I had to give it one star just to leave a review. We took our dog in for a grooming appointment. We received a all to pick him up because he had a bloody nose. When I picked him up the groomers said nothing happened that his nose just started bleeding. I asked if they dropped him or something ? I have called several times to speak with a manager I have not talked to anyone. This happened 7 days ago. Terrible customer service

Thank you for the 3 rd person that helped us find the inflatable E-Collar. I showed them I could go on line, order it and they would bring it out curb side!It was in the back room. Only one in Des Moines on the shelf, who knew… Thank you Thank you

I found its hit or miss. Sometimes I take my dog to be groomed and they do a great job and the next time it looks horrible
