I would recommend taking your dogs elsewhere. The worker showed little care for my dog. She left him half cut and with a cotton ball in his ear. Never have I had any problems with aggression and she claimed that she had to stop and showed me a small scratch on her hand. Then brought him out from the back room and proceeded to make rude comments towards me. I would be truly worried about leaving your dog in their care.

I read a handful of reviews about people's dogs getting their paw pads nicked and so on, causing infection. Honestly, this was my first experience today with them and they did wonderful. I checked over my dogs paws and everything else once I got home and there was no issue. I highly recommend Posh Pets Grooming!!!!

Called to schedule a follow up grooming for my lab for his 3rd visit this year. Was told I wasn’t a client because I haven’t brought him in a few months. I had a baby in Jan and could only get him in once since then. This is a horrible way to treat returning customers.

There's a waiting list. Very busy place with friendly helpful staff. Dogs move about freely behind counter. Susi has had consistently good haircuts for a yr. Erin provides extra svc for dog owner, age 94. She picks up & returns Susì to car. And Susi is always excited to see her.

Very busy shop. Did great work on my miniature schnauzer. It was first groom by professional groomer on my puppy. Make sure you schedule well in advance. Great location for us in CB.

Saw other reviews about pets being cut and thought I'd share my experience two years ago brought my schnauzer mix in for a standard schnauzer cut. Paid over $60 for a simple short haired 25 lb. Dog cut. Couple of days later my dog was limping and found the bottom of his paw was oozing green puss, immediately took him to the vet to find out they had cut the inside of his paw pad where I couldn't see and never told me. I called and after much argument got a refund. They told me and his hair was matted and that's why the groomer cut him, he had been professionally groomed 6 weeks before and his hair type is incapable of matting as a schnauzer/Brussels Griffin mix. Go elsewhere unless you want to be overcharged and have a vet bill.

Our 2 dogs and 2 cats go to this grooming shop every month. The dogs come home with great haircuts and their fur is so soft and clean. We have 2 long haired cats that they get kitten cuts and bathed every month to keep the allergies down. The prices are much less than I have been charged at other shops. And many shops will not groom cats. The dogs are allowed to run around the shop instead of being caged during their stay which is great. They love going there.

Today i had my dog groomed and asked for a trim, miki said my dog had some matting of hair on her legs.So what i got was close to a shave along with the nick on her right hip next to the spot where the clippers took out a chunk of hair,May I say also her ears are not even or the same length.I quit going to posh when she was on 16th st for this same reason.My opinion is you can find a better place to take your best friend.P.S. No one mentioned she had been nicked and when i asked why she was not the same length cut I was told she had less hair in back.Thats funny this never happen with my old gromer Trica.

I have used this business for both my cat and dog, but I have to say for the last few times, if I don't repeat "Don't cut so close on the fanny", they burn the little dog. I was told "She was too jumpy". well so would I if they did that to me. She licked herself for 2 days hardly moving and I spent 2 days doing nothing but putting salve on her tail, and backside..
