. On top of that they were treating me like I was trying to staeal or scam !!! 🙄 wow!!! You need to upgrade yours payments with Apple Pay.

Sams club offers very good deals but in bulk.go to place for superbowl feast. I was looking gor superbowl treats,$14 for zero sugar 24 pack 20oz gatorade is a must

Longest wait for pickup I've experienced anywhere. +30min midday on a weekday. I should have gone inside to shop. Unacceptable.

Availability of many items has really improved. Good value on most things, especially fruit and veggies. Gas station is out of service for repairs/modification. Sam's club has not had blackened salmon for months and today we drove 80 miles to go there to get Thai sweet chili salmon and they didn't have any of that in stock either. VERY disappointed that Sam's doesn't seem to be able to stock these items that are the main reason we shop there. Some good prices on fruits and vegetables and also cheeses but fewer items in stock.

They are busy most of the time. A good place to shop for bulk items and items you can't find anywhere else. The employees are friendly and very helpful. Good variety of fresh fruits,veggies, meat and bakery items. The muffins and rotisserie chicken are great!! The little Cafe inside has the best vanilla frozen yogurt!👍

Been going to this location for over 20 years now. It's always clean and fun to shop. The only issue I have is the seating in the food area. There is simply not enough seating! I've had to wait for a spot to open multiple times. Put some more tables and chairs please!

Worst managers ever, experience was terrifying. It took two hours for a 30 minute trip which cost me alot of labor and loss of life. I’ve shopped Sam’s for last 35 years all over the United States. Don’t come to this store and Iowa. Employees tried and did their best but without a leader that cares business will be lost.

The management is absolutely great at this store. It's one of the best management I've seen so far. . Through the whole crew that works there they all work as a team even management is downstairs helping they employees out. If you ask anyone a question in this store they got the answer and it never a problem. There is no such thing as a dumb question here bc the team and management will answer every question you have. Great job to management here it's absolutely fabulous 😍

I originally went to Papillion location, item I wanted was sold out so they referred me to the Iowa location, where it was in stock. The item I came to get was $10 more. I explained to the manager I only came to the Iowa location because it was the only store that had what I wanted per Member Service Representative told me it was available and did not expect such a price difference especially since they were both Sam's Club. Was pretty much told oh well the price is the price. Not sure if I will be renewing my membership next year. Customer Service is everything and did not experience good Customer Service.

If pickup is scheduled within an hour, that convenience is not for you to have an hour leeway. Its for the customer to show up. Have the order ready at the beginning of the time! So here I sit waiting 30 minutes into the hour window. Customer service is terrible.

My rating is on the amount of tables the cafe has. They need more. We had to sit in a cart my child and I stand next to to be able to eat the food I had orderedI'm not the only one standing either.

Don't ever go into this store between 5 and 630pm expecting to get a fresh rotisserie chicken. They NEVER have any ready. The last time I asked why, I was told that there we 30 people waiting at the counter for them to get done. 30, Really?! I saw no one anywhere around. This is the 6th time in the last month I've gone in just to get one and they didn't have any ready. And the deli employees are extremely rude and have ZERO customer service skills.

Shame on AT&T for allowing conmen to work for them and shame on Sam's club for allowing shady business to happen within their stores.Consumers, please read contracts before signing them because the falsehoods stated by crooked salesmen might not be the actual terms of the contract they're trying to get you to sign.

I have been a member for at least 25 years and I’m becoming frustrated. For one thing, you have taken away most of the cashier assisted checkouts to be self check. If you no longer have to pay the check out clerks, why isn’t this reflected in your prices? Also, you now have reduced products available in the vitamin/supplements area. My daughter has been buying what I need at Costco. How can they stock them and Sams Club can’t. Another complaint is that you seldom put out a sale flyer..another perk lacking. And my biggest peeve is trying to load heavy items into my cart, such as water, water softener salt. One day while I was trying to unload these heavy items out of my cart into my car, I observed a perfectly healthy man walking with a Sams employee to his car. SHE was probably in her 20’s and pushing HIS flat cart. This man, if I could call him that, opened his trunk and let this young girl unload his cart while he stood there like a KING! And he was probably around 40. Meanwhile, I’m over 70 trying to unload 40 lb. bags of salt into my car alone. Do you see anything wrong with this picture!

Good prices on many things but you still have to know your prices. Best gas price in town. Usually get a larger size product for the same price as a smaller product at your local store

Fair prices but the lady back in the meat department was just plain rude. Asked her a question, got a very snippy response! Everyone has a bad day but this is the second time in a row on our visits she's copped an attitude. Don't expect help from her. She's not up for it. Sadly. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Everyone else was helpful and friendly.
